The most noticeable thing about this hotel was how lovely, friendly and yet professional the staff were especially on the reception desk and in the bar and restaurant. This made the stay extra nice. It felt extremely comfortable and as if they were genuinely interested in us. The food was very good and at excellent prices, always fresh and well presented. We really appreciated the air conditioning throughout the building and the freshness in our room and communal areas. The pool was extremely clean and well kept. Travelling from here to most places was easy and the daily shuttle to various places very useful. We would happily go back for another stay.

Hyggelig og rent hotell med god frokost. Gratis hotellbuss til Palma sentrum var et pluss. Og de ansatte var svært imøtekommende, blide og hjelpsomme. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Great space, excellent reception, beds very comfort table. In my opinion the breakfast is worth the cost as there are ample options and delicious coffee. They closed the pool half hour early and it was a pain having to track the staff down to reopen it for our young child that wanted to swim after a full day of walking.

Väldigt bra pool och det fanns gym men dåliga öppettider. Hotellet behöver renoveras men det var rent och helt. Låg i ett slitet område men det gick lätt att få tag i taxi genom hotellet.

Helt ok men nog inte 4 stjärnor. Snyggt och rent, trevlig personal, bra frukost. Men även om poolområdet var trevligt så funkade inte servicen, EN personal som springer (nåja) och kanske tar beställning, dessutom från baren inne istället för att ha en bar vid poolen, vars område kunde vara betydligt bättre med tanke på konstnären Miro. I-landsproblem absolut men måste vara med i en reception.

This hotel looks better in photos than in reality. It is located up a long street with nothing around it. It's at least at 15-minute walk to nearby beach & restaurants. The rooms are small & basic. Breakfast was good. Pool is large but pool area is very plain with no bar service. There is parking available which is convenient. Staff is nice. Overall, an ok stay.

Super hôtel. Chambres calmes, modernes et propres. Belle piscine (avec une partie où on a pied), pas trop fréquenté. Il y a un vis à vis de tours d’immeuble sur la piscine, mais je ne trouve pas ça très dérangeant. Super petit déjeuner, il y a du choix. Il y a une plage à 10min à pied (en pente) Le seul défaut pour moi de cet hôtel c’est qu’il est assez loin du centre-ville (20-30 min en bus). Mais son prix est moins élevé.

The hotel does not look like the photos. The carpet throughout the hotel was very dirty. The rooms were ok, however very dusty. In the bathroom we found lots of hair which we had to clean up. If you put the air con on there was a constant bad smell. The breakfast was cold, so we only had this on one day and went out for the others. The food in the “restaurant” was also not very nice at all. So we ate out every night. The pool are is nice and clean. However there’s no bar outside as advertised. There is a 10 minute walk to the beach, there is around 5/6 restaurants in the area which looked ok. We got a taxi to Palma Nova for an evening out and found great entertainment there. Do not believe this hotel is a 4 star, would not recommend.

The only positive thing was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Without them, that place would crumble into the ground. I've never seen such a filthy hotel, let alone a 4 star hotel and my "luxury" room, which i sent a video of to my son, he said it was a "Crack shack". I think that explains it all. I'm still in total shock, not 1 plant in the lobby, room, picture on the wall, the apartments next to and the view from my terrace were the ghetto of the area for sure.

Wonderful, friendly staff... very clean and tidy with comfortable rooms. Great pool that was never over-crowded... Close to many restaurants and a nearby sandy beach... would definately come back.

Le personnel est très agréable. Dommage il n’y a qu’une navette pour la ville. La chambre est correct mais la salle de bain méritait un peu plus de propreté. La vue c’est abusé. Des bâtiments horribles sont de part et d’autre de l’hôtel et donne une vue direct sur la piscine et pour avoir payé une vue mer une déception totale. Il y a des horaires pour la piscine non mais je n’ai jamais vu ça. Et le restaurant pas top mais les cocktails sont bons.

Der Empfang war super nett , die Lobby sieht ordentlich aus. Die Zimmer sind etwas herunter gekommen, das Gym war absolut verschmutz ! Kein Desinfektionsmittel oder frische Handtücher. Einfach unwahrscheinlich verschmutz! Wenn man sich im Zimmer wohlfühlen möchte dann lieber ein anders Hotel Buchen!

The room was basic but spacious and clean. I had a balcony facing the pool which was nice. The breakfast buffet was very good - lots of choices. The staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Most of the staff spoke English and, if they didn't, I used my translator app to speak with them. I would stay here again.

Room was good but a little bit dated and it came with a mini fridge but no kettle for drinks.If you want coffee or tea you had to pay for room service. The staff were nice.The breakfast was good 👍. The double bed was two single bed pushed together.The bathroom was clean. After a shower water leaked and there was no extractor fan.Soap could be improved. The swimming pool was a bit chilly in October but it was still good . Lots of restaurants and public transport and a great beach nearby Overall I recommend the hotel for a short visit .

We stayed for just 4 nights to explore the coast and beaches. The hotel was perfectly located for public transport. All staff were helpful and kind. Our bedroom was compact but nice and bathroom shower was great. We were upgraded on arrival as our allocated room - with balcony- overlooked a concrete grey wall. We’d have been disappointed to have stayed in that room and would have checked out after two nights.

Vi bodde i ett dubbelrum med stor terass på översta våningen, där den rymliga takterassen var trevlig att nyttja på eftermiddagar med möjlighet att både sitta i sol och skugga. Mycket bra frukost och poolområde. Vi åt lunch ett antal ggr på hotellet och vi kommer sakna tomat och burratasalladen. Rent och fint i rummet, bra städning. Enda vi upplevde kunde förbättras var att det saknades en spegel i rummet (fanns bara i badrum), och belysningen i badrummet gick inte att reglera/dimra och kändes ofta alldeles för stark och kall.

