het personeel van de receptie was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook het opstapje naar de zee was handig. Mooie baai. Het poetspersoneel was ook heel vriendelijk. Niet ver gelegen van een stadje met veel restaurants (25min stappen - 8 min met auto). Het ontbijt was goed. bij het inchecken een gratis drankje - het hotel is wat verouderd en afgeleefd. Het heeft een opknapbeurt nodig. Prijs kwaliteit betaal je veel voor iets wat renovatie kan gebruiken. - De toestellen in de gym zijn verouderd of kapot. - Het saunagedeelte kan ook een opknapbeurt gebruiken - weinig parking. I stayed at the property at the end of May 2024 with a half board package. It was easy to find the hotel and they have additional off road parking that you may use if coming by car. The restaurant had great breakfasts and it lovely that the dinner options mostly rotated every evening, with fresh fish fillets and veggies being served every evening. The food quality was to a high standard. As a note, men are required to wear trousers for dinner to be allowed access into the restaurant. The staff were wonderful and were always helpful where required. The hotel room is a bit outdated but the room was very clean. The other facilities at the hotel were lovely, spa, sauna and steam rooms, pool and the lunch restaurant. The staff and guests cater to a lot of German tourists and as noted in a previous review, you may see a bit of nudity from other guests on their balconies.

Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Did not sleep well my whole stay. Hardly any parking if you have a vehicle. Even the over flow parking is uphill rough, rocks sticking out and roots etc.

Schöne Unterkunft in älterem Charm gehalten, alles ist sauber und hier ist wirklich jeder Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, der überwiegende Teil insbesondere die Rezeption spricht auch Deutsch. Draussen gibt es ein Pool wo niemand um liegen um 6 Uhr kämpft es gibt schlicht genügend Liegen für alle. Es ist durch das Adult Only sehr ruhig zu jeder Zeit. Neben dem Hotel oder besser direkt am Hotel ist eine Bucht mit Leiter, aber hier könnten Quallen sein, bei uns waren keine. Negativ anzumerken ist der "Freie Parkplatz" in dem Waldstück gegenüber dem Hotel, hier sollte wenigstens mal geschottert werden, wer hier nicht aufpasst reißt sich schnell den Unterboden auf oder steckt fest. Aber ansonsten ein wirklich sehr gutes Hotel in Top Lage ( 20 min bis zur Stadt am Meer vorbei).

전반적으로 만족하고 아침부페 가격대비 훌륭하고 과일도 맛있었습니다. 테니스코트가 호텔에 있는게 아니라 200미터정도 떨어진 곳에 위치한 테니스장이 있는데 마치 호텔소속인 것처럼 시설에 적혀있는 것은 좀 잘못된 것 같습니다.. 스파, 맛사지도8시에 close 고 테니스장도 9-6시 운영이라 저녁시간 프로그램이 아쉬웠지만 view가 좋고 호텔 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다.

This hotel is a hidden gem and I highly recommend staying! My partner and I (we\'re in our early 30s) ended a three week trip here and it was a great place to relax before heading back to the US. Hotel staff are exceptionally kind and friendly, helped with everything we needed, and bonus - they all spoke 3-4 languages so communication was very easy. It\'s on the ocean, offers a large outdoor area with tons of lounge chairs, a saltwater pool, a grassy area with chairs, a "spa" area where you can either book massages or relax on your own with a view of the ocean. There\'s a sauna with an ocean view and it was perfect for the day it wasn\'t super warm because we could still enjoy the ocean view. There were a decent amount of guests during our stay but it never felt crowded. Very clean and quiet. The average age of guests was a bit older than us; mostly in their 50s/60s , but it was a great place to stay if you want somewhere clean, chill, and beautiful. Lastly, their food was great and they have a massive breakfast and dinner buffet every day. My partner and I both have food allergies and everything is labeled with all allergens, and they also offered to have the chef come out and make us whatever we needed. The only downside we had was that the rooms were just a bit outdated; the deck door did not have screens so we had some mosquitoes, and the pillows were very tiny. But overall was a great stay and would highly recommend.

