El personal del hotel es muy servicial, siempre intentan resolver con una sonrisa. Son flexibles para hacer que el cliente tenga una estancia comoda. Es un hotel increible para ir con ninos. Llegamos mas tarde de lo previsto, por la noche, y nos tenian preparada una cena fria. Muchos socorristas en la piscina vigilando los ninos. En recepcion son muy amables. Repetire seguro.

J’ai bien aimé le service de transfert de l’aéroport à l’hôtel. C’était moins cher que UBER ! Avec deux enfants de bas âges, c’était un hôtel idéal. Au niveau de la piscine, la nourriture, c’était très bien. Les personnels étaient bien gentils :) par contre, l’ascenseur,,, il faut améliorer.

Located just outside the busy area, 5 minute walk away. Close to the beach. Quiet enough to get away from it all. Was busy with families so expect the family noise, and buffet madness. Only negative would be the lifts, only 3 of them and when busy be prepared to wait a while

I've been in a few 4 and 5 star All-Inclusive hotels for the last few years and while this one had a few things going for it, it felt lacking in a few key areas I hadn't seen in a few places. The Good: Good for families with young children due to the many pools and entertainment options Staff was very kind, especially the animators at the childrens club Close to the beach and the commercial area meas you can do plenty of things nearby The Bad: - It was very common to see certain machines broken, like the juice and coffee dispensers. The soft Ice cream machine seemed to be there just for show. - 1 of the 3 elevators was broken during almost our entire stay, and since the place is so crowded it made waiting for elevators take a really long time, especially during lunch times. The place has 14 floors so using the stairs is not always an option - Pools close way too early. I realize it's because lifeguards have to leave but not being able to use them when there are 3 more hours of intense heat is really annoying. At least some of the Kids pools should remain open. - Glasses and cups provided by the hotel during lunch hours are very small, forcing you to constantly having to get up to refill and there not enough drink dispensers for such a large and crowded place - Some shows at night are entertaining but others but others, like the Brazillian one, feel really improvised and are just stalling for time - Very few drink options in the all inclusive menu

Ma 2e fois dans cet hôtel petit problème au mois de Mai par rapport au mois d’Août c’est que l eau de la piscine et de la mer est bien plus froide et comme l hôtel n’utilise pas de machine pour chauffer l’eau et la douche de notre avait une petite fuite sinon pour le reste un bon hôtel 4 étoiles

Trevligt familjehotell bra beläget precis ovanför Magalufs strands sydvästra kant. Stranden nådde man lätt via en trappa (vagnen gick att köra bredvid) eller via en trottoar längs med vägen runt hotellområdet. Tvärs över gatan ligger en butik butik. Partykvarteret ligger i andra änden av Magaluf så man stördes ej. Vattenlandet har 5 vattenrutschbanor som uppskattades av vår 2,5 åring. Tyvärr fick man bara åka tillsammans i den ena så hon fick åka själv vilket dock fungerade bra då hon kom ned sakta sittandes. Tycker dock att man hade kunnat ha ett undantag för de minsta barnen så de kan åka med en vuxen ned. Det fanns 3 barnpooler för de minsta. Utöver dessa och vattenlandets pool (plan -2) fanns det en mindre men djup pool och en större mer modern pool på plan 0. Där anordnades aktiviteter som träning, vattenbasket och några gånger blåste de upp hoppborgar med rutschkanor vid poolen. Maten är vad man kan förvänta sig av all inclusive. De stekte olika typer av kött och fisk men der var oftast bara en kock på den stationen så det blev en del köbildning. Det var högljutt inomhus då det saknades ljuddämpning men då det inte var så många nordbor på hotellet gick det oftast att få ett bord utomhus där det var lugnt. Glass från baren ingick även mellan måltiderna. Det som drar ned betyget var vuxensängarna som var stenhårda och kuddarna. De borde åtminstone köpa in bäddmadrasser för att förbättra konforten. Det fanns bra 3 små hissar så vi fick ofta bära ned vagnen pga kö.

