Cons - First day I got here I used the drink machine and a dead fly came out. Not sure how often it’s cleaned - No water in gym, in fact no place to fill up water bottle. You have to pay for water, even though they say they care about single use plastic. They don’t. - Can only get a beach towel if you pay a cash deposit of €10. They don’t take card for this. - When checking in, no one offered to take my bag in. Customer service in general is 3/10 - No water or kettle in room - No iron in room and can only take €10 cash deposit to use an iron. - No hand wash in toilet near the gym. God knows that bacteria is being spread. - When cooking they used the same utensils for the meat and fish. Pros - Nice views - I got at a decent price - Food is good

Loved this hotel.. I was so surprised how good it was looking at other people’s reviews.. all I can say is they must be picking on the smallest parts. We had view of the back of the hotel which was amazing. Sunset over the forest and mountains.. The food was brilliant, fresh grilled fish and meats every night. My kids loved the fresh wood fired pizzas.. The gym is high tech.. and spa was so good. I can’t fault this hotel one bit. Great location and the port was great we walked to the lighthouse and there amazing beaches and views along the way. Would 100% recommend. We loved it thank you.

L’hôtel a été récemment rénové pour l’été 2025, et cela se voit : les installations sont modernes et agréables, et le cadre est superbe. Le buffet est très varié et copieux, avec de bons produits, et le personnel est vraiment sympathique et à l’écoute. Quelques petits points à améliorer : le ménage n’a pas été toujours régulier (parfois lits mal faits, serviettes oubliées) et la borne de recharge électrique annoncée n’était pas encore disponible, ce qui nous a un peu gênés. Dans l’ensemble, un bon séjour et un hôtel qui a beaucoup de potentiel après sa rénovation. Nous remercions toute l’équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Alle kamers zijn volledig vernieuwd. Dit maakt het verblijf heel prettig, omdat alles net nieuw is. Geweldige airco. Het zwembad is ook heerlijk en genoeg bedjes en parasolletjes. Je kunt gratis badlakens krijgen bij de balie. DJ aan het zwembad een paar keer was heel leuk. 100 meter lopen en je bent in een prachtige helderblauwe zee. Heerlijke cocktails aan het zwembad. Het personeel is wisselend. Te weinig goed personeel. Wij hadden halfpension. Daarbij zitten ontbijt en diner in het buffetrestaurant. Eten was opzich goed en makkelijk, maar het was er erg druk. Veel gestresst personeel. Schoonmaak kan beter: haren, toiletpapier niet bijgevuld, toilet niet schoongemaakt. ‘s Avonds is er live muziek.

We loved it here. Yes, there are some kinks with some renovations but nothing bad like these reviews said. We had no majors issues at all. The staff checked us in around 6p in about 5 mins. The grounds are very nicely manicured. The hotel is so pretty. The furnishings are very nice and beautiful. There's beautiful tile and seating and wallpaper everywhere you look. It's about a 2 minute walk to the beach across the street. There are TONS of restaurants across the street on the beach and up the hill. (Go to organics restaurant and get a fresa mojito!) There are 3 pools- 2 outdoors and 1 inside. The large 3 circle pool can sometimes get loud. But the smaller rectangle one is quiet and very peaceful. The indoor one is in a spa area that everyone can use. There's a steam room, sauna, 3 tubs that are cold, lukewarm and hot. And then a small rectangle pool. It's a very nice feature. There are beautifully tiled showers in the spa too- not private but you can rinse off. Breakfast was great. Tons of selection of foods. We had a balcony room on the 7th floor and it viewed the pools and the beach. It was beautiful. Our ac wasn't working a couple times but they sent someone immediately to fix it both times. There's a drying rack for your clothes on the balcony also. The beach is nice. Not very natural with all the beach chairs and umbrellas to rent and the buoys in the water but it's sandy and the water itself is pretty. We absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely stay again

Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte und sogar mehr. Die Poollandschaft ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Das Essen war hervorragend und abwechslungsreich. Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen

Hotel is a bit dated. The weekend we were there it seemed that they were suffering from a lack of staff, it was the same ones every shift, but they were good for all that. Pools were very good, and clean

The Smart TV in my room was not working due to no internet access. Day 1: I was told it would be fixed the following day. Day 2: Same message. Day 3: I was informed an external technician would repair it within the week. Day 5: I was told it would not be fixed at all due to security reasons... I had to contact the reception each time psycically (phone in room was not functioning). They never provided any follow-up or offered an apology. I also emailed the frontdesk day 1 (to avoid standing in line in reception), never heard back. The in-room safety deposit box was out of order too, I thought. I discovered the hotel charges €5 per day to use it — something I had never encountered before. Additionally, the three elevators in the hotel do not coordinate with each other. During busy times, this meant they were unavailable for long periods

Very beautiful and clean hotel, with lots of pools and close to beach.

Dirty corridors, cold food and poor selection. This was not a 4 star hotel experience. Very disappointing stay and not worth the money.

That was awesome! our room was on the 7th floor and the balcony had an absolutely stunning view of the sea. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed. The only note is that the wi-fi signal in the room was poor, but this did not spoil our holiday at all. We had a buffet breakfast and always found something to eat. Many thanks to all the hotel staff!

This hotel re-opened to soon. They are still doing works so there is a lot of noise. When I arrived in my room, it was not cleaned. They change the room. It tooks 1 hour from the moment I arrived and when I was in the good room. The new room was not cleaned enough and still a lot of dust inside. Workers of this hotel are not trained or organised. To conclude, when you look around you, you always see a mess in the hotel.

