Chambre double avec balcon réservée sur Hôtel com...mais visiblement hôtel.com m'a réservé une chambre familiale, donc difficultés au moment de la réception de la chambre évidemment. L'hôtel prealpina n'y est pour rien, c'est contre Hôtel com que je peste !! Sinon, chambre propre, belle vue sur le lac. Litterie trop dur pour moi et oreillers trop mous !😅 Petit déjeuner excellent... à 18€ par tête heureusement (vive la Suisse pour les petits prix😬😬). Parking pour véhicules gratuit sous couvert soit découvert au choix.

The hotels states both online as well as in the booklet they offer in the room that the bar and restaurant is open every day from April. The restaurant was not open, no bar and the door locks at 7pm or at least they did today when I returned from my meetings. Great location but don't expect to much and plan to eat somewhere else before returning to the hotel.

Amazing view over lake and vineyards. Room ok. Breakfast ok but many items not replaced when finished. Main problem was arriving on a Saturday and there was a wedding so dining room and bar closed. Only option-take an expensive taxi down to Vevey for dinner. I do not recommend this hotel unless you have a car.

A poor experience. The hotel had a wedding on a Saturday and closed the bar and restaurant to other guests. No prior warning, no refund, or even a bottle of wine. Had to eat in Vevey. The restaurant is only open 3 days a week, no lunch service and no proper bar. The rooms are small, basic, but comfortable. The highlight of the hotel are the views but if you want food and drink avoid this one

Die Aussicht vom Zimmer (Balkon mit Seesicht) war super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Das Abendessen war lecker, der Preis dafür angemessen. Es gab aber auch ein paar wenige Mängel. So war das Bad ( vor allem die Wände und Tür) nicht sauber. Auch nach der Bitte um Reinigung war es noch nicht unseren Bedürfnissen entsprechend. Beim Frühstücksbüffee, was eigentlich lecker und reichhaltig war, fehlten mir Früchte. Zudem waren gewisse Sachen ab 9.00 Uhr ausgegangen (das Frühstück dauerte bis 10 Uhr). Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen und können es weiterempfehlen.

Vraiment pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles ! Poussière dans la chambre sur le mobilier, pas de prises électriques sur les chevets, une seule paire de chaussons (???)… pour 2, 1 savon de douche de style mini échantillon gratuit, bref, tout à l’unité et en dosage minimaliste. Je veux bien qu’on prenne soin de notre planète, mais au tarif payé, il serait bon que cet établissement prenne d’abord soin de ses guests ! Je déconseille par ailleurs la 301 qui bénéficie du bruit continuel de l’autoroute en amont.

This hotel apart from an amazing view over the lake doesn’t offer much. The hotel itself needs a proper renovation. I don’t get the dirty curtains in the bedrooms (we booked 3 bedrooms and all had dirty or ruined curtains). Massive potential to become a proper 4 star hotel. Not the cleanest. Breakfast okish but for a 4 star you would expect more. We only booked it because it was the most convenient considering the crazy prices around the country.

The location is great. Is best to get a lake view room. The staffs are friendly too. The room is spacious and clean. There is no fridge in the room. In hot summer days it gets really warm inside, there is no aircondition unit but they provide a fan for everyone in the room. So if you are sensitive to heat maybe in july is not a good time to stay here. other than that there is nothing wrong about the hotel.

NO PLUGS in the bathroom. Major hassle for women getting ready. No washcloths?? This was very inconvenient. Strange bathtub without a hook to hold the handle high enough to stand in the 1/2 shower. The breakfast and view were outstanding. Our room was a really nice size and clean. Just a few inconveniences that I got used to after a couple days.

