I called ahead and the manager was kind enough to leave the pool open an extra half hour when I arrived late with my kids. Room was clean, waffles for breakfast were good.

Was clean, but i booked because it had a hot tub, but no running hot tub. Morning staff for breakfast sucked, not to mention that the continental breakfast was the worsted ive ever seen, had to go elsewhere to eat. Over paid for amenities that didnt work, wifi wouldn't connect no ip address could be found. I should have received a break on the bill but they didn't offer anything. Only good was i could smoke in my room.

We were driving back home and decided we had driven far enough for the day. Looked for hotels near where we were. Reviews sounded good so we booked a night. This hotel has three buildings, so you may not be in the one where you check in. Our room was big and very comfortable. The breakfast isn't much which we knew from the reviews, but we grabbed coffee and went to McDonalds as we headed out of town.

The hot tub didn’t work the pools heater was out. There was no breakfast. Our room was in a totally different building than the main hotel. So when we tried ordering food, they canceled our order because they couldn’t find where we were. We asked for sheets and blankets for the whole that couch. They never gave us any. I really do believe that if you are an owner manager of a property and you know that your hot tub pool and all that is not working you should have it listed not available at this time when people go to book.

I booked for the pool and the front desk said pool was closed due to maintence, so sad at that!!! We got to our room and there was leftover food from previous guest in our fridge!!! Front desk was nice and accomidating, but charged me extra for first floor room and im physically handicapped and cant go up stairs without elevator and didnt take in to consideration....need to make hotel handicap accessible to better accomidate ALL without having to pay extra for what should be FREE accommodations!!!

First of all, the rooms looked Nothing like any of the pictures I had seen on the website! I asked for (2) queen sized beds; they were full size beds. Both mattresses were worn out and sunken in. The bedding looked as if they were curtains, no lie! No comforter. The carpet was stained! The bathroom was extra small; the door nearly touched the toilet when you opened it. The bathroom was also poorly clean. Dust/dirt build up in the corners and the toilet was filthy. The bath towels were small, they didn't wrap arounds the body and I'm not a big person, (5'7 145 lbs to be exact) and the smelled like feet. Never again!!!!! It was Not worth the $99 I paid per night!

I don’t normally review but the quality of the room has gone down- there was trash left in the room- one of the towels was dirty (we should have reported it but we needed to get in the road), the ice bucket was dirty. Things I don’t feel should have gone unnoticed by the cleaning staff.

Stayed in main building. Room was spotless. Hot water in the shower as soon as you turned it on. Trash emptied daily, towels changed daily. (We did hang up the towels). Gentleman who checked us in was the same from a year ago. Great to see same faces. Outside is really pretty. See the owner out watering nightly. If there is a slight downside, breakfast could be better but there are two breakfast restaurants right across the street.

If I can’t say anything good, I’d rather say nothing at all. The guy working the check in desk was a nice guy but, other than that the hotel itself was not good. Lighting in the room was dingy at best. Room was dirty with hair on the bathroom floor. Beds were not comfortable and there’s a drive thru liquor store right outside and it was loud till very late hours. I would not stay there again. Since most of my time in Greenville was spent out of the room, we managed for 2 nights but, this is not a desirable hotel and it is very outdated.

The dirtiest hotel I have ever been to in my 67 years on the planet. I want to say that I stayed here in 2022 and it was old, but the room was very clean. Not the case anymore. I was in town for a wedding and booked 4 rooms for ourselves and other family members. Every room was filthy, rugs that had not been vacuumed in months, dirty walls and faceplates, hair on the bathroom floors, stained bedcovers, torn and fraying upholstery. I asked for extra towels, was told 15 minutes, but they never appeared. I was really shocked at how bad it was. Was so disgusted with the place I never went to sample the breakfast so I can't comment on it.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and updated to look good but stuff was done shoddy. The window leaked on the top seal from the rain. When you turn on the water in the bathtub it makes noise. The water leaked around the faucet in the sink. The remote control for the TV was broken and we didn't get it replaced until the second day.

Stayed for two nights and the first night we had no hot water so they gave us a key to another building to use a shower in a different room. I paid for a bed with 2 queen beds and the room they gave us was 2 full beds. I’m not recommending this hotel to anyone.

Overnight, to visit a friend. Have stayed here a few times, maybe overall shell looks aged the beds are incredibly comfortable. This stay it was late and i was grouchy, the A/C unit had tripped out so the room was HOT. I called for service. There were other people checking in, the man working the desk got those people checked in and came over to the room to see if he could fix unit, it took about 2 minutes he had it reset and he assured me the room would cool down, he said 5 to 10 minutes it was cooled to a comfortable for me level about 45 minutes later. I was not nice about it as i was tired and grumpy and just wanted to sleep. But he fixed my issue quickly and as warm as it was the room was cool in a fair amount of time. I could have handled the situation better and need to apologize for the way i acted.

The front desk people were nice but they had a group of several men outside the front door the entire time like 8-10 guys the whole time we were here. Being a single mom it’s a little uneasy when it was just my mom and my daughter and I. The WiFi wasn’t sufficient at all, and then we went outside and saw a crawfish by the front door. As the guys were all still outside just hanging out and drinking. It just made us feel really uneasy. I would never let a group of men sit right by the front door when people are coming to check in, especially when they don’t speak English . No one should ever feel unsafe at a hotel

Hotel was close to I-70. Convenient restaurant choices nearby. Room was clean & bed was comfortable. Just what we needed as we were traveling cross country with two pets. Hotel staff was friendly & apologetic when internet was down for check-in. We ate dinner at Los Amigos which was just across the parking lot, which was also had outdoor seating & was dog-friendly. Food was amazing. Would stay here again.

My stay was comfortable. I went mainly to sail on lake Carlyle so the hotel was within a suitable distance from the lake. The room was clean and hd all the amenities I needed, fridge, TV, shower, WIFI, microwave, and 2 small queen size beds. The dinning area was clean and breakfast was adequate with a small veriety of foods. The Mexican restaurant next door was good and there was 10% off your meal if you showed the hotel pass key.

Check in was good. Very helpful. We arrived breakfast at 6am. No coffee. No employee. The waffle iron was on and we made waffles. We let at 6:20. No sign of anyone at the desk or breakfast area. We could hear noise in a back room. Nobody came out to check the entire time we were there. Breakfast is from 6-9 am.