Très bel hôtel, côté enfants et adultes séparé, très bon hôtel pour famille avec enfants. Belles piscines avec toboggan. Par contre ascenseur trop petit et pas suffisant pour le nombre exagéré de clients dans l'hôtel et restauration pas top et trop de monde à chaque fois. Hôtel très bien situé proche d'une très belle plage et commerces de proximité

Très bon hôtel mon fils et moi avons passer 1 semaine vraiment agréable plusieurs piscines dans l hôtel pour les enfants plusieurs toboggan bassins avec jet d’eau la nourriture était bonne animation pour enfant le problème les ascenseurs il y’en a trois mais tellement de monde dans l’hôtel que tu peux attendre un moment avant de monter dedans

Hallo Vielen Dank für den Urlaub bei euch. Ich fange mit dem Essen an – es war köstlich, ausgezeichnete Meeresfrüchte und regionale Küche. Immer frisch und reichlich für alle. Auch für die Kinder gibt es eine riesige Auswahl. Zimmer: sauber und gut vorbereitet. Personal: freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Am Anfang konnten wir keine Check in machen uns wurde gesagt es ist erst ab 14:00 möglich haben 2 std. Vorm hotel gewartet um 14:00 wurde uns noch mitgeteillt dass wir 20 min warten müssen. Habe denen gesagt dass ich kleine Tochter habe und sie schlafen will dass sie sich bischen beeilen sollen. Nach check in war alles am anfang gut. Wir wollten wasser haben obwohl alles inklusive war haben die uns gesagt dass wir für die Flasche zahlen müssen und wasser immer im Lobi befüllen können :( habe gesagt ihr habt aber ab 24:00 die bars geschlossen wie sollen wir wasser nehmen wusste niemand wie wir das machen können. Wir wollten für die kleine Milch haben haben die uns gesagt dass wir es auch unten befüllen können aber was die nicht verstanden haben ist das dass kind mitten in der Nacht milch will und es wieder überall geschlossen ist. Musste von drausen milch kaufen wasser kaufen, weil es kein minibar gab musste noch getränke und so für die nacht kaufen. Boden wurden innerhalb 4 tagen nie gewischt. Und kein Change Office also nimmt unbedingt Euro mit. Wir waren 3 leute hatten nur eine handtuch und nur 2 Badetuch. Kinder pool schwimmbecken usw. waren sehr gut habe n wirklich viel spass gehabt. Meer ist direkt hinter Hotel was auch sehr gut war. Essen ging so immer dass gleiche. Animation vom Hotel war auch gut. Es ist wirklich kinderfreundlich. Also im ganzen waren wir zufrieden.

The staff were great but the food was not nice at all not many options and we asked for a double bed we got 2 single beds even though we asked on the first day to have a double bed. It needed to be more clean there were no toilet paper or hand soap in the toilets by the pool . .

The Hotel is near the Beach ,which is a very positive thing.The room where i stayed was clean ,you get fresh towels everyday and the rooms are cleaned everyday. The pool is not so huge but it is good enough,for Swimming you have the Beach which is about 50 meters ,about 4 minutes walk from the Hotel. The food was okey, i think they should cook more regional food and Soanish cuisine. But it was okey. Its a very good family Hotel, there is a waterland for kids and its huge. The Staffs are very helpfull and friendly . The cleaning personals are doing a good job. It was a nice stay all in all.

I only had the breakfast option and im really glad i didnt go for an allin, the food was horrible att this always the same horrible brekfast every morning, the room was worn down, and the cleanup didnt even change the covers every day like they are supposed to.

as i got there the service was crap and after the 1st night i woke up with red marks on my body! after 3 nights my whole body is full of bites! they have bed bugs and i'm fuming as my whole body still has red marks all over it! hotel is disgusting!! wouldn't let my dog stay there! the pool is filthy could see it from my balcony! would never stay here again! and will do anything to earn other people so they don't have to sleep with bed bugs!!!

Det var et dejligt sted at komme til når man har børn, da det er helt vildt børnevenligt. Sengene var det eneste jeg kan klage over, sovesofaen var hård og dårligt , vores dobbeltseng var i virkeligheden enkelt senge som var skubbet sammen, hvilket betyder at de konstant rykkede fra hinanden.

The staff were great but the food was not nice at all not many options and we asked for a double bed we got 2 single beds even though we asked on the first day to have a double bed. It needed to be more clean there were no toilet paper or hand soap in the toilets by the pool . .

The hotel is really nice. The breakfast is extraordinary with an en endless variety, I have ever seen in so many good hotels that I have stayed at. There are so many swimming pools and all very clean, so it was really nice. There is enough parking available on the streets to park the car, and it is free of charge 24*7. The two things which I did not like are - there is not enough sound proofing in the rooms, so when someone is talking and passing in the lobby, it was clearly heard in the room. And the second is the room A/C was not so effective and was also noisy, making it a bit irritable during the sleep.

