Hotel was amazing with 3 pools. Room cleaned daily with clean towels. Staff at bar were a bit unfriendly and didnt engage much with guests. Changed the time the pool area opened so never really sure when you could get in. Breakfast had an amazing choice and very clean. Key card had to be reactivated about 6 times throught out stay which was a bit annnoying when on 6th floor!

The staff was nice and the main lobby area was very clean and indicative of a 4 Star hotel. However, the pool area could definitely use some updating and the rooms were uncomfortable. The pool area could definitely use updating a deep cleaning. The area just looks worn out and like it hasn’t been deep cleaned or updated in quite some time. The pool side bar is nice. The pool chairs are not very comfortable. The rooms are very bare. There are no dressers or really anywhere to put you clothes other than a couple of bars for hanging clothes and a shelf or two. The sheets are very basic and not comfortable. We had a family room and the front room had a couch and a chair that were the cheapest and most uncomfortable pieces of furniture I’ve over seen in a “4 star” hotel. The breakfast, however, was spectacular. It was an amazing spread and had enough space to seat the large number of guests that showed up. There was bread, pastries, eggs, meats, cereals, yogurts and more. The breakfast definitely was the star of the show. Overall, if you are just looking for a place to drop your bags and hit the town, then come back and sleep before the next day, this place is fine. It is not a place that I would expect to spend much time around the hotel, other than hanging by the pool for a bit.

Hotellet har gode faciliteter for hele familien, især de forskellige swimmingpools, som både børn og voksne kan nyde. Værelserne blev rengjort dagligt, hvilket vi satte stor pris på. Dog kunne lydisoleringen være bedre. Dørene til værelserne lukker ikke særlig tæt, så vi kunne høre al aktivitet ude på gangen. Ligeledes var spisesalen meget larmende – måske kunne lyddæmpere hjælpe til at skabe en mere behagelig spiseoplevelse. Alt i alt et fint hotel med en skøn beliggenhed kun få minutters gang fra stranden.

We went to Mallorca for a weekend trip. And this hotel was perfect for the view and road trip with the easy parking. It was May when we visited, but the weather was quite warm already. Unfortunately, there was no electric fan nor air-conditioning provided...So we had to open the window for some air. However, this led to another problem, the noise from the parties. The hotel was located right next to the pubs and bars near the beach, and our windows were directly facing them. We did manage to enjoy some in-house entertainment provided by the hotel, like the bar and the Michael Jackson dancing show. It will be even better if the swimming pool can be opened earlier in the morning for a quick dip before/after breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at Sol Guadalupe for 8 days. Clean hotel, great pool area for both kids and adults. The breakfast was great. Short distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping area. We will be back 🌞

A weekend in Maga for my birthday… I stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago with my kids and rated the pool, bar and lunch menu. Booked it again for this two night stay with my better half and it was every bit as good as I remembered. Only bit I wasn’t keen on was the buffet breakfast, it’s quite chaotic but the hotel is large so to be expected… Surprisingly good coffee from the machine however and as long as the queue for the fresh omelette may be, if really is the best bit and worth the wait.

Realmente la bienvenida no fue nada agradable porque al estar la persona en recepción con nuestros documentos en las manos, un segundo trabajador la llama aparte y dice que deberíamos esperar por atender a otros clientes fue algo desagradable, no pienso que sea un hotel 4 estrellas porque la habitación nunca la limpiaron el baño nunca lo limpiaron es decir l limpieza cero, las toallas si las cambiaban a diario, los marcos de la puerta del baño desajustado, la puerta por ende no cerraba bien y siempre había que dejarla abierta, la comida era siempre la misma la calidad precio no tiene nada que ver, además el servicio en la mesa buffet para nada bueno. Creo que llamarlo un hotel 4 estrellas es sobre valorarlo

Excellent stay. The hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and helpful, the pool is great and we really appreciated the early check in. We also appreciated the surprise bottle of wine. Location is brilliant with the strip a 5 minute walk away and there are a host of local shops within a few steps. It was really good to see the manager out and about every day ensuring everything was good for the guests. There is a nice games room for kids too. 2 things to improve on. 1. Check in is laborious. It seems to take forever and if a big group arrives you could be there for hours. The online check in process is a great idea but didn’t work, leaving us with the standard process. 2. Breakfast. Beyond fruit and pastries it was pretty average. Thanks to everyone. We will stay again.

Hôtel suffisant pour nous, nous étions partis toute la journée. Les repas sont des classiques de l'industriel, l'hôtel est propre. Nous y étions en octobre donc j'imagine qu'en période estivale il y a des animations.

