The hotel was FANTASTIC! Special thanks to the desk helping us out of a pickle...specifically when we showed up, we had 4 rooms reserved, when we only needed two...one for us and one for a traveling companion). They helped us get in touch with your staff to resolve the issue (and they were also extremely helpful in cancelling the two other reservations on your end). KUDOs to both your Hotels.com staff and the on-site people for helping us out of what would have been a pretty bad/costly situation...if everyone had taken the opposite "rules are rules" closemindedness; instead being more flexible and customer-focused.

I stayed with my husband and children during perk tourist season. The room was very clean and extremely roomy and comfortable. It was nicely air-conditioned, and breakfast was readily available in the morning. Housekeeping was out and about keeping rooms clean, and the staff was very friendly. The only bothersome thing about my stay was that there was a sketchy black duffel bag and it looked like someone dumped it in the corner of the parking lot. I told the concierge about it who said he would look into it, but it was still there the next day. It didn’t change how safe I felt within the hotel because there wasn’t anything else unusual. I do feel bad making the single complaint about the parking area because I think the staff were very short from the conversations had. Even with them being very short, we had a wonderful stay, and the hotel was clean and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Its good to know that they only clean the room every other day. And they dont clean the room, they just make the bed, refils towels and amenities. We stay for a week for the beach and there was sand on the floor and sower that was not clean the dat they make the room. The breakfast was very good but they and had a hard time refilling eveythind. Sometime they had nothing hot to eat. They dont clean the table during breakfast so bring someting to clean them with you. Except these 2 thing everything was great. The staff was super nice, they have all day cofee and sometime cookie in the afternoon.
