Pretty much clean room other than bathroom counter, was not cleaned. Vey sticky. Good parking, lots of good shops near by

The front desk staff was wonderful very friendly very knowledgeable of the area. The room itself was nice could have been a little bit cleaner and we thought the beds were extremely comfortable. The downfall to the hotel is the riff Raff that is roaming the parking lot and stairwells. Our room smelled terrible from marijuana the people that were below us definitely were smoking it in the room. Our female friend was in the room next to us and was very uncomfortable her first night there because we did not get in until the next night. We were approached a couple times by men just walking around the hotel grounds. I would definitely recommend the hotel reach out to the local police or employee somebody for security. We did have dinner across the street at the Mexican restaurant in the little shopping center and I would highly recommend it we thought the food was very good.

Access and parking was safe and secure. Front desk was very responsive. Room lacked adequate maid service, no toilet paper in bathroom and towels not replaced daily.

The parking lot was so small the parking spaces were hard to park beside a car because not enough room to exit car. We got 4 rooms and the only one that was clean was the one on the bottom. The other 3 were 2nd floor and each one had issues. Remote was wrong one so the desk person took it and didn't have the correct one. Old food in microwave. Food left in freezer. Hair all over clean towels. No plate in microwave. No toilet paper. We expected better for rooms that cost almost 100 a night. We were there to visit family in a town close by that had no hotels so it would have been perfect to start using this hotel that is closest to them. But not now.

The location was very convenient for my needs. I liked that it was not multiple levels and I didn’t have to go thru the lobby to get to my car. I liked that I could park my car in front of my room. I did not like that the door to room 222 did not have a seal around the right (opening side) of door, not only could feel wind thru the one eighth inch crack (or more) but worried about the bugs that could get thru and also concerned how easy someone could break thru the door! The room was moderately clean and appealing. Would probably stay there again if the doors were sealed.

I would have liked more green space - there was some, but a little more would have been great.

The room looked newly renovated and clean, the beds were comfortable. The shower water was perfect. The staff was so nice & helpful.The parking lot was safe and well managed. They were pet friendly and had a grassy area for them with provided potty bags. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

For a property that has been "recently" renovated it shouldn't as dirty as it was. Had to get a different room, since the first one had a rather large bug on the floor as you walk in. Second room, blood stains on covers, molding around tub badly discolored as well as coming apart.

It was spotless

My room floors was dirty along with the bathroom, sheets was all stained. I arrived after 6pm so it was too late and a hassle to get another room for my college move in day. So we went first thing at stores for cleaning supplies to clean a room that should be clean before a check in. I purchased bedding to cover my beds. Can you believe that! I purchased cleaning supplies and bedding. I made a complaint to the front desk thev lady at the desk was nice and only gave me towels to cover the floor then said the manager will contact me. the second day there was a party from some men living there, I believe they are labour workers. My complaint would have gone to thevdesk worker but the male front desk worker was among the men who was making the disruption. He was actually apart of the drunking and loud talking. On my check out the same lady who gave the stack of towels was there for my check out I told her of my experience and complaints she told me the manger will call me immediately after she sends the email advising of the complaint. Well Its 6 days now. No call! I so far heard nothing from a place that was dirty and very unsafe. My experience there was awful! Do not ever get a room there!! I would like to see some better response and actions from redroof forbthis location. This location is one step from a drug infested hotel on a main outlet to locations. Thank god we had to be out of tge room during the day during college check in.!!!!!!!

Everything was neat and tidy

The fridge was filthy and I found a half smoked blunt in my trash can.

I didn't like the bathtub. There was hair in the bathtub and after I cleaned it up I turned the water on and the water backed up to 2 - 3 inches in the tub. I wasn't happy.

My stay was disappointing. First, I had a non-smoking room with bed sheets with cigarette burns. Second, the bed cover had multiple stains. No alarm clock in the room.

Staff were very nice and our room was clean. Our room was next to the main road so the traffic noise was loud. Other than that everything was nice.

Older hotel with updated/renovated rooms. Rooms were nice, but smelled like an old hotel.

I would rate the place overall between "okay" and "good." Noisy, because it abuts busy highway 21. Had an issue with A/C wich was fixed. Chain lock on door had no chain. Deadbolt in door was practically impossible to engage. Employee on duty stated that management was on vacation and they handled "those things." Very happy, however, that desk personnel was able to move us from a second floor to a first floor room. Overall, functional, clean and comfortable.

The shower heads where a little shorter than us and we had issues with using it.

Beds were good and firm. Pillows were not firm. We were in roon 117 and the fridge was quite noisy as it turned on and off.

I went to the front desk to inquire about these amenities and was rudely told that Red Roof was under no obligation to provide these items. The desk clerk was rude and unwilling to assist. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Alright for the price, but wifi was not working and they couldn't get it working.

We rode the Silver Comet/Chief Ladiga trails. Started in Smyrna, Ga and biked to Anniston, Al. Stayed the night Red Roof Inn and rode back to Smyrna. The room appears to be newly renovated. Clean room, new flooring, fresh look. We would likely stay here again on our next ride.

From beginning to end this was not a good experience. We arrived and after an indifferent check-in process went to the two rooms and one of them had not been made up or cleaned. Called the front desk and he explained that he had to see it for himself and he came up inside. After some discussion he agreed to go get keys to another room. Although this room had been cleaned, there was staining on the walls and the comforter that looked a lot like blood. And there were for only one towel in the room. Front desk was very indifferent to the concerns

Nancy at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and also our housekeeper was so helpful and made sure that we had everything we need went above and beyond friendly.

They gave my reserved non-smoking room to someone else before we got there. We had to stay in a smoking room. The smell was so terrible I barely slept all night.

Convenient to JSU football game

Definitely worth staying. Recently remodeled. AC worked well cooling and as a sound machine. Close to Chief Ladiga Trail and the ultimate refueling location nearby….,Waffle House😀. Off for another long ride on the trail. Price was excellent also!!

Price was a little much for the room and no breakfast

The room was clean. But the sheets were dirty and had burn holes. There was no breakfast served which we thought there would be.