Great location on the coast. Spa is a bonus which is free to use for guests. Not easy to go for a walk at night no path on the road. Good buffet breakfast lovely touch to have some bubbly on offer but smoked salmon once a week!!! Would recommend if you just want to chill and relax.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt und vorallem die tolle Lage direkt am Meer sehr genossen. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Jeden Abend wird ein tolles abwechslungsreiches Programm geboten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Hotel schön etwas älter, jedoch sehr sauber. Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage. Im Speisesaal ist immer eine unglaublich schlechte Luft, da hier wohl die alten Entlüftungssysteme, vor allem im Küchenbereich, stark an ihre Grenzen stossen.Vor allem nach dem Frühstück riecht man extrem verraucht und nacv Essen. Der SPA Bereich ist ehrlich gesagt nichts... Duschen funktionieren nicht richtig, Sauberkeit bzw. Hygienemassnahmen mangelhaft.

La struttura è ben tenuta e gode di una posizione invidiabile direttamente sul mare. Le camere dispongono di tutto il necessario e la pulizia è molto buona. Il personale è davvero molto disponibile e gentile. Anche se una persona volesse trascorrere la propria vacanza senza spostarsi, in questo hotel avrebbe a disposizione tutto ciò che serve per trascorrere una bella vacanza (piscina attrezzata, piccola spiaggia, SPA, palestra ecc). Punti di miglioramento: - Il Wi-Fi è molto lento e la connessione non è per niente stabile; - La struttura è troppo improntata sul turismo tedesco con conseguenze per quanto riguarda gli orari e il cibo. Dovrebbe avere un respiro più internazionale. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri.

The best thing about this hotel is the view and it is gorgeous! Property is very clean and well kept. I did like that it was adults only. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas to lay out. This property is very isolated, there is not a beach nearby or restaurants within walking distance we felt mislead by this. We do not do all inclusive because we thought there were restaurants close by we could walk to and we don’t like to be locked in, not the case. With that being said, the breakfast and dinner buffets were good. Lots of choices. Would have been nice to have a menu to choose from as we don’t like heavy meals for dinner. Lunch is ala carte, lots of choices and food was really good. One day the special was paella and sangria, it was one of my favorites! Very flavorful. The rooms are HOT, even with the blackout curtain closed. No ventilation in bathroom so it adds to heat in the room. If you are looking for a place to stay and relax, this is the perfect property.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick - auch vom Balkon, der zur Meerseite zeigt. Leider gibt es auf den Balkonen keinerlei Sonnenschutz, sodass man selbst im Sept./Okt. ab 8 Uhr morgens das Zimmer abdunkeln muss, weil es sonst zu heiß wird. Das ist sehr schade, weil der Balkon wirklich schön ist. Die Klimaanlage ist eher eine Umluftanlage, half nicht das Zimmer zwischendurch runterkühlen zu können. Zimmer & Bad absolut ok, im Schrank gibt es viel Stauraum. Bett leider sehr hart, daher für uns sehr unbequem. WLAN eher veraltet & nicht gut. Mitarbeiter super nett, insbesondere die Herren an der Rezeption. Auch die dunkelhaarige Dame auf der Außenterrasse ist sehr fix und sehr darum bemüht, möglichst die Gäste auf die zu wenigen Plätze dort zu verteilen. Auch hier mangelt es an geeignetem Sonnenschutz. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, und ein stückweit abwechslungsreich. Insgesamt ist das Hotel trotz seiner Größe sehr ruhig und angenehm. Auch die Lage ist richtig gut. Toller Spazierweg nach Cala Ratjada - aber eher tagsüber, da abends sehr schlecht beleuchtet. Dafür sind die Balkone viel zu hell beleuchtet… liebes Management, stellt doch einfach kleine ein- und ausschaltbare Solarlämpchen auf die Balkontische! Das ist energiesparender, angenehmer für die Augen und zieht nicht sämtliche Insekten an! Trotz einiger Kritikpunkte hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und wenn man große Hotels mag, ist dieses empfehlenswert.

La struttura è ben tenuta e gode di una posizione invidiabile direttamente sul mare. Le camere dispongono di tutto il necessario e la pulizia è molto buona. Il personale è davvero molto disponibile e gentile. Anche se una persona volesse trascorrere la propria vacanza senza spostarsi, in questo hotel avrebbe a disposizione tutto ciò che serve per trascorrere una bella vacanza (piscina attrezzata, piccola spiaggia, SPA, palestra ecc). Punti di miglioramento: - Il Wi-Fi è molto lento e la connessione non è per niente stabile; - La struttura è troppo improntata sul turismo tedesco con conseguenze per quanto riguarda gli orari e il cibo. Dovrebbe avere un respiro più internazionale. Ci ritornerei molto volentieri.

