This house is in desperate need of a good clean and some serious maintenance. We were unable to use the downstairs bedroom as the lock on the door was broken, instead a stick was being used to keep the door closed. There is no ceiling fans and the house is extremely hot. A very old rusty pedestal fan did nothing. The cook top is rusted out, the couches are stained and falling apart. Sliding doors had no screens, so the house was full of flies and wasps. At 800 a night, this was extremely disappointing to say the least.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house lots of room for teenagers downstairs. Lovely big yard for our dog, close to everything - walking distance to shops at Pt Lookout or Bob's. We got a great breeze every afternoon. Only issue was in the main bedroom, lovely to see the sun come up, but it was straight over the bed with no blind, so no sleep in possible in summer.
