Me arrependi profundamente ter me hospedado nesse hotel. Os funcionários são educados, são prestativos, mas a propriedade é um fiasco. Pagamos caro pelo que encontrei. Fiquei em duas acomodações, um quarto com café da manhã e outro sem café. Quando chegamos eles nos colocaram num anexo do lado de fora do hotel. Foi uma decepção. Travesseiros imundos, colchão velho e encardido. A cama aparentava estar suja. Não tinha nem telefone para que eu pudesse me comunicar com a recepcao. paguei carissimo para nao ter conforto. nunca vou indicar esse hotel. A distsncia dk centro nem é tantq, mas a decepcao das instalacoes foi enorme. cafe da manha fraquissimo. os funcionarios ate querem ser prestativos, mas a forma que eles criaram aqui oara fazerem os pedidos, tira qualquer um do serio. esperamos muito tempo pra poder chegar uma cafe em nossa mesa. um absurdo. Contratei tambem esse hotel por ter estacionamento. mas nao tem. Na frente do hotel tem uma calcada onde podemos largar o carro ou nos fundos do hotel. nao existe valet. E se chegar tarde corre o risco de nao encontrar espaco para colocar seu carro e tera que ficar rodando num frio danado pra catar uma vaga. Pior dinheito investido nessas ferias que tivemos pelos Alpes.

Excelente hotel (instalações, quarto, conforto e café da manhã). O único ponto que não gostei foi da vaga de estacionamento na rua atrás do hotel e ao lado do fluxo de veículos (achei perigoso e o acesso para o hotel é complicado em um aclive acentuado, principalmente com malas).

Really great hotel and design, clean, had an upgrade to a room in the main building which was a surprise! Balcony overlooking the train station. Bear in mind it’s a bit of a hill walking up to the hotel from Samedan station but it’s a short 5 minute walk. Short train to St Moritz.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im ausgezeichnet renovierten Hotel mit Klasse! Freudlicher Empfang, helles grosses Zimmer mit Ausblick, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir könnes das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

10 out 10. Great check in. Lovely comfortable room and bed Squeaky clean. Looks like a refurbishment and they’ve done a great job. They made us up a breakfast pack to take on our early glacier express train which could have fed us for the day. Great price for the room. Nothing bad to say

Ein spezieller Dank gilt Alfredo, der uns ein wunderschönes Zimmer ausgewählt hat. Das Badezimmer war ausserordentlich schön und sauber. Die Wanne ein Luxus. Auch das ganze Zimmer war sehr hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und auch im Stress sehr freundlich. Die Atmosphäre der Nostalgie wurde gut in die heutige Zeit verbunden. Ein spezielles Highlight ist auch der Pianospieler, der zum Frühstück und später in der Bar spielte. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Dankeschön.

Das einzige 4*-würdige an diesem Hotel sind der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und das Frühstück, der Rest ist 2* bis maximal 3* Niveau. Die Zimmer sind sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Im Badezimmer blättert die Farbe von der Wand, bei der Badewanne hat es 2cm breite Risse bei den Fugen, bei der Steckdose ist die halbe Abdeckung abgebrochen und man könne direkt hineinfassen. Der Kühlschrank hat leider einen EU-Stecker, so dass er gar nicht betrieben werden kann. Das schlimmste sind jedoch die Betten, die sind hart wie Bretter. Als wir nach der ersten Nacht zusätzliche Decken angefragt haben um es wenigstens etwas erträglicher zu machen, wurden dann Topper auf die Matratzen gelegt, was es einigermassen erträglich gemacht hat. Warum macht man dies nicht von Anfang an? Die Hotelbar wäre eigentlich ganz ok, jedoch durch die Aktion "Sushi & Gin" stinkt es übertrieben penetrant nach Fisch im ganzen Raum, unaushaltbar. Da gäbe es sicherlich eine bessere Lösung. Zusammengefasst ist Preis-/Leistung schlecht, Frühstück und Service machen das ganze etwas erträglicher.