Hotel old but decent. People seemed to be happy but my stay was miserable and Im not ever a complainer. It's HOT AF 100 F and we had no air in our room, not even a fan. They said it would come on if we left everything shut, we felt like we were going to die. They offered us 6 euro to compensate. WIFI would not work in our room. They have a lovely breakfast. It's about a mile from everything in town. I wouldn't stay here again.

The service at the hotel was fantastic—we would rate it 10/10. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, making us feel very welcome. The service was excellent in every way. We loved the breakfast buffet, which was both delicious and beautifully presented. The view from Sana was beautiful, and the spa also offered a lovely view. The only reason we gave 8/10 stars instead of 10 is that the spa was quite cold—we would have preferred it warmer. The room was also a bit chilly, and there were not enough pillows.

Miguel von der Rezeption hat uns freundlich begrüßt und den ersten Part der Prozedur zum Check-in mit uns durchgeführt, Fragen zu unseren Präferenzen bezüglich Zimmer gestellt und Alternativen / Ergänzungen zu unseren gebuchten Leistungen erörtert. Zum Ausfüllen einiger Formulare bat er uns an die Poolbar und ließ uns mit Getränken versorgen bevor der Vorgang zurück an der Rezeption abgeschlossen wurde. Der Ausblick aufs Meer unserer beiden Standartzimmer war spektakulär. Zimmergröße für uns bei Einzelbelegung im Doppelzimmer sehr gut – bei 2 Personen kann es bei einem längeren Aufenthalt schon etwas eng werden. Im Haus herrscht – hier zu Saisonbeginn im Februar – eine Atmosphäre von Ruhe und Entspannung. Absolute Entschleunigung und Unaufgeregtheit. Toll! Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich – so kann man keinen herausheben und keiner fällt auch ab. Essen im Restaurant ist super – sowohl die Qualität wie auch die Quantität. Beispiel gefällig: zum Abendessen gab es Sushi; die typischen Reisrollen in Seetang mit diversen Füllungen – frisch vor unseren Augen zubereitet; ergänzt mit Tuna-Tataki und Lachstatar… Alternativen waren verschiedene Fisch, Fleisch und Seafood-Varianten… allesamt á la Minute zubereitet… diverse Vorspeisen… süße Nachspeisen, frisches Obst, Käsevarianten, … Herz was willst Du mehr? This hotel is a hidden gem and I highly recommend staying! My partner and I (we\'re in our early 30s) ended a three week trip here and it was a great place to relax before heading back to the US. Hotel staff are exceptionally kind and friendly, helped with everything we needed, and bonus - they all spoke 3-4 languages so communication was very easy. It\'s on the ocean, offers a large outdoor area with tons of lounge chairs, a saltwater pool, a grassy area with chairs, a "spa" area where you can either book massages or relax on your own with a view of the ocean. There\'s a sauna with an ocean view and it was perfect for the day it wasn\'t super warm because we could still enjoy the ocean view. There were a decent amount of guests during our stay but it never felt crowded. Very clean and quiet. The average age of guests was a bit older than us; mostly in their 50s/60s , but it was a great place to stay if you want somewhere clean, chill, and beautiful. Lastly, their food was great and they have a massive breakfast and dinner buffet every day. My partner and I both have food allergies and everything is labeled with all allergens, and they also offered to have the chef come out and make us whatever we needed. The only downside we had was that the rooms were just a bit outdated; the deck door did not have screens so we had some mosquitoes, and the pillows were very tiny. But overall was a great stay and would highly recommend.

Un paraíso para descansar. El hotel está bien cuidado y los servicios bien dimensionados. Personal muy muy amable y atento. La zona es muy tranquila y a 10 minutos a pie por el paseo bordeando la costa llegas a una zona de restaurantes.

Schöne Unterkunft in älterem Charm gehalten, alles ist sauber und hier ist wirklich jeder Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, der überwiegende Teil insbesondere die Rezeption spricht auch Deutsch. Draussen gibt es ein Pool wo niemand um liegen um 6 Uhr kämpft es gibt schlicht genügend Liegen für alle. Es ist durch das Adult Only sehr ruhig zu jeder Zeit. Neben dem Hotel oder besser direkt am Hotel ist eine Bucht mit Leiter, aber hier könnten Quallen sein, bei uns waren keine. Negativ anzumerken ist der "Freie Parkplatz" in dem Waldstück gegenüber dem Hotel, hier sollte wenigstens mal geschottert werden, wer hier nicht aufpasst reißt sich schnell den Unterboden auf oder steckt fest. Aber ansonsten ein wirklich sehr gutes Hotel in Top Lage ( 20 min bis zur Stadt am Meer vorbei).