Trevligt familjehotell bra beläget precis ovanför Magalufs strands sydvästra kant. Stranden nådde man lätt via en trappa (vagnen gick att köra bredvid) eller via en trottoar längs med vägen runt hotellområdet. Tvärs över gatan ligger en butik butik. Partykvarteret ligger i andra änden av Magaluf så man stördes ej. Vattenlandet har 5 vattenrutschbanor som uppskattades av vår 2,5 åring. Tyvärr fick man bara åka tillsammans i den ena så hon fick åka själv vilket dock fungerade bra då hon kom ned sakta sittandes. Tycker dock att man hade kunnat ha ett undantag för de minsta barnen så de kan åka med en vuxen ned. Det fanns 3 barnpooler för de minsta. Utöver dessa och vattenlandets pool (plan -2) fanns det en mindre men djup pool och en större mer modern pool på plan 0. Där anordnades aktiviteter som träning, vattenbasket och några gånger blåste de upp hoppborgar med rutschkanor vid poolen. Maten är vad man kan förvänta sig av all inclusive. De stekte olika typer av kött och fisk men der var oftast bara en kock på den stationen så det blev en del köbildning. Det var högljutt inomhus då det saknades ljuddämpning men då det inte var så många nordbor på hotellet gick det oftast att få ett bord utomhus där det var lugnt. Glass från baren ingick även mellan måltiderna. Det som drar ned betyget var vuxensängarna som var stenhårda och kuddarna. De borde åtminstone köpa in bäddmadrasser för att förbättra konforten. Det fanns bra 3 små hissar så vi fick ofta bära ned vagnen pga kö.

Unfortunately the pool was not heated and at night it was very loud in the corridors. We were there in mid-April and it was a bit noisy in the dining room, but otherwise it was a very child-friendly hotel. This was also noticeable in the evening program, as it was boring for children over 8 years old and there wasn't really much entertainment for adults. Besides that we liked the beach that was close by and that the hotel was really clean and the staff was super nice.

Avis très mitigé… nous avons demandé depuis janvier une chambre à côté de celle de notre famille avec qui nous partions et cette demande n’a pas été respectée alors que la chambre communicante juste à côté de la notre était libre la première nuit : il n’y avait donc que 2 chambres à échanger mais la réception n’a rien voulu savoir mise à part nous dire de repasser demain pour voir si il serait possible de trouver 2 chambres à côté selon les départs… Il y a souvent la queue pour aller manger, c’est la première fois que nous voyons cela dans un hôtel 4*, il serait judicieux d’ouvrir le restaurant à 12H au lieu de 13H pour palier à ce problème. Pour le personnel, très mitigé mise à part les femmes de ménages et les animateurs qui sont très polis et joyeux, le reste notamment le personnel de la réception ne sont pas là pour vous aider (en effet la veille de notre départ, je me suis rendu a l’accueil pour demander a ce qu’ils appellent la société de transport qui devait venir nous chercher afin de connaître l’heure de prise en charge a l’hôtel et l’agent m’a répondu que ce n’était pas à lui d’appeler mais à nous car ce n’est pas un service de l’hôtel) : encore une fois une première pour nous d’entendre cela … La propreté de la chambre reste «\xa0correcte\xa0», les lits sont refais très rapidement, les draps n’ont pas été changés de la semaine. POINTS POSITIFS = piscine, toboggans, belle plage à proximité, nourriture assez variée, bons cocktails

I have visited Sol Barbados few years ago and it was much better in term of food and staff. Most if not all staff were rude and not easy to approach especially the bar men as well as the restaurant workers. I wanted to go again so we can have some memories back but unfortunately it wasn’t as expected

Am Anfang konnten wir keine Check in machen uns wurde gesagt es ist erst ab 14:00 möglich haben 2 std. Vorm hotel gewartet um 14:00 wurde uns noch mitgeteillt dass wir 20 min warten müssen. Habe denen gesagt dass ich kleine Tochter habe und sie schlafen will dass sie sich bischen beeilen sollen. Nach check in war alles am anfang gut. Wir wollten wasser haben obwohl alles inklusive war haben die uns gesagt dass wir für die Flasche zahlen müssen und wasser immer im Lobi befüllen können :( habe gesagt ihr habt aber ab 24:00 die bars geschlossen wie sollen wir wasser nehmen wusste niemand wie wir das machen können. Wir wollten für die kleine Milch haben haben die uns gesagt dass wir es auch unten befüllen können aber was die nicht verstanden haben ist das dass kind mitten in der Nacht milch will und es wieder überall geschlossen ist. Musste von drausen milch kaufen wasser kaufen, weil es kein minibar gab musste noch getränke und so für die nacht kaufen. Boden wurden innerhalb 4 tagen nie gewischt. Und kein Change Office also nimmt unbedingt Euro mit. Wir waren 3 leute hatten nur eine handtuch und nur 2 Badetuch. Kinder pool schwimmbecken usw. waren sehr gut habe n wirklich viel spass gehabt. Meer ist direkt hinter Hotel was auch sehr gut war. Essen ging so immer dass gleiche. Animation vom Hotel war auch gut. Es ist wirklich kinderfreundlich. Also im ganzen waren wir zufrieden.

