Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich. Der Strand wie auch der Pool ist auf hohem Niveau mit live DJ‘s. Gym ist mlt neusten Geräten ausgestattet.

If you’re here to party it’s a great spot. Located on a beautiful aspect of a beautiful beach with great beachside restaurants, a pool club, beach club and access to Ushuaia club with major international headliners connected to the hotel. Can dip in and out through VIP entrance. Also across the road from other SuperClub Hi Ibiza. Everything one might conceivably want in Ibiza is within 5 minutes reach.

Séjour dans la suite vue sur la scène, nous avons adoré !!! La suite était très spacieuse, moderne, bar, jacuzzi… tout est là pour passer un excellent moment ! Petit dej excellent et très copieux. Petit bémol sur la piscine qui ne posséde à peine 20-30 transat pour tout l’hôtel… le reste il faut payer encore en plus pour pouvoir se poser. Je trouve cela très dommage surtout après avoir payé notre nuit 1200€…

A very nice and luxurious hotel... perfect for party goers especially for attending Ushuaia events... They are looking to charge you for anything and everything so not a place for frugal minded one's. Also the pool area is great but is not that big and hence can be always occupied when it comes to sub beds... especially for the free beds.... all others have a €600 min spend... But the vibe is great.

No bigger party than in Ushuaia! 5 nights of resident DJ’s 2 Free tickets when you room there for each night. There worth 100€ each a night. You will save a massive bill on alcohol because you buy a few bottles and bring them to your room. Is 25€ a drink if you buy at bar during the party. Supermarket is a block away for bottles! AC in rooms are Mediocre at best. I stayed in room 5106 and I loved it, best view of ocean for that side. Also Far enough away and close enough when the show is going on. The convenience of the hotel is amazing. 9min from airport 30 seconds fro HI Ibiza. Beach in front of Hotel is fantastic. Beach service has a very nice staff. Cabs readily available across street. I would stay there again!!

Had a swim up pool 2 days, which was small but okay. Pool was a bit cold. Smell in the room not the best when you enter, but at the bed area ok. Did not have hot water all the time in the shower. Made a complaint and 4 hours later I had hot water. Not sure if cooncidence or if they fixed it. Stayed in a suite with party view for 2 days. Nice view, very convenient with a bar in suite and ice maschine just out of our door. Breakfast had good selection, but hard to get a table with beach view.

Excelente opción si vas de fiesta, te incluye la entrada a la fiesta y tu habitación esta cerca de todo! el desayuno buffete es increíble. Es un hotel para vivir la fiesta, no para descansar, pero con las ventajas de usar las excelentes instalaciones del Ushuaia Ibiza Unexpected, fuimos muy felices durante nuestra estadía.

Das Ushuaia Beach Club Hotel ist einfach einzigartig. Mitten im Hotel gibt es eine große Bühne, wo die Weltbesten DJ‘s wie zB. David Guetta auftreten. Leider ist das Hotel durch die vielen Partys schon etwas abgenützt.

First time staying at Ushuaia tower after 15 years of going to Ibiza. This hotel was disappointing, rooms are small and very basic for the price, there was nowhere near enough sunbeds for hotel guests. The beds that were empty had a min 600 euro spend. When I arrived I asked for an adaptor to charge my phone, I was told they didn't have and to go to the supermarket. The red carpets were filthy walking from first floor to second as were the skirting boards, looked like they hadn't been changed since the previous hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent depending on what you're visiting for, Hi and Ushuaia are a stone throw away, airport 10 mins away, there is some great beach bars too. There is also a lot of not so good bars. Overall I wouldn't recommend or ever return to this hotel, I have stayed at Hard Rock before which is opposite, this is so much better and the same price

The property was gorgeous! The room was very nice, but it seems the cleaning staff only made the bed. The jacuzzi was dirty, the shower leaked and the floor was not swept, so walking bare foot after showers left sand on the bottom of my feet.

This stay was disappointing to say the least. For the price I paid to stay here I expected so much more… the room was not clean upon checking in, the espresso machine did not work, and staff did not address the issue until I spoke twice with the front desk, the shower door was missing from the room so water seeped onto the bathroom floor and bath mat every time someone showered. When house keeping finally came around to clean the room the second day, they had no wash cloths. Oh… and if you used more than the allotted 4 espresso capsules you would be charged 12 euros a piece for each extra pod. The room was cheesy and had a sex box kit that seem to have gotten some water on it previous to my stay… so not only was it cheesy, but not new or clean ewwww!!! And the sink in the bathroom stopped working day 3 and there was no water except fir the shower. I can’t believe that I paid over $700 a night for such a crappy experience. Not worth it. Stay at 7Pines instead. You will get your money’s worth there.