Room was pretty ordinary. Was so hot had the window opened but because of room being on road it was so loud. Elevator wasn’t working so my partner had to carry my luggage up and down the stairs. Breakfast was good.

Bra läge med utmärkta kommunikationer. Hotellet är tyvärr inte renoverat interiört som hotellets historia förtjänar. Det enda som är vackert är fasaden. Insidan är inredd som en fjällstuga. De s.k. Premiumrummmen är i källaren, mycket enkla och borde benämnas standard (eller lägre). Vi klagade och blev uppgraderade, vilket var positivt.

Ich möchte zwei Sterne an Veronique geben** Sie ist fantastisch und hebt das ganze Hotel mit ihrer freundlichen Art auf! Und einen Stern an das Frühstücksbuffet. Sonst fanden wir es so lala….. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im U1, gefühlt das kleinste Zimmer zu zweit. Nicht wie angepriesen auf den Bildern. Die Sprudelwanne funktionierte leider nicht, defekt. Die Gästekarte für den Bus, Zug haben Sie uns nicht ausgehändigt beim einchecken. Ab zwei Nächten bekommt man diese in Samedan gratis, wie ich am letzten Tag erfahren habe. Davos verteilt diese Karten gleich beim Check in. Der Zimmerservice füllte am nächsten morgen den Tee & die Kaffekapseln nicht mehr auf. Und ein Kellner hat uns so gerne vermieden, dass war wirklich unglaublich! Aber die Landschaft ist traumhaft und St. Moritz ist ein Katzensprung entfernt, nur zum empfehlen!

Davos verteilt diese Karten gleich beim Check in. Der Zimmerservice füllte am nächsten morgen den Tee & die Kaffekapseln nicht mehr auf. Und ein Kellner hat uns so gerne vermieden, dass war wirklich unglaublich! Aber die Landschaft ist traumhaft und St. Moritz ist ein Katzensprung entfernt, nur zum empfehlen!

Had a lovely two day break in this wonderful old hotel. We had a room with a view across to the mountains and although it was chilly outside, our room was nice and warm and we had plenty of room. Breakfast was very enjoyable too. A short walk to the train station made this a great place to stay.

Lovely old hotel in a beautiful Swiss village. Really like the old skool vibe of this hotel. Nice friendly staff. Our suite was very large with a huge terrace. Sadly no outdoor chairs in March which was a shame as the weather was fabulous. 2 full bathrooms. Very uncomfortable sofa. Bed a bit on the small side for the size of room. With a little bit of effort this could be a stunning room. Great breakfast. Only 4 stars due to the room furniture but I’d definitely stay again. It’s a beautiful area.

Das einzige 4*-würdige an diesem Hotel sind der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und das Frühstück, der Rest ist 2* bis maximal 3* Niveau. Die Zimmer sind sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Im Badezimmer blättert die Farbe von der Wand, bei der Badewanne hat es 2cm breite Risse bei den Fugen, bei der Steckdose ist die halbe Abdeckung abgebrochen und man könne direkt hineinfassen. Der Kühlschrank hat leider einen EU-Stecker, so dass er gar nicht betrieben werden kann. Das schlimmste sind jedoch die Betten, die sind hart wie Bretter. Als wir nach der ersten Nacht zusätzliche Decken angefragt haben um es wenigstens etwas erträglicher zu machen, wurden dann Topper auf die Matratzen gelegt, was es einigermassen erträglich gemacht hat. Warum macht man dies nicht von Anfang an? Die Hotelbar wäre eigentlich ganz ok, jedoch durch die Aktion "Sushi & Gin" stinkt es übertrieben penetrant nach Fisch im ganzen Raum, unaushaltbar. Da gäbe es sicherlich eine bessere Lösung. Zusammengefasst ist Preis-/Leistung schlecht, Frühstück und Service machen das ganze etwas erträglicher.