On the positive side….the view from our small window was extraordinary. That’s it. We were a couple travelling with our adult daughter, who is studying in France. I booked this hotel based on the photos and the reviews - and was more than a little disappointed with what we actually got. There was no picture window or balcony or open pleasant spacious room. We were assigned to a cramped garret in poor repair with sloping ceilings and no floor space on the 5th level. (Elevators run to the 4th floor only and it’s stairs after that.) The pullout couch was very uncomfortable; all the pillows were flat. The toilet seat had a broken hinge so it slid around freely, and 2 of the 3 nozzles on the shower head were obstructed meaning showering was a slow painful process. The window had dry-rot on the exterior so that when it was opened, bits and pieces broke off and fell to the floor. The breakfast was incredibly expensive and we didn’t opt-in, so I can’t assess whether it was any good….but based on everything else, we felt it was a very poor bet. There were only about 6 other cars in the parking lot so I can’t account for being relegated to such a terrible room on the basis of over-crowding. It was just very, very underwhelming and disappointing, especially given that it was also not cheap.

Bon accueil Le personnel a pensé nous faire plaisir en nous attribuant une chambre familiale mais celle-ci est au dernier étage avec le dernier étage sans ascenseur. Avec un bébé et tout le matériel nécessaire ce n'était pas le meilleur choix. Nous avons eu le même problème que l'année dernière, à savoir une chaleur anormale dans les chambres. 25 degrés, thermomètre à l'appui. Nuit très difficile pour notre bébé de 17 mois et pour nous. Et bien sûr pas de possibilité de régler/couper. Hôtel bien situé avec un parking confortable, mais svp réglez vos problème de chauffage.

There's no AC and the ventilation pehaps not the best, so the room was a bit stuffy when I checked in. But I had the room with the full view of the lake so I opened the door and after it aired out, it was completely fine. It's the view that makes this hotel worth the stay, everything else is a bit substandard.

Wir kamen um ca. 10.30 an und wollten einen Kaffee trinken im Restaurant. Eine Frau putzte die Tische und würdigte uns keines Blickes. Sie hätte uns mindestens sagen können, dass das Restaurant nach dem Frühstück geschlossen ist. Am zweiten Tag kamen wir nachmittags nach einer Wanderung zurück zum Duschen. An der Reception war ein Gast am Einchecken. Eine Angestellte guckte kurz aus ihrem Büro, verschwand aber sogleich wieder. Wir haben sage und schreibe 10 Minuten gewartet, um unsere Schlüssel zu erhalten. Abends waren wir auswärts und wollten noch etwas trinken im Restaurant. Wieder würdigte man uns keines Blickes, obwohl die zwei Kellner nicht viel zu tun hatten, die meisten Gäste waren mit ihrem Essen fertig. Als wir einen Kellner nach 10 Minuten riefen, sagte er, man sei jetzt "en plein service" und habe keine Zeit uns zu bedienen. Wir müssten warten, bis die anderen Gäste gegessen hätten. Nach wenigen Minuten ging er nach Hause. Der andere Kellner bediente uns dann, obwohl noch jemand am Essen war. Wir sind nicht sehr anspruchsvoll und brauchen nicht "verwöhnt" zu werden, aber Gast ist Gast. Hierher kommen wir nicht wieder.

Concernant le petit déjeuner: excellent , la qualité et le choix des produits sont au rendez-vous. La salle de petit déjeuné est très spacieuse et offre une très belle vue sur le lac Léman. Hôtel bien placé géographiquement, proche de la gare. Globalement une très bonne adresse, je recommande.

We chose this hotel as a stopover on our way to Italy, because it is conveniently located, not far from the main road and therefor easy to get to. Apart from that it offers a huge number of parking spaces behind the hotel, so that your car is savely parked for the night. On top of that it is pet-friendly, which is a must for us, since we are travelling with our dog. The hotel itself is not new, but the rooms and bathrooms underwent renovation, so that they absolutely fulfill all the expectations you have, when booking a four-star hotel. Soundproofness is good. You will not hear your next room neighbours, only the clapping of the doors, but this did not bother us. We had rooms with balconies, that offer you a most beautiful lake view. Our dog particularly liked the fact, that there are no carpets and therefor no strange smells to his nose- so we all had a very calm and relaxing night. Apart from that, all the staff are extremely friendly, attentive and caring and make you feel welcome from the first second on. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely chose this hotel again.

A solid hotel in a beautiful location. View of the lake and mountains. Many balconies. Beautiful area in a sleepy village. The place is extremely clean, but a little age is showing and low cost improvements. I am sure this is out of season and hotel is in a maintenance mode so the restaurant was closed.
