Stay 2 nights in this apartment hotel. The building facade looks nice and new, and is equipped with cctv security and automated main entrance door. It's surrounding neighbourhood is quite and peaceful. There is no front desk, so self-check-in instruction was provided to us via email before our check-in, and it's quite easy to check-in. Room size was a little tight for 5 adults, but the room its clean, tastefully renovated and beddings are comfortable, though the twin bed is a little cramp to fit 2 adults. The room comes with a pantry well-equipped with microwave oven, fridge, stove, sink, cup, plate & cutlery. There is also a pay washer-dryer at the common area outside the room. Minor drawback is that there is no complimentary drinking water, coffee/tea, and there is no daily cleaning services nor amenities which is typical for apartment type hotel, but it's ok as we're staying only 2 nights. The hotel is just a short walking distance from a subway/metro train station, and there are eateries/restaurant, supermarket and 24hr convenience stores nearby. As we're driving, we are able to park our car in few of the pay car parks near the hotel, so it's quite convenient and it's 24hr parking fee is reasonable when compare with most part of Tokyo. Overall, we're happy with our stays and will consider the hotel for our future trip.

駅が近いですが、とても静かです。 住宅街にあり、一見ホテルだとは思いません。スーパーや居酒屋など飲食店があり食事には困らないです。外国の方が多く利用しているイメージです。 チェックインはタブレットで行います。それさえできれば最高の宿泊施設だと思います。

Exactly as shown in the pictures. Check-in instructions were clear and easy. Area is close by to the station.

2回目です。そのせいか、近くのコンビニやスーパーなどわかっていたので良かったでした。近くの駐車場も安くて良かったです。

駅近くで近くにコンビニやスーパーがあって良かった！7人で行ったので少しチェックインに時間がかかりましたがすんなり入れました！ 室内は可愛い雰囲気でワクワク気分でした！ 洗濯機が部屋になかった！外にはありました🙆\u200d♀️ 値段も安くまたここに来たいと思えました！

スタッフも親切で人数の多い家族ものびのびできた施設でした。駅も飲食店周りにあってとても便利な立地にあります。今回は車できたのですが駐車場はないですが周りには何ヶ所かあって駐車するのも困りませんでした。

子供の高校受験のために利用しました。お弁当作りたいのでキッチン付きのこちらを選びました。駅まですぐ、駐車場もすぐ近くに¥500/日で停められ◎ フロントでの無人チェックインにはそれほど手間取らなかったけど、部屋への入り方は事前に送付される案内動画を視聴しないと無理でした。 掃除機もあったので、まずお掃除しました！机やソファは使用感が出てましたが、洗濯乾燥機、アイロン、ハンガーラック、加湿器、空気清浄機、炊飯器、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電気ケトル、IHコンロ、など設備等は◎でしたが、使用後の歯ブラシがキッチンに残っていたので、⭐︎一つ減です。

I did not get the email in advance, so I did not know how to enter the premise. Also, opening the door is not very intuitive from the video. The book or manual has a lot of English errors. I did not know what to do with my trash. I think I was only supposed to throw out the pet bottles, but it was not clear. The positive aspects outweigh the negative though. The price is good. The area is quiet. The room was so nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was so easy to use.

Very deceiving photos - kitchen is not well equipped for cooking. Plastic plates ,no normal glasses, only one pillow very uncomfortable sofa. No toaster.Very small room, Very complicated check in procedure. Not helpful staff. Not good enough for long stay. I won't stay there again.

プロの清掃員が2時間かけて清掃してますと伺っていましたが、部屋に入り床に髪の毛が沢山落ちていたり、エアコンがホコリまみれだった為、すぐに掃除機をかけました。せっかくステキな設備なのに残念だなと思いました。

The property is easily accessible by train and there are supermarkets nearby. However the unit which we stayed in was not properly cleaned before check-in. Found a pink nail extension by floor beside the bed. Also some of the bath towels provided smell.

室内は清掃が行き届いており、快適に過ごせました。チェックインアウトでの戸惑う点についての問い合わせにも的確に対応してもらえました。

3度目の利用です。子どもたちと帰省のためいつも利用させていただいております。今回は初めて生乾き臭やほこりっぽさが気になり、咳、くしゃみが多く出た。立地や設備などは言うことはないが、清潔さが感じられなかった。以前は消臭スプレーがあったと思ったが今回はなかった。

エアコンの吹き出し口と お風呂のドアの内側下のカビが 少し気になりました が安いから満足しました

1. Not enough for towels and toothbrushes for long stay. I had to wash towels and purchased toothpaste. 2. There were so many hairs and dust on the floor - I had to vacuum the whole room. 3. Laundry area - every time I used the washer, it said “clean filter” and it was very dirty. I wonder who clean those…