Das Hotel hat mich sehr positiv überrascht. Das Personal war stets freundlich und sehr bemüht alles für die Gäste zu tun. Die Speisen waren stets frisch gekocht, gebraten, gegrillt etc. und von der Qualität her überraschend gut. Die räumliche Trennung der beiden Pools macht es deutlich ruhiger und angenehmer, wenn man auch Mal etwas Ruhe am Pool haben möchte. Alles in allem ist dieses Hotel empfehlenswert

We had a fantastic stay at Sol Barbados. The room was comfortable and always clean, lovely balcony, with fresh air. The Location was perfect and very closed to the buses and near the beach. The workers are very friendly, kind, smiling whole the time and special thanks to guest service manager Borja for a great support to all guests. Amazing and delicious breakfast and dinner. Front desk staff not helpful and rude Pool closes at 6pm and the sun doesnt go down until 10pm so theres nothing to do in the evening. Breakfast is mediocre despite many options, the food quality just isnt good. Loud screaming kids at night and early morning. Walls are paper thin. Its an expensive hotel but not worth the price.

Ich habe die Zeit im Sol Barbados sehr genossen. Waren mit den Kindern dort und haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Hotel, schöne Aussicht und nicht mal 100 Meter entfernt vom Strand und viele Möglichkeiten auch für Abends. Das Personal ist sehr professionell und hilfsbereit. Essen und Drinks gibt's viel Auswahl. Riesiges Buffet. Am Hotel gibt's tatsächlich nichts zu bemängeln. Pools und Ausstattung wirklich alles prima. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag gibts tatsächlich trotzdem, dann wäre der Aufenthalt dort nochmals angenehmer. Ich habe die Zeit im Sol Barbados sehr genossen. Waren mit den Kindern dort und haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Hotel, schöne Aussicht und nicht mal 100 Meter entfernt vom Strand und viele Möglichkeiten auch für Abends. Das Personal ist sehr professionell und hilfsbereit. Essen und Drinks gibt's viel Auswahl. Riesiges Buffet. Am Hotel gibt's tatsächlich nichts zu bemängeln. Pools und Ausstattung wirklich alles prima. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag gibts tatsächlich trotzdem, dann wäre der Aufenthalt dort nochmals angenehmer. The hotel is really nice. The breakfast is extraordinary with an en endless variety, I have ever seen in so many good hotels that I have stayed at. There are so many swimming pools and all very clean, so it was really nice. There is enough parking available on the streets to park the car, and it is free of charge 24*7. The two things which I did not like are - there is not enough sound proofing in the rooms, so when someone is talking and passing in the lobby, it was clearly heard in the room. And the second is the room A/C was not so effective and was also noisy, making it a bit irritable during the sleep.

The Hotel is near the Beach ,which is a very positive thing.The room where i stayed was clean ,you get fresh towels everyday and the rooms are cleaned everyday. The pool is not so huge but it is good enough,for Swimming you have the Beach which is about 50 meters ,about 4 minutes walk from the Hotel. The food was okey, i think they should cook more regional food and Soanish cuisine. But it was okey. Its a very good family Hotel, there is a waterland for kids and its huge. The Staffs are very helpfull and friendly . The cleaning personals are doing a good job. It was a nice stay all in all.

We stay at the hôtel 12 days. We didn’t practice hotel’s animations but the hôtel was near to many restaurants many bars and at 2 min of the magaluf beach. We rent a car through the hôtel at « torrenova car » the car and the service was perfect. The food was very Nice. Our stay was Perfect.