We had a wonderful stay at the Joan Mero hotel. Everything was very clean and beautiful. The hotel staff were exceptional in their thoughtfulness and courtesy…(Mira especially!) We had a wonderful room with a large, beautiful terrace, looking out over the ocean… It was so lovely and really made our hotel time here, one of the highlights of our trip to Mallorca. If we have the opportunity to come back and stay here, we most definitely will!

Bra hotell med allt du behöver. Servicen från receptionspersonalen är fantastisk. I övrigt tycker jag att hotellet är 3 stjärnor snarare än 4. Rummet var ganska slitet, framförallt badrummet, och ACn lät väldigt mycket vilket gjorde det lite svårt att sova. Läget är bra, med närhet till Palma med taxi på 10 min, och 10 min promenad till centrala Cala Mayor och stranden.

Hotel con excelente decoración, sin embargo hay una situación que nos molestó muchísimo, y es la forma en que la señora que realizaba la limpieza entraba a la habitación, nunca tocaba antes de entrar, solo abría la puerta y lo hacía de una manera brusca. En general el servicio está bien, el ascensor muy viejo, pero funciona, el desayuno es excelente, lo la falta de educación de la señora que limpia las habitaciones lo deplorable.

The most noticeable thing about this hotel was how lovely, friendly and yet professional the staff were especially on the reception desk and in the bar and restaurant. This made the stay extra nice. It felt extremely comfortable and as if they were genuinely interested in us. The food was very good and at excellent prices, always fresh and well presented. We really appreciated the air conditioning throughout the building and the freshness in our room and communal areas. The pool was extremely clean and well kept. Travelling from here to most places was easy and the daily shuttle to various places very useful. We would happily go back for another stay.

Det står att det är ett fyrstjärnigt hotell, men det är det knappast. Rummet var slitet och mörkläggningsgardinen var för liten och täckte bara 75% av fönsterna.. I bokningen stod det att det var en ”VIP-bokning” med gratis frukost. När vi kom på kvällen bekräftade också personalen att frukost ingick men på morgonen blev vi bryskt avvisade från frukosten. Vi gick tillbaka till receptionen och nu plötsligt ingick inte frukosten. Vi lämnade hotellet omedelbart. En mycket dålig upplevelse. Rekommenderas ej. Slutligen, så vill vi ha tillbaka våra pengar.

Lovely hotel. Extremely clean. Lovely staff from reception to restaurant , Sam has to get a mention - the happiest chef I have ever met. Delicious breakfast. Immaculately clean pool area and toilets. My only criticism is the surrounding area which wasn’t very pretty but very convenient for Palms and Portopi. A few good local restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again

Bra hotell med allt du behöver. Servicen från receptionspersonalen är fantastisk. I övrigt tycker jag att hotellet är 3 stjärnor snarare än 4. Rummet var ganska slitet, framförallt badrummet, och ACn lät väldigt mycket vilket gjorde det lite svårt att sova. Läget är bra, med närhet till Palma med taxi på 10 min, och 10 min promenad till centrala Cala Mayor och stranden.

Super dejligt hotel og især personalet var søde, smilende og hjælpsomme. Morgenmad buffeten var virkelig god og med et kæmpe udvalg af alt hvad hjertet begærer. Selv hvis man ikke er stor fan af Joan Miro’s kunst er hotellet en dejlig oplevelse. Eneste lille minus er selv hotellets beliggenhed, da det ligger et lille stykke fra hovedgaden hvor der er restauranter og liv. Alt i alt en super god oplevelse

The room was basic but spacious and clean. I had a balcony facing the pool which was nice. The breakfast buffet was very good - lots of choices. The staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Most of the staff spoke English and, if they didn't, I used my translator app to speak with them. I would stay here again.

The hotel does not look like the photos. The carpet throughout the hotel was very dirty. The rooms were ok, however very dusty. In the bathroom we found lots of hair which we had to clean up. If you put the air con on there was a constant bad smell. The breakfast was cold, so we only had this on one day and went out for the others. The food in the “restaurant” was also not very nice at all. So we ate out every night. The pool are is nice and clean. However there’s no bar outside as advertised. There is a 10 minute walk to the beach, there is around 5/6 restaurants in the area which looked ok. We got a taxi to Palma Nova for an evening out and found great entertainment there. Do not believe this hotel is a 4 star, would not recommend.

Great space, excellent reception, beds very comfort table. In my opinion the breakfast is worth the cost as there are ample options and delicious coffee. They closed the pool half hour early and it was a pain having to track the staff down to reopen it for our young child that wanted to swim after a full day of walking.

Jag hade svit med egen terrass med utsikt över havet, jättefint!! Sängen var lite hård, annars super! Personalen väldig serviceinriktad och trevlig. Annars var allt superbra!

Le personnel est très agréable. Dommage il n’y a qu’une navette pour la ville. La chambre est correct mais la salle de bain méritait un peu plus de propreté. La vue c’est abusé. Des bâtiments horribles sont de part et d’autre de l’hôtel et donne une vue direct sur la piscine et pour avoir payé une vue mer une déception totale. Il y a des horaires pour la piscine non mais je n’ai jamais vu ça. Et le restaurant pas top mais les cocktails sont bons.

The lunch/dinber menu was lovely. We ordered the burger and chips and mango chicken wrap and chips, really tasty, reasonably priced. Breakfast in hotel was buffet style, plenty to choose from, even one of the team did made to order omelettes. Highly recommend. Room was spacious and nice feature balcony directly over looking pool. Will definately return.