全体的に綺麗で広くて良かったが、ケトルの水垢や電子レンジの匂い、ラップが常備で無くて残念でした。改善されればなお良いかと思います。

すごく部屋が汚いなと思いました。 冷蔵庫に髪の毛が入っていたり、床にも小さなゴミが多くて、裸足で歩くとゴミが沢山つきそうなくらいでした。 また、2泊したのですが、バスタオルとフェイスタオルは1泊分のみの用意だったので、お電話させてもらいましたが、連泊の場合はホテルにあるコインランドリー(100円)でご自身で洗濯してくださいと言われて困りました。泊まる前に送ってくださる注意書きみたいなのも長くて少し見にくいので改善して欲しいなと思いました。加えて、何のアメニティがあるかも記載して欲しいなと感じました。歯磨きも使い捨てタイプで1泊分のみだったので歯みがき粉がなく困りました。 ホテルの場所は駅も近く、コンビニもあるので、不便さは感じませんでした！お電話で対応してくれる方もすごく丁寧なのも良いと感じました！ でもリピートはないです。

Very nice and spacious room. Clean. Great exhaust fan in the bathroom that can dry all the clothes in a night. The small balcony is useful for drying clothes. Bathtub with automatic filling water system. Only 2 mins walk from the station with a big supermarket opening till 2500.

Room was very spacious, is a quiet and comfortable place.

Lärm von Zügen, aber alles andere, perfekt! Betten waren supergemütlich, Dusche gross und grosse schöne Küche.

Excellent stay! Close to the train station, supermarket, and convenience store. The facilities are quite new and functioning. It is a great apartment to stay with friends for the trip.

場所と部屋への入り方がやや難解なるも設備、部屋は清潔で快適でした。雪の降る寒い日であった事はありますが、部屋がなかなか暖まらず、足元が冷えていたのが残念。床暖房ですとよかったのですが、というのは贅沢ですね。

Very decently priced and good sized supermarket is nearby. Extremely convenient to the station, only one stop on the Narita Skyaccess. Room layout great for families where kids don’t want to sleep w each other. Especially for Japan, where apartments and hotel rooms are smaller, we appreciated the spaciousness. Couch easily becomes a fourth bed. Kitchen is well stocked. Again a decent sized fridge compared to most hotel mini fridge. Incredible water pressure, pleasing aesthetic exterior building, nice interior design as well. Overall, we were impressed and would stay again as well as recommend. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

I am a man in his 20s who recently traveled to Tokyo for the first time in his life. I have visited other Japanese cities before and stayed at several hotels. This is my first time in such a very disappointing place. Since it is a facility located alone in the middle of a residential area, it was blocked like an apartment intercom due to various security issues. I belatedly realized that the access method had been received through my mail, and after searching for a while, I finally managed to get in. Shall we concede that I confirmed receipt late? I barely got into the Room, but it was as cold as Korean military winter training. In winter, it is absolutely impossible to live barefoot. There is no separate heater, just an air conditioner to cool off in the summer. I went into the bathroom and tried to get some bath water to relieve my Sleepy, but there was no clear how to locking the stopper, so I had to stand in the shower shivering in the cold. At least I got a deep sleep without noise, so I am leaving this rating with minimal gratitude. Other foreigners should also take note.

バスタオルが柔らかくない（柔軟剤が少ないのかもしれませんが）のが残念でしたが、それ以外は、キッチンも揃っているし、バスルームが広くて追い焚きもできて、お部屋は広々で、快適に過ごせました。

This property is great for narita airport and things close to. Its great for families due to its size and convinence with the train just around the corner. They provide a kids potty and stool and simple amenities like a toothbrush. Downside is the property needs more maintaining, there are scratches and dents everywhere and 2 twins pushed together do not make for a comfy bed

Thank you for your kind support and hospitality. Location is very convenient. Room was very clean and had enough space for 4 people. I will definitely use this property when I come to Japan again.

The staff was excellent. After I checked out the hotel, one staff chased me all the way to the train station. I missed my back pad, which has the passports. Later, she came the second time to bring us the umbrellas that we left in a drawer.

Everything was fine, safe place, near to the train station, shopping and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful people wherever we went, If you have more than 3 people it could be a challenge. Would definitely stay there again!

The property is ideal for a group or a family. Close to shops (Family Mart, etc) Closest train station is Higashi-Matsudo, however it will take more than an hour to get to main cities (Tokyo, Shibuya). If you don’t want to waste time traveling after whole day of walking and exploring the city centre, then look for properties around Ueno or Asakusa areas instead. Also, I was not very pleased on cleanliness as pillow has some hair strands and the bed sheet for the sofa bed has stain. Fridge is dusty outside and looks like the inside was not wiped either. The drawer for plates, cups and cutlery was not cleaned well. The slippers provided… please change as they last only for a day. Communication wise, it was good as they respond right away via email.

3rd time staying here. Still great. 3 minute walk to the station

The location is a bit far from downtown Tokyo, but it's close to the JR station, making it very convenient for visiting the Disney Parks. There are also several stores nearby, including a supermarket.

Just 2 min walk to the nearest station and the room was in good condition. It’s a bit far from Tokyo and the attractions there though.

Highly recommend . Large comfortable room and can walk to train station in 3 minutes

Nearby Narita airport with direct train 35mins. Quiet neighbourhood close to train station. Enough food/dining options with a supermarket nearby. Relatively spacious room by Japan standards and laundry machines within building.
