We love AMI. The heads up on the pool being out of service and the choice of full cancellation or the partial refund was appreciated. However, we were not informed that our unit was right beside the pool and that workers would be running gas powered water pumps and jack hammers starting early in the mornings.This was right behind the livingroom and master bedroom walls and made late sleep in and day time relaxing on the patio impossible. If this unit was located anywhere else on the property this would have not been an issue. We did meet two of the property owners of other units during our stay and they were terrific people. I was told that the owners of our unit are too. By most appearances of the property, we can see the pride they take in their property and the desire to have happy tnents. The only suggestion is to please clean better under the king bed in the master. In my final inspection I found several pills lost by previous tenants and quite a bit of dust and dirt bunnys hiding out there. Overall, when the pool is repaired I'm sure we will be coming back to this location and will have the perfect experiance. Thank You. In the end, the home had everything we needed to enjoy our tstay Grady and Trina Gordonbackrepairedhutenantstebissue

This exceeded all of our expectations. Short walk to the beach. Was provided a wagon, umbrella, beach towels, toys for the kids, a cooler, beach chairs, and so much more. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Anna's place was outstanding in amenities and location. The unit has everything you need. We even cooked out on the grill and enjoyed the pool area. As always, we appreciated access to the beach area being so near and also shopping and restaurants. You won't go wrong by booking this beautiful unit.

Perfect for our family of 4, with kids ages 3&5. We loved the heated pool and being steps from the beach. Great location, within close walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Host was very responsive, as was the property manager. Will book again!

Excellent location. Right next to the beach. Yes there is a road in between. However it’s close. Do not let that deter you. Condo was great all redone. Excellent amenities. This unit is located right next to the pool. Which is great for kids

Perfect little spot for our family of four! The condo was clean, comfortable and so close to the beach! We had everything we needed to enjoy the beach easily and often! The kitchen was very well appointed and made cooking “at home” easy and enjoyable. The property is quiet and comfortable. The linens were all clean and the beds were cozy. We would definitely stay again! My only recommendation for families with younger children would be to make sure you bring a couple of toys/books for your littles to play with inside the condo. If you forget books, do visit the library! They have a great area for young children and you can get a “visitors” pass that allows you to check out three books at a time. We loved the island, loved the condo and beaches and we appreciated the communication and friendliness of Anna! If you are thinking of booking this property, do it!

The condo was very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The location couldn’t be better - so close to the beach and short walking distance to restaurants, grocery, shops and free trolley. Anna was great to deal with. Our second time on AMI at this location and we will be back!

Absolutely loved this cottage, location, and visit to Anna Maria Island. The cottage itself fit all the needs of our family of 5 (including our 7, 5, and 3 year olds). It was well equipped, clean, and had plenty of beach and pool necessities. It’s literally across the street from the public beach access and within walking distance of some shops and restaurants, making it easy to have a relaxing time. Anna, the host, was kind and hospitable. Would definitely recommend, we are still talking about going back!

We had a great week! Being right across from the beach was perfect. And we had the pool to ourselves as well. The kitchen was probably the best stocked we’ve seen in terms of appliances, utensils, and seasonings. Communication with the owner was great. We would love to stay again in the future.

The property was really great and the host superb. We were staying there the week of Hurricane Helene, and unfortunately were required to evacuate after just a few days into our stay. The host was so amazingly gracious and helpful! She gave us regular updates as to the status of the hurricane, and when the emergency order came to evacuate, she notified us to make sure we were aware. She graciously gave us a 100% refund due to the extenuating circumstances. I'm sad to think that the place we stayed at probably got battered pretty badly during the storm surge of the hurricane. I hope they are able to rebuild and continue to offer this great Vrbo.

This is our 3rd year staying here and we love it! Anna has just about everything you need already there. The place is always very clean and inviting. Anna is always quick to respond if you have a question or concern. Nothing bad to say about Anna or her place. Would recommend to anyone!

Perfect stay! Anna was a wonderful host - so helpful and kind. We loved the place so much we could have moved in! The beach is just steps away and shops are within walking distance. Truly a perfect vacation rental. Thank you, Anna, for a wonderful time

We had a great week! Being right across from the beach was perfect. And we had the pool to ourselves as well. The kitchen was probably the best stocked we’ve seen in terms of appliances, utensils, and seasonings. Communication with the owner was great. We would love to stay again in the future.

We had a great time at sea pirate 8. Everything we needed was there and the location couldn’t be any better. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return for future vacations.

The condo was very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The location couldn’t be better - so close to the beach and short walking distance to restaurants, grocery, shops and free trolley. Anna was great to deal with. Our second time on AMI at this location and we will be back!

Absolutely loved this cottage, location, and visit to Anna Maria Island. The cottage itself fit all the needs of our family of 5 (including our 7, 5, and 3 year olds). It was well equipped, clean, and had plenty of beach and pool necessities. It’s literally across the street from the public beach access and within walking distance of some shops and restaurants, making it easy to have a relaxing time. Anna, the host, was kind and hospitable. Would definitely recommend, we are still talking about going back!

Perfect for our family of 4, with kids ages 3&5. We loved the heated pool and being steps from the beach. Great location, within close walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Host was very responsive, as was the property manager. Will book again!

Excellent location. Right next to the beach. Yes there is a road in between. However it’s close. Do not let that deter you. Condo was great all redone. Excellent amenities. This unit is located right next to the pool. Which is great for kids

Location cannot be beat for the price. It’s such a short walk to the beach, and the beach access area was never overly crowded, which made it feel very relaxing. We had such a great vacation overall. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful each night and really made the trip feel special. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at sea pirate Inn, nice and cozy quiet pool time anytime we want in the unit that we stayed in was very nice very clean and well equipped. Hope to be able to get the same place next year.

This was our first stay at Anna Maria. Anna’s place was the perfect choice for accommodations. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was just across the street. We were even able to walk to Publix and grab breakfast. Anna even allowed us to do a later check- out which was very helpful. I definitely will look to stay here again.
