The hotel is in a spectacular location, but it just doesn’t quite work. After checking in, I never saw another person. Not a member of staff, not a guest. No one. The spa wasn’t open, the restaurant wasn’t open. There were alternatives offered on the other side of the river for both breakfast and the gym and spa. But to get a timed three-hour pass for the spa you had to speak to a member of the (invisible) staff. I can’t recommend and will not be returning. Eye-wateringly expensive when compared with adjacent hotels - who serve breakfast on site.

The property has a spa which you have access to all the time.the staff a super amazing and also welcoming, even when you check out you can still use the spa on the sale day. Thet upgrades me to a suite and I was so relaxed at the end of my stay I've booked another stay next year with my mum. It is located by the Limit river so you fall asleep to the flow of the water.
