5 sterren voor het personeel, echt super service, zij maakte dat ons vakantie extra goed was. Eten uitstekend! Kamer ruim en steeds netjes. Het enige minpuntje is de fitness die was echt wel triest, klein, weinig mogelijkheden, loopband stuk en werd in de gehele week niet gerepareerd. Ruimte was ook niet netjes. foto's zijn niet realistisch.

Nettes Hotel, Familienzimmer sehr geräumig, Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, schöne Lage. Leider sehr hellhörig, Bühnenprogramm extrem laut und zu lange, daher können Kinder abends erst spät einschlafen. Keine Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit für Kinder bei Regenwetter.

Not generally someone who provides reviews but felt needed to provide one here. As most holiday hotels are busy places they will show some wear and tear after being in use for years. I would not however be critical of the accommodation although the air conditioning seemed to be set independent of the room thermostats but despite this the rooms always felt comfortable. Everywhere was kept clean inside but perhaps jet washing around pool area could be more regular. The all inclusive food and drinks were excellent with good variation and choice available. The cakes were so much better than I had experienced before on a Spanish holiday. No bar queues to speak of. Lots of varied activities and entertainment throughout the day. Evening entertainment great for adults and children. Entertainment staff were fabulous and enthusiastic. Other staff members friendly, happy and keen to please. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and felt money was well spent.

The staff gave a friendly welcome. The accomodation was good but a little of a squeeze with 4 people in a room but still fine and seperate beds for children was good (they didn't need to share one single sofa bed). Parts of the room had been updated (e.g. bathroom) some parts a little tired. I'd describe the food as either good or very good. Very nice breakfasts with good fruit. The dinner accounted for all ages but we were not always feeling completely satisfied. Took us a while to realise a water machine in the restaurant could be used at breakfast but was reserved to all inclusive guests at dinner time. A waiter told us bluntly that it was off limits! The entertainment was often very good (external visitors, great magician and circus show) and well introduced and presented by hotel staff, especially a Belgian chap who was really good natured and fun. The hotel's surroundings were really plesant. Lovely pines and coves with beaches. A quiet area but with really good visits nearby, such as Caves of Arta and the nearby Capdepera Castle. Pool and leisure facilities were very good. Rooms were cleaned really well and the grounds were very nice too. Thanks for a good stay.

Das Hotel liegt richtig schön in einer kleinen ruhigen Bucht. Wer nicht viel Trubel und Promenade braucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Essen (All Inklusive) war richtig richtig gut, sowohl morgens, mittags und abends als auch zwischendurch. Die Anlage fügt sich sehr schön in die Bucht ein. Einziges Manko bei unserem Urlaub im April war, dass der Pool nicht beheizt war und deswegen leider sehr kalt. Das Personal war einfach super super lieb. Das Zimmer (Familienzimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick) war sauber und Ok. Die beiden Betten im Wohnzimmer waren ein bisschen hart. Was evtl. fehlt ist ein Kehrblech, damit man selbst den Sand, den man mit rein trägt zusammen fegen kann und ihn nicht mit ins Bett nimmt. Alles in Allem ist es ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub in einem richtig tollem Hotel gewesen.

Nettes überschaubares Familienhotel. Ruhige Lage in einer ruhigen schönen Bucht. In der Vorsaison nur bedingt zu empfehlen, da es nur sehr wenige Innenbereiche gibt. Auch im Restaurant (Türen immer geöffnet) konnten wir Ende April nur mit Jacke essen. Das Buffettrestaurant war in Ordnung. Empfehlen können wir die Suite mit sehr schönem Meerblick aus Schlaf- und Wohnzimmerbereich.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Perfekt mit Kindern, schöne Spielplätze und Pools. Animation wird angeboten, aber nicht aufdringlich. Schöne kleine Bucht direkt nebenan. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos enfants dans une suite familiale avec vue sur la mer. Les points forts de l’hôtel sont le cadre et la restauration qui est de bonne qualité, mais surtout un personnel qui, sans exception est bienveillant, professionnel, souriant, accueillant, réactif et qui fait le maximum pour que le séjour des hôtes se passe à merveille. Un grand bravo aux équipes de cet hôtel. Un petit bémol par rapport à la salle de bain qui mériterait une maintenance un petit peu plus soutenue et la chambre qui mériterait un petit coup de rafraîchissement. Mais cela n’altère en rien la qualité du séjour que nous avons passé. Et le plus important, nos enfants se sont régalés.

Waves Pinos is set in a gorgeous location next to a cove with a beach and clear blue water. It’s a public beach, but never felt crowded. We didn’t bother with hiring beds at the beach as it felt safe enough to leave items with a beach towel on the rock jettys. This also avoided the sand as it can get extremely hot on the beach. Ouch! We always found something great to eat. The quality wasn’t necessarily as high as I’d expected but there were plenty of choices and the upper dining area had lovely views. The only factor to consider are the number of young children staying here. We travelled end June for a long wknd and the hotel was filled with babies and toddlers. It’s to be expected at this time of year, I understand but as there aren’t dedicated pools for adults/older children, it does influence the experience guests without children or older children have. There are frequent spills on walk areas as a result, which might be helped from more regular cleaning. Having said that, the staff were amazing-attentive and friendly, the room was well presented and serviced and the water dispensers across site were an excellent addition. Thank you Waves Pinos for our lovely break away!!

Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos enfants dans une suite familiale avec vue sur la mer. Les points forts de l’hôtel sont le cadre et la restauration qui est de bonne qualité, mais surtout un personnel qui, sans exception est bienveillant, professionnel, souriant, accueillant, réactif et qui fait le maximum pour que le séjour des hôtes se passe à merveille. Un grand bravo aux équipes de cet hôtel. Un petit bémol par rapport à la salle de bain qui mériterait une maintenance un petit peu plus soutenue et la chambre qui mériterait un petit coup de rafraîchissement. Mais cela n’altère en rien la qualité du séjour que nous avons passé. Et le plus important, nos enfants se sont régalés.

Not generally someone who provides reviews but felt needed to provide one here. As most holiday hotels are busy places they will show some wear and tear after being in use for years. I would not however be critical of the accommodation although the air conditioning seemed to be set independent of the room thermostats but despite this the rooms always felt comfortable. Everywhere was kept clean inside but perhaps jet washing around pool area could be more regular. The all inclusive food and drinks were excellent with good variation and choice available. The cakes were so much better than I had experienced before on a Spanish holiday. No bar queues to speak of. Lots of varied activities and entertainment throughout the day. Evening entertainment great for adults and children. Entertainment staff were fabulous and enthusiastic. Other staff members friendly, happy and keen to please. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and felt money was well spent.

We had no idea that this hotel catered to families with young children. There were babies everywhere and our room was dark with our small patio across from a cement wall. Very few rooms had a view and those were reserved for families!

The staff gave a friendly welcome. The accomodation was good but a little of a squeeze with 4 people in a room but still fine and seperate beds for children was good (they didn't need to share one single sofa bed). Parts of the room had been updated (e.g. bathroom) some parts a little tired. I'd describe the food as either good or very good. Very nice breakfasts with good fruit. The dinner accounted for all ages but we were not always feeling completely satisfied. Took us a while to realise a water machine in the restaurant could be used at breakfast but was reserved to all inclusive guests at dinner time. A waiter told us bluntly that it was off limits! The entertainment was often very good (external visitors, great magician and circus show) and well introduced and presented by hotel staff, especially a Belgian chap who was really good natured and fun. The hotel's surroundings were really plesant. Lovely pines and coves with beaches. A quiet area but with really good visits nearby, such as Caves of Arta and the nearby Capdepera Castle. Pool and leisure facilities were very good. Rooms were cleaned really well and the grounds were very nice too. Thanks for a good stay.

Staff were excellent. Dining options in the buffet all good, nice range of options. Definite family hotel, but not too loud or crazy. Pool area good, beach very near, warm and calm. Not much around the hotel, but it didn't matter. Really friendly, and thoughtfully set up hotel. Would definitely consider for a relaxing week.

Waves Pinos is set in a gorgeous location next to a cove with a beach and clear blue water. It’s a public beach, but never felt crowded. We didn’t bother with hiring beds at the beach as it felt safe enough to leave items with a beach towel on the rock jettys. This also avoided the sand as it can get extremely hot on the beach. Ouch! We always found something great to eat. The quality wasn’t necessarily as high as I’d expected but there were plenty of choices and the upper dining area had lovely views. The only factor to consider are the number of young children staying here. We travelled end June for a long wknd and the hotel was filled with babies and toddlers. It’s to be expected at this time of year, I understand but as there aren’t dedicated pools for adults/older children, it does influence the experience guests without children or older children have. There are frequent spills on walk areas as a result, which might be helped from more regular cleaning. Having said that, the staff were amazing-attentive and friendly, the room was well presented and serviced and the water dispensers across site were an excellent addition. Thank you Waves Pinos for our lovely break away!!

Das Hotel liegt richtig schön in einer kleinen ruhigen Bucht. Wer nicht viel Trubel und Promenade braucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Essen (All Inklusive) war richtig richtig gut, sowohl morgens, mittags und abends als auch zwischendurch. Die Anlage fügt sich sehr schön in die Bucht ein. Einziges Manko bei unserem Urlaub im April war, dass der Pool nicht beheizt war und deswegen leider sehr kalt. Das Personal war einfach super super lieb. Das Zimmer (Familienzimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick) war sauber und Ok. Die beiden Betten im Wohnzimmer waren ein bisschen hart. Was evtl. fehlt ist ein Kehrblech, damit man selbst den Sand, den man mit rein trägt zusammen fegen kann und ihn nicht mit ins Bett nimmt. Alles in Allem ist es ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub in einem richtig tollem Hotel gewesen.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist das eigentliche Highlight, die Aussicht aufs Meer wunderschön. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist das Essen, super Auswahl und top Qualität! Darum waren wir auch schon zehnmal hier, was eigentlich schon alles sagt.

