Very well placed for visiting the museums and other attractions in the city. We had a view over the rooftops to the cathedral and palace. For a hotel with a generally modern feel, the elevators were a bit slow, and we were on the 8th floor. Breakfast had a good range of food and drink and was efficiently run. We would stay there again if we returned to Palma.

Staff were professional and helpful. Our needs were anticipated and the check in was so organized. We were given a key card to access the luggage storage and restroom/lounge area, since we arrived before check in time and had a train trip to Soller that day. We stored our luggage and enjoyed our day in Soller and returned to check in. Staff were very helpful.

Brilliant location easy to walk to a lot of attractions & restaurants. The hotel rooms are nice. Roof top bar has beautiful views but very busy. Only negative are the lifts not great too busy & often had to walk up the stairs.

It was in such a great location. In the middle of the main shopping district and very walkable to super nice restaurants. Prepare to wait for the elevator though as it gets quite busy when people are trying to get to the rooftop bar.

Great Rooftop Bar The rooftop bar is the biggest attraction, with a ninth-floor open view across the city including the harbour, basilica, cathedral, and many other landmarks, but many other aspects were also great. The staff were all excellent and most helpful, the breakfast was lovely, the room was clean, well-equipped and pleasant, and the beds were very comfortable, particularly the hefty memory-foam-like pillows. We really enjoyed our short stay and loved the stylish cocktails admiring the city from above by night.

The hotel was very nice and staff very nice. Location is amazing and a quieter area with lots of shopping and access around Palma. We rented two rooms. One of the rooms had a sewer smell the whole time. The other room had no smell. The smell room I’d give it 3 stars. Non smell room gets 4 stars.

Great location, nice rooms and facilities, very good breakfast, friendly staff. Very nice sky bar with unbeatable skyline view over Palma. The only two negative points was 1) one could hear other guests very clearly when they are talking/walking in the hallway, which is not so good at night; 2) the cups in the bathroom happened to be, for us this time, not clean and had some sticky things around the rims (likely handsoap - simple problem to fix by not placing the cups under the hand soap dispenser - but regardless, it should be checked more closely before new guests arrive). All in all though, we had a great stay!

Der Aufenthalt hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Ich würde auf jedenfall nochmal dort hinfahren.

Jeg boede på 7.sal, lige under rooftop bar. Gæsterne larmede indtil over midnat, folk var fulde og opførte sig uden at tage hensyn til andre gæster. Er om et værelse længere nede, det vil nok ikke larme så meget. Beliggenhed er dog fantastisk, tæt på alt, også offentlig transport.

Excellent stay at a central hotel. Room clean and we felt safe. Rooftop bar has a stunning view and is a must visit. Staff very good. We arrived early and were able to store luggage and they sent a WhatsApp when the room was ready. Only minor comment is our room was directly behind/beside the lift which was noisy when used and the window was tiny. However we were only there 1 night so was only a minor issue.

Very nice hotel with excellent location. Don’t expect any specific views from windows in the room since it is a city hotel so most rooms has small windows or views towards walls, roofs or similar. But that is secondary since the rooms are very nice, breakfast is also very good and most importantly the location.

Excellent location. If facing the street it is not a quiet hotel given it is one of the busiest streets in a party town. Very close and convenient to all that you want to see however and the bed was very comfortable and the room spacious overall.

We had a brilliant experience at this hotel. The staff were really helpful in helping us sort a parking space in the city centre. They then gave us a room with an incredible view of both of cathedral and the marina. The sky bar was lovely also!

Excellent location in the city centre. A very warm welcome. We checked in early and received a text within 2 hours to say our room was ready. Tbe room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the marvellous views from the Sky Bar. Only complaint here was the poor choice of hip hop music which didn't fit the customer profile. The breakfast selection was very fresh.

The restaurant service was very bad, the waiter ignored us for a good 15 minutes. The restaurant wasn't full, he didn't even bring a menu, although he passed by us several times. It wasn't just our problem, the people at the next table preferred to leave.

The hotel is in a really good location for the centre of Palma. The staff are efficient and friendly and the hotel had a really upmarket feel to it. We were able to store our rental bikes in the garage whilst we stayed there which gave us the best experience of Palma. Would recommend anyone to stay in the hotel.

This was our second stay at Hotel Almudaina, which we like because of its very convenient location right on the main shopping street. It had been refurbished during the COVID epidemic and our bedroom was very clean and attractive. The breakfast room was very particularly nicely decorated, and the buffet was good. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar and its spectacular view of the cathedral.

This was the perfect location for all our adventures in Mallorca. It’s close to tour bus stops, walkable to the city centre, where there are tons of shops, cafes, restaurants, landmarks and bus stops! We found we could walk to all different places within 15 minutes of the hotel, which was super convenient to us. It’s a 15 minute walk to the Tren De Soller, which takes you to Soller, Deia, and Valledemossa. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned so nicely, everytime we asked. They also have laundry service which was an unexpected pleasant surprise. The Sky Bar was awesome too!! Incredible views of the entire city and port.

You can't beat this hotel for it's fantastic location for centre of Palma, albeit rooms at the front do get noisy from the traffic. The rooms themselves are adequate but some drawers would be nice. Beds are comfortable and the breakfasts were okay. But it's best piece is the Sky Bar on the roof terrace...amazing views, great food, wonderfu staff and not bad prices for a city cnetre hotel

Beautiful property that I wish we had more time at! Very centrally located, easy to walk to lots of shopping and sights. We enjoyed dinner at the rooftop bar and the continental breakfast was excellent. Very clean and comfortable room, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at every interaction. Would absolutely choose to stay here again!