The pool area could definitely use updating a deep cleaning. The area just looks worn out and like it hasn’t been deep cleaned or updated in quite some time. The pool side bar is nice. The pool chairs are not very comfortable. The rooms are very bare. There are no dressers or really anywhere to put you clothes other than a couple of bars for hanging clothes and a shelf or two. The sheets are very basic and not comfortable. We had a family room and the front room had a couch and a chair that were the cheapest and most uncomfortable pieces of furniture I’ve over seen in a “4 star” hotel. The breakfast, however, was spectacular. It was an amazing spread and had enough space to seat the large number of guests that showed up. There was bread, pastries, eggs, meats, cereals, yogurts and more. The breakfast definitely was the star of the show. Overall, if you are just looking for a place to drop your bags and hit the town, then come back and sleep before the next day, this place is fine. It is not a place that I would expect to spend much time around the hotel, other than hanging by the pool for a bit.

The pictures on hotels.com show a beautiful view of the ocean. In actuality, you’re about a couple blocks away. Patio furniture in the lobby and sparse bedroom furniture with only a sheet no blankets. The air conditioning was pretty weak and we had a hard time sleeping. I think because of the price point it attracts a lot of younger people and bachelor and bachelorette parties, which were very rowdy and noisy throughout the night the bar across the street closes late into the night and we found it brought a lot of noise through the corridor. If you’re on a family vacation spend more and go elsewhere.

Hotellet har gode faciliteter for hele familien, især de forskellige swimmingpools, som både børn og voksne kan nyde. Værelserne blev rengjort dagligt, hvilket vi satte stor pris på. Dog kunne lydisoleringen være bedre. Dørene til værelserne lukker ikke særlig tæt, så vi kunne høre al aktivitet ude på gangen. Ligeledes var spisesalen meget larmende – måske kunne lyddæmpere hjælpe til at skabe en mere behagelig spiseoplevelse. Alt i alt et fint hotel med en skøn beliggenhed kun få minutters gang fra stranden.

Perfect location - very walkable. We were in room 903 on the top floor. Overall room was nice. Few issues: the tv in the room didn’t work - had no channels - everytime we returned to the room and put the card in the switch it was displaying an error message of “no programados” so the staff there were aware it was not working and did nothing about it. Light switches were a bit confusing and there wasn’t enough plug sockets in the room to be practical. Balcony and views from it were lovely. Bathroom could do with a non slip bathmat in the shower as the floor gets very slippy in there and a taller person would hit their knees on the sink every time they use the toilet. We did also have the maid walk in 3 times on our day of departure. Appreciate they were anxious to clean the room for the next guest but we were very clearly packing our bags to leave the first two times she came in.

We went to Mallorca for a weekend trip. And this hotel was perfect for the view and road trip with the easy parking. It was May when we visited, but the weather was quite warm already. Unfortunately, there was no electric fan nor air-conditioning provided...So we had to open the window for some air. However, this led to another problem, the noise from the parties. The hotel was located right next to the pubs and bars near the beach, and our windows were directly facing them. We did manage to enjoy some in-house entertainment provided by the hotel, like the bar and the Michael Jackson dancing show. It will be even better if the swimming pool can be opened earlier in the morning for a quick dip before/after breakfast.

The room was clean and had a nice size. But the best part of the hotel for us as a family, was the entertainment staff! Julia, Pedro, Diego and Raúl was amazing! The kids didnt want to go home. The breakfast is in ok, with lots of different things to choose from.

Hotel reception and pool area very nice. Pool huge, plenty of sun beds. Rooms were very small, mine has no air con. I told reception but never got fixed. Bed covers we’re only changed once in 7 days.. to be honest for the money I paid for the week, I could not expect a lot more. Also dinner was very poor indeed, but breakfast was ok..