More show than substance! The hotel feels more like an establishment than a five-star property. Surrounded by extremely arrogant, surgically enhanced guests, you feel completely out of place. From wobbly tables at breakfast to room service that takes the entire day to clean a room—and then only makes the bed and sweeps once—to filthy sunbeds on the beach and guests who cause chaos at night, you’ll find it all here. The best things about the hotel are the gym and the cappuccino.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Doppelzimmer, was auch für drei Personen angegeben ist, hat lediglich eine sehr einfache nicht wirklich saubere Schlafcouch. Wirklich eine Zumutung für diesen Preis. Ebenfalls kam uns das Personal nicht entgegen. Hätte bei dem Preis einen anderen Service erwartet. Im Detail einfach schon ein altes Hotel.

First time staying at Ushuaia tower after 15 years of going to Ibiza. This hotel was disappointing, rooms are small and very basic for the price, there was nowhere near enough sunbeds for hotel guests. The beds that were empty had a min 600 euro spend. When I arrived I asked for an adaptor to charge my phone, I was told they didn't have and to go to the supermarket. The red carpets were filthy walking from first floor to second as were the skirting boards, looked like they hadn't been changed since the previous hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent depending on what you're visiting for, Hi and Ushuaia are a stone throw away, airport 10 mins away, there is some great beach bars too. There is also a lot of not so good bars. Overall I wouldn't recommend or ever return to this hotel, I have stayed at Hard Rock before which is opposite, this is so much better and the same price

Very unique stay, the access to a room hot tub was an amazing touch. The decor in the rooms and around the hotel were very fitting and overall appealing. Some designs were a little questionable mainly the shower in my room as water would often leak outside the door of the shower as well as in the toilet in the room beside it. Other than that the rooms were very well made.

Séjour dans la suite vue sur la scène, nous avons adoré !!! La suite était très spacieuse, moderne, bar, jacuzzi… tout est là pour passer un excellent moment ! Petit dej excellent et très copieux. Petit bémol sur la piscine qui ne posséde à peine 20-30 transat pour tout l’hôtel… le reste il faut payer encore en plus pour pouvoir se poser. Je trouve cela très dommage surtout après avoir payé notre nuit 1200€…

However, what made our stay truly amazing was hotel team, especially Ms.Noelia Ramon and Ms.Anna Kolesnikova - thanks to their very professional, positive and kind attitude as well as beautiful smile we could feel true magic and hospitality of Ibiza!! So we would like to extend our thanks to hotel for such a great team!!

Had a swim up pool 2 days, which was small but okay. Pool was a bit cold. Smell in the room not the best when you enter, but at the bed area ok. Did not have hot water all the time in the shower. Made a complaint and 4 hours later I had hot water. Not sure if cooncidence or if they fixed it. Stayed in a suite with party view for 2 days. Nice view, very convenient with a bar in suite and ice maschine just out of our door. Breakfast had good selection, but hard to get a table with beach view.

We stayed in The Unexpected for one-night in September 2025.
We had been in Ibiza and chose to stay at The Unexpected for the closing night of Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike.
We stayed in an Anything Can Happen Suite and would highly recommend choosing that room. It’s stunning, luxurious and you feel like a bit of a rock star!
While the upfront price might seem expensive, once you factor in getting free show tickets and a bottle of champagne (I was expecting a cheap Cava but it was a limited edition bottle of Moet!), it’s actually reasonably good value. I’d also highly recommend the taking the breakfast - it is perhaps the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. There’s so many options, from the ice cream machine, cava, pizza, caviar, to all the usual options… amazing. The walk in price was €60 - and expensive breakfast on first look - but I’d say the quantity and quality of the food more than justify that price! Despite the proximity to the ‘club’ it’s actually very quiet in the room. You could hear the music on the balcony, but we never heard other guests or the music when we were in our room. The only downside of a high-end 5 star hotel is that the bar and extra prices are all high-end. And there will always be guests with clearly more money than you. I’d recommend staying at least one night in The Unexpected on your Ibiza trip.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room has been delayed for 2 hours, the receptionist was offering us free drink and tried their best to make us feel better. The room was nice for people who like party. Overall, it was ann amazing experience and the beach is clean and pretty.

We went to see a DJ at High Ibiza and stayed 2 nights at Ushuaia. The stay at Ushuaia did not disappoint. We had a suite in the tower that gave us a stage view and ocean view. The service here was top notch. From check in to check out the staff was incredible. We even got a free bottle of champagne with our room. The food at the beach restaurant was also delicious. I would highly recommend.