Located just outside the busy area, 5 minute walk away. Close to the beach. Quiet enough to get away from it all. Was busy with families so expect the family noise, and buffet madness. Only negative would be the lifts, only 3 of them and when busy be prepared to wait a while

We had a fantastic stay at Sol Barbados. The room was comfortable and always clean, lovely balcony, with fresh air. The Location was perfect and very closed to the buses and near the beach. The workers are very friendly, kind, smiling whole the time and special thanks to guest service manager Borja for a great support to all guests. Amazing and delicious breakfast and dinner. Trevligt familjehotell bra beläget precis ovanför Magalufs strands sydvästra kant. Stranden nådde man lätt via en trappa (vagnen gick att köra bredvid) eller via en trottoar längs med vägen runt hotellområdet. Tvärs över gatan ligger en butik butik. Partykvarteret ligger i andra änden av Magaluf så man stördes ej. Vattenlandet har 5 vattenrutschbanor som uppskattades av vår 2,5 åring. Tyvärr fick man bara åka tillsammans i den ena så hon fick åka själv vilket dock fungerade bra då hon kom ned sakta sittandes. Tycker dock att man hade kunnat ha ett undantag för de minsta barnen så de kan åka med en vuxen ned. Det fanns 3 barnpooler för de minsta. Utöver dessa och vattenlandets pool (plan -2) fanns det en mindre men djup pool och en större mer modern pool på plan 0. Där anordnades aktiviteter som träning, vattenbasket och några gånger blåste de upp hoppborgar med rutschkanor vid poolen. Maten är vad man kan förvänta sig av all inclusive. De stekte olika typer av kött och fisk men der var oftast bara en kock på den stationen så det blev en del köbildning. Det var högljutt inomhus då det saknades ljuddämpning men då det inte var så många nordbor på hotellet gick det oftast att få ett bord utomhus där det var lugnt. Glass från baren ingick även mellan måltiderna. Det som drar ned betyget var vuxensängarna som var stenhårda och kuddarna. De borde åtminstone köpa in bäddmadrasser för att förbättra konforten. Det fanns bra 3 små hissar så vi fick ofta bära ned vagnen pga kö.

Avis très mitigé… nous avons demandé depuis janvier une chambre à côté de celle de notre famille avec qui nous partions et cette demande n’a pas été respectée alors que la chambre communicante juste à côté de la notre était libre la première nuit : il n’y avait donc que 2 chambres à échanger mais la réception n’a rien voulu savoir mise à part nous dire de repasser demain pour voir si il serait possible de trouver 2 chambres à côté selon les départs… Il y a souvent la queue pour aller manger, c’est la première fois que nous voyons cela dans un hôtel 4*, il serait judicieux d’ouvrir le restaurant à 12H au lieu de 13H pour palier à ce problème. Pour le personnel, très mitigé mise à part les femmes de ménages et les animateurs qui sont très polis et joyeux, le reste notamment le personnel de la réception ne sont pas là pour vous aider (en effet la veille de notre départ, je me suis rendu a l’accueil pour demander a ce qu’ils appellent la société de transport qui devait venir nous chercher afin de connaître l’heure de prise en charge a l’hôtel et l’agent m’a répondu que ce n’était pas à lui d’appeler mais à nous car ce n’est pas un service de l’hôtel) : encore une fois une première pour nous d’entendre cela … La propreté de la chambre reste «\xa0correcte\xa0», les lits sont refais très rapidement, les draps n’ont pas été changés de la semaine. POINTS POSITIFS = piscine, toboggans, belle plage à proximité, nourriture assez variée, bons cocktails

Der mangler flere elevatorer - folk står i kø og venter længe. Mange kommenterede herpå. Og elevatorerne er ikke særlig store, så svært med kufferter og klapvogne mv. Spisetider i restaurant er meget sene- frokost fra kl 13 og aftensmad fra kl 18.30 er meget sent- især med små sultne børn. Populære ting som pommesfrites og pandekager burde være flere steder i restaurant- store køer hertil. Der burde være lidt snacks formiddag og eftermiddag (når det er all inklusive- det er der mange andre steder) og større udvalg af is (evt mod betaling). Desuden er det meget sent at poolen først åbner kl 10, især med små børn som vågner tidligt og gerne vil ud og bade.

