Star was fine other than i needed a computer with a printer and the one in my building was broken then went to the other building and that one was not working well either I never did get what i needed Definitely need to update the business center or remove it from the amenities

Staff was very friendly and units were clean. Pool, hot tub, and sauna was available. Had some guest come to look at the hotel for blocking for a wedding, and they were more than happy to show the emptied units for availability.

Very nice staff and very clean rooms. Very clean and comfortable pool area. Older building but staff seems to take care of it well. No elevator so may want to request 1st floor if you have a lot of bags or mobility issues.

This is an older hotel. We had to remove about a dozen lady bugs from the room. The bed was "short-sheeted" so we couldn't pull the beading above our chests. The food served in the morning was rough. Showers were okay, but the bed was very hard.

First hotel in this area that is quiet & clean. Not a thing to complain about. Staff very helpful & friendly Mykayla was very helpful checking in too. I am in this area to see family. I will be staying here again!

Didn’t get the room I reserved. King size on main level and got 2queen on second level. Common areas noted to not be cleaned well. Coffee bar area counter dirty, paper products on stairs. Breakfast was basic. Not much space in parking lot for parking. Warm water and my room was lightly cleaned each day which I was not expecting. One staff person who came over to second building to restock breakfast hot food was very friendly.

Cleanliness- Blonde curly hair on nightstand, pillows and spare pillow on check in. Room condition - Blow dryer did not work, tried resetting outlet, didn't work, tried to call front desk only to find our phone didn't work either. Had to drive to other building where front desk is located, with wet hair, to report issues. Property - signs say no children in pool area from 10 p.m. till midnight, and no glass in pool area. Staff does not uphold the property rules. 10:30 at night, children are screaming and jumping into pool, hot tub was completely full of people and MANY glass bottles of booze. This is not a property I will recommend.

Hotel was overall great. Staff was wonderful and very friendly. Did not try the breakfast as it didnt seem to have what i was craving at the time. Not a big deal to me. Room was great, my only complaint was the bed and pillows. Could not get comfortable at all. Mattress very very stiff and pillows were small and no support.

There's a very bright outdoor pole light that shines directly on the bed. I closed the blinds, but that didn't do any good. This made it very difficult to sleep. There should be better lighting in the bathroom instead of that one connected to the mirror. Ice machine was always empty when I needed it.

I just felt like the pictures in the listening were misleading to what the room actually was. I thought I was getting a suite with a Jacuzzi because that's what the ad has. I spoke to the front desk and they confirmed my room was a suite but upon entering, the room felt cramped and rather standard for a hotel room.
