Lamies Inn & The Old Salt Tavern

It's an old place but for me that's part of it's quaint charm. It's like stepping back in time. The staff greeted us sweetly and with concern; they seemed to recognize that I was uncomfortable from a medical procedure and moved our room to the first floor without us even needing to ask. Unfortunately, this time, we found the restaurant prices high for the quality of the food. Maybe it was just our frame of mind...tired and concerned from my doctor appointment in Boston and were headed home to the funeral of a dear friend. Give it a try though. It's certainly worth a try.

Breakfast was good andarranged well. Friendly reception on check in.

It was a leisure trip, the look inside is pretty much old fashioned but I felt safe

Very comfortable stay. Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was fresh with a good variety and perfect for a child who is a picky eater. Would definitely return!