The check in experience wasn’t great, our check in was supposed to be at 3pm, we came to the Hotel at 4pm and room wasn’t ready and we had to wait another 30-40 minutes which was kind of disappointing. The breakfast was included and good. I think for this kind of hotel they have to teach their stuff be more nice and friendly. Overall Hotel is overpriced.

This is a very lazy property. Guests come for the party and the party is fun, so the property doesn’t have to try hard to deliver on any other front. The service is the worst part of the hotel, especially drinks and food at the beach restaurant. It’s expensive, slot and unfriendly. Shame, because the hotel could be so much more than a concert venue.

This hotel is very expensive. Come prepared. The staff is helpful and the resort has everything you need if you can afford it. The standard rooms are decent, amazing bath products Robe, complimentary flip flops and close proximity to the club or across the street from Hi Ibiza. The big clubs are packed and oversold, so opt for VIP for more space. A 20 minute €30 Taxi can take you to the Marina area which is cute and charming. I didn’t see anything cute and charming around the resort which is not to far from the airport(€20-30 Taxi) area looked industrial. The resort itself is nice if you don’t plan on leaving.

No bigger party than in Ushuaia! 5 nights of resident DJ’s 2 Free tickets when you room there for each night. There worth 100€ each a night. You will save a massive bill on alcohol because you buy a few bottles and bring them to your room. Is 25€ a drink if you buy at bar during the party. Supermarket is a block away for bottles! AC in rooms are Mediocre at best. I stayed in room 5106 and I loved it, best view of ocean for that side. Also Far enough away and close enough when the show is going on. The convenience of the hotel is amazing. 9min from airport 30 seconds fro HI Ibiza. Beach in front of Hotel is fantastic. Beach service has a very nice staff. Cabs readily available across street. I would stay there again!!

The best part about the hotel were the friendly staff, from check-in, the concierge and the pool team everyone was friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Thanks especially to Carlos and Ana! The location was an easy walk along the beach to the old town and around 30 min taxi/drive to other destinations around the island. Was only about 10 minutes from the airport so you don't need to save a lot of time at departure. The views were really great. Be warned, in high season there is a club right next door.

Excelente opción si vas de fiesta, te incluye la entrada a la fiesta y tu habitación esta cerca de todo! el desayuno buffete es increíble. Es un hotel para vivir la fiesta, no para descansar, pero con las ventajas de usar las excelentes instalaciones del Ushuaia Ibiza Unexpected, fuimos muy felices durante nuestra estadía.

Beautiful hotel. Food drinks are pricey but of a very high quality. So I did not mind the high price. Good beach club with conformable chairs. Unique buffet breakfast. Roof top terrace is a great place to go for sunset drinks. Overall staff were excellent. The air conditioning in my room stopped working. The front desk staff provided a room upgrade and a free breakfast as consideration. Very happy with the service.

There’s so many options, from the ice cream machine, cava, pizza, caviar, to all the usual options… amazing. The walk in price was €60 - and expensive breakfast on first look - but I’d say the quantity and quality of the food more than justify that price! Despite the proximity to the ‘club’ it’s actually very quiet in the room. You could hear the music on the balcony, but we never heard other guests or the music when we were in our room. The only downside of a high-end 5 star hotel is that the bar and extra prices are all high-end. And there will always be guests with clearly more money than you. I’d recommend staying at least one night in The Unexpected on your Ibiza trip.

An absolutely iconic hotel that you certainly pay the price for. I stayed in May, very early in the season (unheated pool beware). Perfect location, on the beach, close to airports and all the important nightlife. Being so iconic comes with slight staff attitude and arrogance because they know there will always be someone else more important/famous next in line. Very limited sunbeds (I hate to think the competition in peak season). Beware you have to pay for some of them even if a hotel guest. I had a beautiful room which overlooked the very noisy construction next door (old Hard Rock hotel) and I asked to move room (twice) due to the noise to which I was told no both times. The hotel was empty so this was disappointing as there were clearly spare rooms. Have to be very careful for the amenities in the room, most of them are chargeable! Breakfast was the highlight (€60pp!) but certainly very impressive. Ate at Gordon Ramsey, delicious food but the size of a postage stamp for a hefty price tag. Please increase portion size! Overall an impressive hotel but wouldn’t stay again.

Hotel is the perfect place to stay if you want to party. When it comes to the food options Hell’s Kitchen is solid but that’s it . The pool food is average and the service is average . Definitely not a 5 star hotel but a solid 3.5-4 . Way overpriced for what you get but ideal to stay close to the party
