Stayed 2 nights

The room was hard to keep cool, most likely because the hatch to the attic was loosely placed by a junior carpenter. It loudly flapped when we opened and closed our suite door. Our second night, the hatch was sideways and open so I had to get on an ottoman and set it back in place. Also, my wife was very displeased with the stained shower floor and the black grime in the caulking. Also, there seems to be a perpetual towel shortage from reading other reviews but we requested additional towels and room service three times and no one made it. We had to call the front desk and be a squeaky wheel to get more. Lastly, at a glance the bedding looked nice but further investigation showed otherwise with holes and…. Perhaps an oil stain of some sort. I really would recommend spending slightly more for a B&B or at least setting your expectations low and avoiding the premium for a suite. Did I mention that the mini fridge melted water all over the floor on our first night? They did replace it but all of that is from a two night stay. You have been informed.
