Very efficient check in/check out. Room was ready early and they let us check in and park with no issues. Clean room. Quick walk to the beach. Free coffee and ice (prepackaged in bags, which is perfect). We've stayed at a few different places in Hampton Beach over the years ... some more expensive (and very close to Hampton House), others less expensive (further from beach). Hampton House will always be where we stay from now on.

This hotel is located at an excellent location right on Hampton Beach, just away from the main congested part of the marine drive, but very walkable to the busy area. There are a couple of adjacent eateries. Our oceanfront room was clean and tidy with a TV and refrigerator. No coffee maker or microwave in the room, but both available round the clock in the lobby. There was just enough parking spots, though tight-spaced. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and let us stay for an additional hour.

If you don't mind there not being much in the way of amenities, i.e., no microwave, ironing board, in-room coffee maker, safe, little toiletries, but appreciate a super clean and comfortable room, then you will not be disappointed here. Usually, when we stay in a new place, the first night's sleep is not great. This place, both nights we slept like babies - very clean and comfortable bed with a nice ocean view. The staff is friendly, and the free coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby is great. We look forward to returning to the Hampton House Hotel.

The location is convenient and the beds are very comfortable. There is plenty of parking but some spots are tricky to get into or for small cars. Good water pressure in the rooms. It’s nice that there is ice in the lobby and a little cafe attached to the hotel that’s open from 6:30-6 pm. The beach is across the street and it’s about a 5 minute walk to the main strip

Loved the fact the beach was directly across the street. Fantastic location. Parking is tight but enough spots for everyone. Front staff are really friendly and the cafe attached wasnt a bad breakfast for bagel breakfast sandwiches. The coffee in the lobby was excellent and a nice change. The bed was amazingly comfortable and it was nice to have a balcony even though we had partial ocean view it was still nice. We will definitely be back! October was an excellent time to go

This hotel was nice overall and very easy to get to the beach, restaurants and shops. The rooms are a little run down with stains in the tub, a shower had that sprayed the ceiling and curtains that weren't quite big enough to cover the windows. The staff were very friendly and made every effort to make this a great stay.

Great place to stay! We went to see a show at the Hampton Beach Casino and this hotel was a short walk with plenty of places to eat nearby. Our room was awesome! It was large, everything was pretty new and very clean. The staff that we interacted with were all friendly and helpful.

Everything went great - check-in, cleanliness of the room, great ocean view and comfortable beds. The curtains are a little worn (light shines through a bit) and need replacement, but such a small matter, it did not detract. I would stay there again.

Great location on the beach and the room was clean with a nice ocean view. Its too bad the town situated a busy road in-between the beach and hotels because it creates a lot of road noise that overpowers the ocean sounds. The bed was more firm than we were used to. Internet was unusably slow for streaming. I tried to stream youtube and plex for the kids on a tablet and even at 2 megabits it would buffer constantly despite speedtest reading 5 megabits (which is also very slow) They are using nice ubiquiti wireless equipment but it seems they are over limiting speed per device even when its off season. The parking lot was mostly empty since it was off season but it must be rough in the summer because the spots are very narrow. Checkin and checkout were very fast. We would stay again.

Great place to stay! We went to see a show at the Hampton Beach Casino and this hotel was a short walk with plenty of places to eat nearby. Our room was awesome! It was large, everything was pretty new and very clean. The staff that we interacted with were all friendly and helpful.

Most of the staff was lovely, however; there was a gentleman at the front desk that was making all the people who booked thu an app ( like Hotels.com) feel like liars, He was agitated and loud, stating that "Expedia does not pay the hotel, and that we need to pay at time of check in") Even if we had a paid receipt. It was embarrassing and handled in the worst way possible. I have no doubt that he was correct, but what a lousy way of handling it. We were with another couple who were appalled as well.

Our stay was so nice , starting with Bob at the front desk :) he was so welcoming as well as helpful with dinner spots !! The room was perfect and the balcony was the best part !!! Everything here was wonderful!! We’ll be back :)

We loved our stay at The Hampton House Hotel. We were in town for a show at the Casino and needed accommodations for one night. Everything about our stay was perfect (other than the weather:-) The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and we were able to get a ride from the "Tiki Taxi" to get to the Casino that night.

Very comfy beds and pillows. Room was nice and clean. Parking under the building was tight but appreciated. We stayed because we were running a half marathon, and they kindly let us check out late, so we could come back and freshen up afterwards before heading back home. Nice experience overall.

I cannot say enough about the staff and hotel ! Phenomenal ! Front desk was amazing we were checked in early and checkout is at 11 we were told we could stay til 2 if we liked , we had a front room facing the beach , huge room I would recommend this place to anyone ! And I definitely will be booking again !! Love you guys it was the best experience in all my years at Hampton ♥️

Perfect location right across the street from the beach and on the boardwalk. Park your car and forget about it - you can walk to restaurants and shops. Plus it’s a 5 minute walk to the casino ballroom to see shows. The bed was very comfortable. Complimentary bag of ice for your beach coolers too! Loved that. Free coffee. Balcony with side view of beach. We will stay here again!

Love spending time at Hampton House, the rooms are nice and beds comfy. The ocean view is awesome and peaceful just sitting there on balcony. You can walk the beach which is right across the street or walk on sidewalks to visit the shops and dining options. Very friendly staff and free coffee, and hot chocolate in lobby, also fabulous coffee shop next door with many options and food.

Easy parking, easy check in, surprise you have a balcony! Wonderful experience included free coffee, comfy beds and clean bathroom. Shower's water pressure low, but we were on the 4th floor .... very short walk to "Club Casino" for our show. Even shorter walk to the beach.

For the off season, it’s really a great spot. Having a balcony facing the ocean is so choice. Walking across the street to the beach and plunging in the ocean each morning? Awesome. The rooms are on the big size, the beds adequate. The lobby is well staffed, and there coffee each morning. I think the only drawback for me was the early morning hall noise, but that may have been bad luck with a neighbor. I’d definitely recommend this hotel relative to price and experience. It was an excellent stay.
