I already paid $200 for 1 night in this room, they took a $50 security deposit and the room was disgusting ,pool was filled with bugs, and I could keep going

No hot water during entire stay and we were not informed at check in of the hot water heater issue. The weather was in the 30’s and the cold water was freezing. Awful stay and the hotel implying that because I booked through hotels.com they are unable to credit any money back for inconvenience. I was unaware going thru 3rd party to reserve could make an unpleasant experience even worse. Not likely to use hotels.com or stay at Hampton Inn/Hilton going forward. Unacceptable.

Everything was great until I found out an hour before check out that there was not hot water. As such, I paid full price for a room where I could not take a hot shower. Due to time constraints, I could not change rooms. However, when I let the gal working the front desk know, upon check-out - there was a group of ladies in the lobby that overheard my conversation - they too were without water.

Elliptical in the fitness center needs maintenance and a recumbent bike would be better for the client this hotel serves. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pool was dirty with many missing Tiles. No courtesy Drinking water was available for the Guests. Only Hilton Honors Guests were offered a Simple drink of Water. Bed was Hard and Hurt my Back every night. Vending machines had no Water available. Breakfast Food was awful with Powder Eggs and Cold Sausage. Rooms were Dated. Unfortunately no other Hotels in the area.

I stayed less than 24 hours but made use of the clean gym, clean outdoor pool, and friendly full breakfast. The room was pristine and on a non-smoking floor. The bathroom had four full-sized towels. Highly recommend

This property is having water issues, no hot water, guests had to be shuffled to other rooms to shower, if the room does have hot water, it is barely warm. There was hair all over the shower wall from the previous guest and hair on the bathroom floor. The staff was sweet.

Bed sheets and pillows smelled of pooh. I believe it was a situation where a guest had a major acct, and they tried to salvage the linen. Unfortunately, I wasn't ready for bed until almost midnight, so I had to address this pretty late. They didn't have any extra pillows but I was given extra cases and a couple of sheets . Upon further inspection, the comforter also smelled of pooh. At that point, and a second trip downstairs, I didn't want anything to do with that bed. I was hoping to be offered to move but ended up requesting to be moved. I was moved with no problems and the new room was up to par.

Worst of the Hampton Inns that I have ever stayed. Uncomfortable and squeaky bed. The surface of the phone charger plug on the nightstand needs wiping down. Completely disgusting. On a more positive note, the staff was so very nice and the check-in process was great!!

I saw three roaches at different times during my 9 hours stay at the hotel. roaches in the bathroom and near the bed. I was very disappointed. No action was taken by the hotel staff and the front desk did not seemed surprised.

The room doors did not close properly and needed to be slammed shut to ensure the door was locked before walking away. Our feet were dirty when we walked around the room barefoot. It took 10 minutes for the water to get warm for a shower. The television did not work properly. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good but the hotel needed some work.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the ac wasn’t working properly stayed miserable and hot. Me and my husband payed for 2 nights and only stayed 1 night because of this. So because of the miserable stay we drove over 4 hours home because we didn’t want to stay the next night we paid for. Very unsatisfied with this stay and will never stay again at one of your hotels.

The best feature...The staff are excellent. Unfortunately the walls must be thin; it was the noisiest night I've ever spent in a hotel. The AC wasn't working in the third floor hallways so it was miserably hot just walking from the elevator to my room. Fortunately the AC did work in my room.

We stay at Hampton Inns often. This one was run down. Threadbare towels, soiled places on the furniture. Rickety furniture. Very dated and in need of repair. Horrible, over the top Halloween decorations. The only good parts were the friendly staff and the good breakfast.

The front desk associate, Imani, was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. It was a real pleasure for coming from being on the Silver Comet/Chief Ladiga trail to checkin at the Hampton Inn. I called the hotel early in the morning to confirm my room and to see about early check in. Everything from start to finish was great. The reception desk explained everything perfectly. I brought my dog and he was very happy the entire time. The hotel is quiet, clean, and the staff is friendly. The hotel could be updated some, but it's not really an issue. The surrounding area has food everywhere and a Walmart for anything else you might need. I'll be staying here again.