Realmente la bienvenida no fue nada agradable porque al estar la persona en recepción con nuestros documentos en las manos, un segundo trabajador la llama aparte y dice que deberíamos esperar por atender a otros clientes fue algo desagradable, no pienso que sea un hotel 4 estrellas porque la habitación nunca la limpiaron el baño nunca lo limpiaron es decir l limpieza cero, las toallas si las cambiaban a diario, los marcos de la puerta del baño desajustado, la puerta por ende no cerraba bien y siempre había que dejarla abierta, la comida era siempre la misma la calidad precio no tiene nada que ver, además el servicio en la mesa buffet para nada bueno. Creo que llamarlo un hotel 4 estrellas es sobre valorarlo

Excellent stay. The hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and helpful, the pool is great and we really appreciated the early check in. We also appreciated the surprise bottle of wine. Location is brilliant with the strip a 5 minute walk away and there are a host of local shops within a few steps. It was really good to see the manager out and about every day ensuring everything was good for the guests. There is a nice games room for kids too. 2 things to improve on. 1. Check in is laborious. It seems to take forever and if a big group arrives you could be there for hours. The online check in process is a great idea but didn’t work, leaving us with the standard process. 2. Breakfast. Beyond fruit and pastries it was pretty average. Thanks to everyone. We will stay again.

Pros: Hotel is good and in generally decent condition. Great location. Reasonable priced food and drink. Many thanks for the bottle of wine! Pool is great and there are sufficient sun loungers, even for late risers. Only a short walk to the beach, shops and strip. Cons: Check in is still shambolic and takes forever. Rooms not available, even after 3pm.

Reception staff always seemed to be busy doing everything bar being available to customers… Check in was painfully slow, 4 staff members, only one checking people in. Then, I was about to check in, an existing guest just walked up to the front and rather than the reception saying there’s a queue, continues to deal with her request. Hotel was ok, pool was nice, dinner service finishes very early - glad I was just there for one day/night.

This was the very first time of going to Mallorca and I will definitely go again. The hotel was a very good choice. Despite the language barrier, the staff always went out of their way to help. Very helpful and always smiling. From the reception staff, restaurant staff and even the lady who cleaned our room, who was called Fatou. They were very polite and always eager to help. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful break. My kids and I really needed it. Can’t wait to come back again. You are simply amazing. God bless you all.

We usually stay at ME when we holiday in Majorca across the road but we are staying in a villa this time on other side of island but wanted a night out in Magaluf this hotel was the best option for us to stay 1 night it was clean good value and very nice staff in good location what more could you want

Très bon sejour, hôtel propre et plutôt calme pour un mois de septembre contrairement à ce que l’on avait lu sur internet avant de partir. Animations, petit dej buffet varié, piscine agréable, à 5min de la plage et des restaurants/boutiques.

The staff was nice and the main lobby area was very clean and indicative of a 4 Star hotel. However, the pool area could definitely use some updating and the rooms were uncomfortable. The pool area could definitely use updating a deep cleaning. The area just looks worn out and like it hasn’t been deep cleaned or updated in quite some time. The pool side bar is nice. The pool chairs are not very comfortable. The rooms are very bare. There are no dressers or really anywhere to put you clothes other than a couple of bars for hanging clothes and a shelf or two. The sheets are very basic and not comfortable. We had a family room and the front room had a couch and a chair that were the cheapest and most uncomfortable pieces of furniture I’ve over seen in a “4 star” hotel. The breakfast, however, was spectacular. It was an amazing spread and had enough space to seat the large number of guests that showed up. There was bread, pastries, eggs, meats, cereals, yogurts and more. The breakfast definitely was the star of the show. Overall, if you are just looking for a place to drop your bags and hit the town, then come back and sleep before the next day, this place is fine. It is not a place that I would expect to spend much time around the hotel, other than hanging by the pool for a bit.

good stay, specially for the breakfast, super complete. good location. despite having a great pool and some activities during the day, in my opinion is not the best option if you want to stay long hours in the hotel. it's not a resort, but a good hotel.

Hotel reception and pool area very nice. Pool huge, plenty of sun beds. Rooms were very small, mine has no air con. I told reception but never got fixed. Bed covers we’re only changed once in 7 days.. to be honest for the money I paid for the week, I could not expect a lot more. Also dinner was very poor indeed, but breakfast was ok..

A weekend in Maga for my birthday… I stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago with my kids and rated the pool, bar and lunch menu. Booked it again for this two night stay with my better half and it was every bit as good as I remembered. Only bit I wasn’t keen on was the buffet breakfast, it’s quite chaotic but the hotel is large so to be expected… Surprisingly good coffee from the machine however and as long as the queue for the fresh omelette may be, if really is the best bit and worth the wait.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights including dinner half board the hotel was nice n clean however yhe food was horrible dont bother wasting money on dinner. There are a couple nice places to eat near by our favourite was Titanic.

Check in is still very slow, I don’t know why it takes so long. Third time we have stayed here so it is doing a lot of things very well. There is one thing that needs putting right and that is an early check in charge. I stay in hotels most weeks and have never been charged for checking in early anywhere.