The perfect place for a family. Our 8 years old boy, really enjoyed the mini club and he had a lot of fun there. The structure is amazing and in a fantastic position on a bay really good for snorkeling. We had half board, and the food was extremely good. One dinner they offered lobsters!

Nettes überschaubares Familienhotel. Ruhige Lage in einer ruhigen schönen Bucht. In der Vorsaison nur bedingt zu empfehlen, da es nur sehr wenige Innenbereiche gibt. Auch im Restaurant (Türen immer geöffnet) konnten wir Ende April nur mit Jacke essen. Das Buffettrestaurant war in Ordnung. Empfehlen können wir die Suite mit sehr schönem Meerblick aus Schlaf- und Wohnzimmerbereich.

Sehr schönes Hotel für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Essen war hervorragend, habe noch nie so ein gutes Buffet in Spanien erlebt. Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es waren alle sehr nett und man hat sich immer wohl gefühlt. Es wird für Kinder sehr viel geboten. Die Bucht direkt nebenan ist wunderschön. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einmalig. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

5 sterren voor het personeel, echt super service, zij maakte dat ons vakantie extra goed was. Eten uitstekend! Kamer ruim en steeds netjes. Het enige minpuntje is de fitness die was echt wel triest, klein, weinig mogelijkheden, loopband stuk en werd in de gehele week niet gerepareerd. Ruimte was ook niet netjes. foto's zijn niet realistisch.

Staff were excellent. Dining options in the buffet all good, nice range of options. Definite family hotel, but not too loud or crazy. Pool area good, beach very near, warm and calm. Not much around the hotel, but it didn't matter. Really friendly, and thoughtfully set up hotel. Would definitely consider for a relaxing week.

The perfect place for a family. Our 8 years old boy, really enjoyed the mini club and he had a lot of fun there. The structure is amazing and in a fantastic position on a bay really good for snorkeling. We had half board, and the food was extremely good. One dinner they offered lobsters!

Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos enfants dans une suite familiale avec vue sur la mer. Les points forts de l’hôtel sont le cadre et la restauration qui est de bonne qualité, mais surtout un personnel qui, sans exception est bienveillant, professionnel, souriant, accueillant, réactif et qui fait le maximum pour que le séjour des hôtes se passe à merveille. Un grand bravo aux équipes de cet hôtel. Un petit bémol par rapport à la salle de bain qui mériterait une maintenance un petit peu plus soutenue et la chambre qui mériterait un petit coup de rafraîchissement. Mais cela n’altère en rien la qualité du séjour que nous avons passé. Et le plus important, nos enfants se sont régalés.

Not generally someone who provides reviews but felt needed to provide one here. As most holiday hotels are busy places they will show some wear and tear after being in use for years. I would not however be critical of the accommodation although the air conditioning seemed to be set independent of the room thermostats but despite this the rooms always felt comfortable. Everywhere was kept clean inside but perhaps jet washing around pool area could be more regular. The all inclusive food and drinks were excellent with good variation and choice available. The cakes were so much better than I had experienced before on a Spanish holiday. No bar queues to speak of. Lots of varied activities and entertainment throughout the day. Evening entertainment great for adults and children. Entertainment staff were fabulous and enthusiastic. Other staff members friendly, happy and keen to please. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and felt money was well spent.

Das Hotel liegt richtig schön in einer kleinen ruhigen Bucht. Wer nicht viel Trubel und Promenade braucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Essen (All Inklusive) war richtig richtig gut, sowohl morgens, mittags und abends als auch zwischendurch. Die Anlage fügt sich sehr schön in die Bucht ein. Einziges Manko bei unserem Urlaub im April war, dass der Pool nicht beheizt war und deswegen leider sehr kalt. Das Personal war einfach super super lieb. Das Zimmer (Familienzimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick) war sauber und Ok. Die beiden Betten im Wohnzimmer waren ein bisschen hart. Was evtl. fehlt ist ein Kehrblech, damit man selbst den Sand, den man mit rein trägt zusammen fegen kann und ihn nicht mit ins Bett nimmt. Waves Pinos is set in a gorgeous location next to a cove with a beach and clear blue water. It’s a public beach, but never felt crowded. We didn’t bother with hiring beds at the beach as it felt safe enough to leave items with a beach towel on the rock jettys. This also avoided the sand as it can get extremely hot on the beach. Ouch! We always found something great to eat. The quality wasn’t necessarily as high as I’d expected but there were plenty of choices and the upper dining area had lovely views. The only factor to consider are the number of young children staying here. We travelled end June for a long wknd and the hotel was filled with babies and toddlers. It’s to be expected at this time of year, I understand but as there aren’t dedicated pools for adults/older children, it does influence the experience guests without children or older children have. There are frequent spills on walk areas as a result, which might be helped from more regular cleaning. Having said that, the staff were amazing-attentive and friendly, the room was well presented and serviced and the water dispensers across site were an excellent addition. Thank you Waves Pinos for our lovely break away!!