I liked the hotel. Their service and location close to the railway is good. I have one issue. We were stranded in Zermatt by an avalanche and we missed our first day at the hotel. We called and they held our reservation, but they charged us for two nights instead of the one night we stayed. The delay was not our fault. Zermatt was closed to all traffic because of the avalanche.

After several attempts, they still have not sent me a final invoice and there are many unexplained charges. They refused to give us a spare key and you can only lock the door from inside, so I felt unsafe until my friend came back with the only key. Also, they took the card out of the wall that gave us electricity, so we were without it an entire night and were unable to see anything or charge our phones. They offered no transportation from the train station up the hill to the hotel, and we had too much luggage to carry on our own. It is $50-$70 US just to go 10 minutes to get to St. Moritz. It was a nightmare.

Ein spezieller Dank gilt Alfredo, der uns ein wunderschönes Zimmer ausgewählt hat. Das Badezimmer war ausserordentlich schön und sauber. Die Wanne ein Luxus. Auch das ganze Zimmer war sehr hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und auch im Stress sehr freundlich. Die Atmosphäre der Nostalgie wurde gut in die heutige Zeit verbunden. Ein spezielles Highlight ist auch der Pianospieler, der zum Frühstück und später in der Bar spielte. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Dankeschön.

Really great hotel and design, clean, had an upgrade to a room in the main building which was a surprise! Balcony overlooking the train station. Bear in mind it’s a bit of a hill walking up to the hotel from Samedan station but it’s a short 5 minute walk. Short train to St Moritz.

Im Hotel Bernina wird sehr die Tradition vom nostalgischen Style gepflegt. Dies muss man lieben uns gefällts. Es liegt Zentral und der ÖV ist gut in Fussdistanz zu erreichen. In der Nacht ist es sehr ruhig und beim Frühstück wird man verwöhnt. Jederzeit wieder!

Me arrependi profundamente ter me hospedado nesse hotel. Os funcionários são educados, são prestativos, mas a propriedade é um fiasco. Pagamos caro pelo que encontrei. Fiquei em duas acomodações, um quarto com café da manhã e outro sem café. Quando chegamos eles nos colocaram num anexo do lado de fora do hotel. Foi uma decepção. Travesseiros imundos, colchão velho e encardido. A cama aparentava estar suja. Não tinha nem telefone para que eu pudesse me comunicar com a recepcao. paguei carissimo para nao ter conforto. nunca vou indicar esse hotel. A distsncia dk centro nem é tantq, mas a decepcao das instalacoes foi enorme. cafe da manha fraquissimo. os funcionarios ate querem ser prestativos, mas a forma que eles criaram aqui oara fazerem os pedidos, tira qualquer um do serio. esperamos muito tempo pra poder chegar uma cafe em nossa mesa. um absurdo. Contratei tambem esse hotel por ter estacionamento. mas nao tem. Na frente do hotel tem uma calcada onde podemos largar o carro ou nos fundos do hotel. nao existe valet. E se chegar tarde corre o risco de nao encontrar espaco para colocar seu carro e tera que ficar rodando num frio danado pra catar uma vaga. Pior dinheito investido nessas ferias que tivemos pelos Alpes.

Não tinha nem telefone para que eu pudesse me comunicar com a recepcao. paguei carissimo para nao ter conforto. nunca vou indicar esse hotel. A distsncia dk centro nem é tantq, mas a decepcao das instalacoes foi enorme. cafe da manha fraquissimo. os funcionarios ate querem ser prestativos, mas a forma que eles criaram aqui oara fazerem os pedidos, tira qualquer um do serio. esperamos muito tempo pra poder chegar uma cafe em nossa mesa. um absurdo. Contratei tambem esse hotel por ter estacionamento. mas nao tem. Na frente do hotel tem uma calcada onde podemos largar o carro ou nos fundos do hotel. nao existe valet. E se chegar tarde corre o risco de nao encontrar espaco para colocar seu carro e tera que ficar rodando num frio danado pra catar uma vaga. Pior dinheito investido nessas ferias que tivemos pelos Alpes.