Great location on the coast. Spa is a bonus which is free to use for guests. Not easy to go for a walk at night no path on the road. Good buffet breakfast lovely touch to have some bubbly on offer but smoked salmon once a week!!! Would recommend if you just want to chill and relax.

This is a fantastic hotel! The staff are friendly, helpful and amazing. One member even gave an hour long impromptu Spanish lesson, gracias Natalie! We had a sea view room with a balcony. It was an incredible view. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There is not a sandy beach by the hotel but we drove to several top rated beaches nearby and had a wonderful visit. I highly recommend this hotel!

The service at the hotel was fantastic—we would rate it 10/10. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, making us feel very welcome. The service was excellent in every way. We loved the breakfast buffet, which was both delicious and beautifully presented. The view from Sana was beautiful, and the spa also offered a lovely view. The only reason we gave 8/10 stars instead of 10 is that the spa was quite cold—we would have preferred it warmer. The room was also a bit chilly, and there were not enough pillows.

The best thing about this hotel is the view and it is gorgeous! Property is very clean and well kept. I did like that it was adults only. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas to lay out. This property is very isolated, there is not a beach nearby or restaurants within walking distance we felt mislead by this. We do not do all inclusive because we thought there were restaurants close by we could walk to and we don’t like to be locked in, not the case. With that being said, the breakfast and dinner buffets were good. Lots of choices. Would have been nice to have a menu to choose from as we don’t like heavy meals for dinner. Lunch is ala carte, lots of choices and food was really good. One day the special was paella and sangria, it was one of my favorites! Very flavorful. The rooms are HOT, even with the blackout curtain closed. No ventilation in bathroom so it adds to heat in the room. If you are looking for a place to stay and relax, this is the perfect property.

I stayed at the property at the end of May 2024 with a half board package. It was easy to find the hotel and they have additional off road parking that you may use if coming by car. The restaurant had great breakfasts and it lovely that the dinner options mostly rotated every evening, with fresh fish fillets and veggies being served every evening. The food quality was to a high standard. As a note, men are required to wear trousers for dinner to be allowed access into the restaurant. The staff were wonderful and were always helpful where required. The hotel room is a bit outdated but the room was very clean. The other facilities at the hotel were lovely, spa, sauna and steam rooms, pool and the lunch restaurant. The staff and guests cater to a lot of German tourists and as noted in a previous review, you may see a bit of nudity from other guests on their balconies.

Överlag ok, men väldigt förlegat med långbyxor när man ska äta middag. När det är 35 grader så har man inte långbyxor på sig. Ännu tristare när hotellchefen säger att andra gäster stör sig på shorts och tycker att alla bör ha långbyxor. Då menar jag inte badshorts och tofflor, utan fin shorts och skor. Då vi hade betalt för halvpension så löste de ändå att vi fick tillbaks lite pengar. Maten var överlag dålig. Både frukost men framförallt det man kunde köpa i lunchbaren. I övrigt var hotellet bra.

This hotel is a hidden gem and I highly recommend staying! My partner and I (we\'re in our early 30s) ended a three week trip here and it was a great place to relax before heading back to the US. Hotel staff are exceptionally kind and friendly, helped with everything we needed, and bonus - they all spoke 3-4 languages so communication was very easy. It\'s on the ocean, offers a large outdoor area with tons of lounge chairs, a saltwater pool, a grassy area with chairs, a "spa" area where you can either book massages or relax on your own with a view of the ocean. There\'s a sauna with an ocean view and it was perfect for the day it wasn\'t super warm because we could still enjoy the ocean view. There were a decent amount of guests during our stay but it never felt crowded. Very clean and quiet. The average age of guests was a bit older than us; mostly in their 50s/60s , but it was a great place to stay if you want somewhere clean, chill, and beautiful. Lastly, their food was great and they have a massive breakfast and dinner buffet every day. My partner and I both have food allergies and everything is labeled with all allergens, and they also offered to have the chef come out and make us whatever we needed. The only downside we had was that the rooms were just a bit outdated; the deck door did not have screens so we had some mosquitoes, and the pillows were very tiny. But overall was a great stay and would highly recommend.