Service fra personale, mad, rengøring, pool område (man skal ikke slås eller tidligt op, for at få en plads ved poolen), så alt i alt et super godt sted, som ligger meget tæt på stranden👍 Meeennn….der er VIRKELIG meget larm i spise området😱 (fuldstændig elendig akustik😱) Man har meget svært ved at føre en almindelig samtale. Hvilket er tankevækkende, når det kan løses ganske simpelt og billigt. Vores vurdering af hotellet ville være 9,5 ud af 10. Men med SÅ meget støj blev det kun til 7 ud af 10😪 Vi vælger ikke stedet igen, hvis ikke støj niveauet ændres markant.

the whole experience was OK not great. Apart from the breakfast all other dining experience in the hotel was terrible. I would not advise going for half board or all inclusive. hotel room for the 4 of us was not big enough very little space to move around. the entertainment was viewable, the kids were happy.

I've been in a few 4 and 5 star All-Inclusive hotels for the last few years and while this one had a few things going for it, it felt lacking in a few key areas I hadn't seen in a few places. The Good: Good for families with young children due to the many pools and entertainment options Staff was very kind, especially the animators at the childrens club Close to the beach and the commercial area meas you can do plenty of things nearby The Bad: - It was very common to see certain machines broken, like the juice and coffee dispensers. The soft Ice cream machine seemed to be there just for show. - 1 of the 3 elevators was broken during almost our entire stay, and since the place is so crowded it made waiting for elevators take a really long time, especially during lunch times. The place has 14 floors so using the stairs is not always an option - Pools close way too early. I realize it's because lifeguards have to leave but not being able to use them when there are 3 more hours of intense heat is really annoying. At least some of the Kids pools should remain open. - Glasses and cups provided by the hotel during lunch hours are very small, forcing you to constantly having to get up to refill and there not enough drink dispensers for such a large and crowded place - Some shows at night are entertaining but others but others, like the Brazillian one, feel really improvised and are just stalling for time - Very few drink options in the all inclusive menu

Front desk staff not helpful and rude Pool closes at 6pm and the sun doesnt go down until 10pm so theres nothing to do in the evening. Breakfast is mediocre despite many options, the food quality just isnt good. Loud screaming kids at night and early morning. Walls are paper thin. Its an expensive hotel but not worth the price.

Great staff, great place. Family friendly but as it is two pool areas the kids weren’t too much of a bother while traveling solo adult. The only one thing that I didn’t like was all inclusive drinks-wine was not very nice, but all in all very good stay.

An honest and factual review; half board, week long trip in April; neurodiverse British family, boys aged 5 & 3. Positives •staff friendly, polite and helpful, we had several occassions of excellent service. •wonderful location, very short walk to beach/amenities. Shops opposite and bus stop around the corner. •pool facilities amazing, splash zone was great, water very cold but it's only April. Shower facilities if you've checked out. Could do with more loungers. •rooms cleaned daily if required •snack/drinks vending machine •very clean and tidy with a simple but pleasing aesthetic and decor. Negatives •not much seating in the night time area •only 2 people on the bar so long queues •could do with a park or something similar •mattress like concrete •air-con not on at this time of year (5 days at highs of 25° was very hot for us) Neutral •entertainment - didn't use much so cannot have a true opinion. What we did see was exciting and engaging and seemed to be a lot on •food - breakfast: excellent variety - everything you can think of (except hash browns!), well stocked stations; almost always a queue for egg based items at grills. evening: a themed section each evening however the remainder of the food was repetitive, mediocre and often cold. Waiting staff very efficient but a couple of times took unfinished plates. Tried all inc. for a day, the snack bar was very basic. Wide variety of drinks. Overall a fantastic hotel and trip. Could do with more loungers. •rooms cleaned daily if required •snack/drinks vending machine •very clean and tidy with a simple but pleasing aesthetic and decor. Negatives •not much seating in the night time area •only 2 people on the bar so long queues •could do with a park or something similar •mattress like concrete •air-con not on at this time of year (5 days at highs of 25° was very hot for us) Neutral •entertainment - didn't use much so cannot have a true opinion. What we did see was exciting and engaging and seemed to be a lot on •food - breakfast: excellent variety - everything you can think of (except hash browns!), well stocked stations; almost always a queue for egg based items at grills. evening: a themed section each evening however the remainder of the food was repetitive, mediocre and often cold. Waiting staff very efficient but a couple of times took unfinished plates. Tried all inc. for a day, the snack bar was very basic. Wide variety of drinks. Overall a fantastic hotel and trip. Would definitely return again with just B&B.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms are a good size. The food was okay. The Aircon was stuck on heat only and was told by the hotel staff that it cannot be changed. So was 20 plus in the room The shower was really poor no pressure at all.the pool open and closed at late and early 11-5 it’s great for kids the team they have there are so good
