Gymet är helt underdimensionerat och väldigt litet för ett så stort och fem stjärnigt hotel, exempelvis fanns bara 1 löpband vilket är under all kritik. I övrigt allt väldigt bra och lätt att ta buss 4 ner till Palma stad.

Property was extremely clean and well maintained. Views of the ocean were spectacular! Ocean was beautiful, water was perfect! Outdoor pool was small. Dinning in the area was extremely limited, and not food was not good. Hotel breakfast buffet was extremely expensive and not much selection or value for the money. I would recommend and come back.

We just felt like we could’ve done better for the price. The hotel is literally right on the beach and that’s basically the only good thing about it. But of course, if you wanted to layout on the hotel’s beach, that was extra money. The pool was okay - at least that was included.The front desk and employees were pretty nice, but the wait staff for breakfast and around the pool/beach were pretty unfriendly. You can tell they were annoyed with the tourists. The hotel told us we had a free continental breakfast and then smacked us with a 60 euro bill - for some bread and fruit. We did pay for the most basic room with a beach view, and the view was great to be fair. But yeah, knowing what we know now we would’ve stayed somewhere else.

Unfortunately not enough sunbeds by the pool and sunbeds on the beach was quite expensive. Outside cleaning in pool hours? Why not early morning? Very good breakfast but five stars are one star to much in our opinion.

The staff are some of the most warm, professional and welcoming I’ve ever met in a hotel. We had a wonderful stay as a group of women to celebrate a special birthday. The hotel had a perfect balance of relaxing space with the ability to explore the local area and beyond. Breakfast was good with a wide range of options, the food was fresh and tasty. It’s a shame there is limited sun bed space and the beach charges are so high for sunbeds.

I have so many wonderful things. We arrived 6 hours later than anticipated due to flight delays and lost baggage on a Saturday night. Jorge was at front desk. He literally saved the day. Gave us toothpaste, toothbrushes, and other toiletries to hold us over until our bag arrived. Room was spotless with the most breathtaking sea view. Rooms nice size too. Housekeeping was prompt everyday and I never had to ask to replenish anything! Pool was clean and sun beds were plentiful. Drinks at hotel bar were great and service was impeccable. I would give this place 10 stars if I could for their impeccable customer service and cleanliness! Would definitely return!

Very beautiful and clean property. Easy access to the public beach from the property. Clean and nice beach as well. Nice pool too if you don't like to go to the beach Very relaxing and nice hotel. The food at the hotel was over priced but there is a lots of restaurant around the hotel area. There is a Italian restaurant close to the hotel. You should book it in advance and go there for sure. In general very good hotel.

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The service was amazing - nothing was too much trouble. The sea view and balcony were lovely and we enjoyed the spa a lot. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and we were given welcome drinks on arrival. When we needed transport booking they were happy to help. The cleanliness was of an extremely high standard and the pool and beach areas were lovely to relax. Definitely the best hotel on the island and we will be staying again if we decide to return to Mallorca.

The hotel was very nice, service & staff were top notch! We felt pampered all week & every employee went above & beyond to enhance our stay. We had a Seaview room with a nice balcony & gorgeous view of the beach. Our room was tiny! Reminded me of an interior cabin on a cruise ship. There really is no where to put your bags & very little room to store anything. We did not get an upgrade with the expedia vip, in fact, staff didn't really seem to know any benefit with the vip. Both restaurants were very good. Between the two restaurants, we were happy eating dinner at the hotel most nights. Palma is not far off you have a car. Gorgeous city but very crowded. There is a couple convenient stores & a liquor store on the same block as Nixe Palace so very convenient to grab drinks, snacks or beach essentials.

Zimmer sind absolut hellhörig, nicht isoliert. Man hört Nachbarn, Flur und die anderen Stockwerke. Ausstattung und Service entsprechen nicht dem 5 Sterne Standard, Schimmel in der Dusche, Strand wird jedes Mal für mind 24 Stunden gesperrt, wenn es regnet, da aus dem benachbarten Fluss toxische Substanzen ins Meer gespült werden, daher ist der eigentlich gut aussehende Strand eine Gesundheitsgefahr.

Really lovely hotel, great location too, being a few steps from a small beach. We were in a 4th floor, spacious room (end of corridor) with an unobstructed sea view. Nice spa, which is much smaller than expected but the booking system meant that it was never over crowded. The breakfast service is fabulous; we liked that things like eggs and bacon gad to be ordered at the table, but very generous buffet with plenty of fresh breads, fruits, cold cuts, etc. set out buffet style. I was impressed by the range of treat things available (on request) at breakfast, beyond GF bread (e.g., cookies, muffins, macaroons). I needed a takeaway box and the plate I had lasted me 2 days!! And, more generally, the GF options were very good for other meals (this is not always the case!). Very helpful, friendly and professional staff.

I will start with: I can’t wait to go back. We spent a few nights here as the start of a vacation traveling to Barcelona and Portugal. I haven’t been treated that well by a hotel staff in quite a while. They all were fabulous! The facility is beautiful. The beach is right there and sandy! Pool bar has some great choices. We purchased breakfast as part of our package. They offer many choices. Well worth the price. The property has several restaurants nearby. A cab ride to the restaurants in Palma is around 11€. It is a quick and safe journey. The room was spacious and modern. The balcony was a nice place to sit at the end of the day. We were visiting a the end of October and were able to turn the ac off and sleep with the balcony door open. With the sound of the waves crashing on the beach it was easy to fall asleep. It was a great start to our vacation. We spent hours trying to find the right hotel, reading and researching. If you want a hotel with great service on a beach that is close to good restaurants look no further.

This place is a dream resort, jaw dropping views, 5 star restaurants within walking distance of the resort, incredibly helpful staff, specifically Walter!! Ask for Walter, he’ll go above and beyond for all your needs. Could not recommend this place enough, unforgettable honeymoon.

This was our second year to stay at this beautiful hotel. On both occasions we have found the staff to be solicitous and very accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and has lots of wonderful amenities; the owners have put a lot of thought into their facility and it is obvious that they keep their clientele foremost in their mind. We look forward to our next stay at the Nixe Palace!

The ocean view was incredible from our room, very nice hotel. We only stayed 1 night on our way back to US. Lemon beer at the pool bar was excellent. Hotel is close to marina where they have nice restaurants too. Close distance to the airport, about 20min drive. Overal nice stay!

Lovely hotel with fantastic breakfast. Close to beach with good shallow water and alternative of pool area with loungers great too. Poolside dining and cocktails- what more could you want!? The only negative was the surrounding area was a bit disappointing in terms of shopping and restaurants. They were ok but not very upmarket.

Hotellet ligger virkelig fint ved stranden og i tæt afstand til restauranter og butikker. Også let at komme til Palma med bus eller taxa. Værelset er fint udstyret med alt hvad man skal bruge. Dejlig møbleret altan med udsigt. Fin service. God morgenmad. Vi har været der flere gange og vender altid tilbage til dette hotel

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing views! Get an ocean view room if you can. And the hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The beach is nice, and it’s only a 5 or 10 minute taxi ride to the cathedral and main town with restaurants and shops.

Beautiful hotel, perfect beach just in front of the hotel, very clean. Fantastic food and A Popa restaurant in the hotel on the beach is amazing. Great and friendly staff, quiet. Beach is the best in the whole of Mallorca, clean, turquise water and soft sand.