Hotellet er under ombygning, og end ikke færdiggjort. Der var håndværkere overalt, og flere funktionaliteter ikke eksisterende, fordi de endnu ikke var etableret. Fx lys på badeværelser, kloarkforbindelser, børneklub, internet mv. træningscenteret var dybt kritisabelt. Poolen var meget beskidt alle dage, og blev ikke renset. Et træ væltede ned over poolområdet, hvor folk lå. Heldigvis kom ingen til skade. Fin mad i morgenmadsresturanten. Desværre er der dog ikke en eneste spritdispenser/håndskrift tilgængelig på hele hotellet, hvilket øger risikoen for maveinfektioner. Når hotellet er færdigbygget bliver det sikkert rigtig fint.

The staff had problems finding my reservation the night I arrived. Then, they gave me a room that was not cleaned (stains in the toilet, shower wasn’t cleaned, and bug in the bed). They then moved me to another room where there were bugs in the bed again and the bathroom sink was clogged. The lobby smells bad like sewer water and hotel is noisy due to still having renovations done. I do not recommend to anyone!

The hotel is gorgeous, really spacious and the bed was super comfy. The food needs improving significantly. The best thing about this hotel is their staff. They are all so polite and helpful and welcoming. Special recognition for the receptionists (magdalena I think her name was?) and the entertainer who did archery and shooting (I think he was Italian, tattoos) he was so great! The singer on the first night (Maritza Conradie) was unbelievable. We don’t think she should be singing in a hotel, she should be on broadway! She blew us away! The food was the biggest let down. They need proper vegan options. With how nice the hotel was we had high expectations for the food but it just let us down completely. We’re vegan, and we were pretty hungry after meal times. Also, when something is without meat it needs its own serving spoon/tongs. We had some plain tomato sauce and pasta, and I pulled out 2 meat bones of my mouth that were in the sauce from people using the same spoons. It was disgusting. The salad bar, everything was full of tuna as everyone was just mixing and using the same spoons as there wasn’t one in each bowl for each ingredient. It’s a lack of control and hygiene and it really made us feel sick. The vegetable paella was burnt and tasted bad because of this. no complimentary water in the room either… We would return to this hotel as the staff were just so welcoming and the hotel in itself was lovely, but the food needs to improve dramatically beforehand.

Hotelzimmer hell und mit Holzsapekten war sehr heimelig. Blick ins Grüne. Mit Balkon. Grösse des Zimmers war ideal. Mit kleinem Kühlschrank, Pult und Stuhl.

Je ne sais pas si c’est souvent ainsi mais pour nous, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas du tout dans notre chambre. À part ça, c’est un hôtel très bien situé pour la plage et les quelques délicieux restaurants à 5 minutes de marche

Rude staff (shouted at for daring to ask why the room was not ready when they said it would be, even though I was with a 10 month old baby), dirty rooms (including rusty bathroom ) which are cleaned sporadically. Very bad quality of breakfast. Room keys which constantly stop working.

L’accueil a été compliqué, avec une novice et un monsieur ultra débordé. Hormis la communication qui n’est pas du tout chaleureuse ni accueillante, le reste ça passait à peu prêt… le checkin qui dépend du ménage peut prendre des heures… heureusement que la plage et les restaurants à côté était ouverte et sympas! Dommage que l’hôtel a été rénové et de veut une nouvelle image mais je commencerais par les employés à former ou changer

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable à cet hôtel à Majorque ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel, avec un large choix et des produits frais chaque matin. Le spa mérite aussi une mention spéciale : un vrai moment de détente et de bien-être. L’ambiance générale est paisible et les installations sont impeccables. Nous avons adoré notre séjour 🌴✨

Just ok. This hotel is not prepared as it’s in the process of a big renovation. The man who checked us in was terrible, made a huge mistake on our check in, was rude, and never apologized or even attempted to compensate us in anyway After keeping us for 2.5 hour check in process, at 11pm. Thankfully I did not see him after that. Other than him everyone was lovely and kind. Will be great once finished

Hemos pasado tres noches en el hotel durante agosto. La ubicación es excelente! Con una playa hermosa con todos los servicios en frente y cerca de otros puntos de interés a los que se puede acceder fácilmente en auto. El mantenimiento externo del edificio no es el mejor, y la limpieza de la habitación al llegar no fue perfecta. Sin embargo el estado de todas las instalaciones estuvo muy bien y pudimos disfrutar la estancia sin inconvenientes. Destacamos la excelente atención del personal, sobre todo de Hadi de recepción. Nos recibió con mucha amabilidad y nos proporcionó excelentes recomendaciones que hicieron nuestro viaje aún mejor.

Great hotel, newly renovated, possibly the best scrambled eggs I've had at a breakfast buffet. Bit of confusion on check in, where my booking for two people through hotels.com came to them as one person, but was promptly sorted.

Hotel très correct, mais pas exceptionnel. Chambre petite et un peu vieillissante, matelas trop dur, mais propre! Petit-déjeune buffet avec énormément de choix et excellent. Piscines un peu bondées, les chaises longues sont un peu les unes sur les autres au bord de la piscine principale, je recommande la deuxième piscine même si moins d'ambiance. Hôtel bien situé, pas mal de petits restos sympas très proches (moins de 500m).

The hotel is dated but excellent location, friendly staff, walk to beach and restaurants, excellent pool area, free entertainment and large choice of food at breakfast although hot food tepid.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage. Wir waren mit dem gesamt Paket sehr zufrieden.Der schöne Sand Strand in der Cala Marsal ist nur ein paar Meter von der Hotelanlage entfernt.

Un vrai petit coin de paradis cette hôtel entourer de palmier, à quelque pas d’une plage. intérieure rénové avec beaucoup de goût et sur le thème nature. Personnel très gentil et attentionné à vos besoin. Destination idéal pour une détente total en couple.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Hotel is located in a quiet area so it was really easy to walk around and relax in nature. In general transportation is not as reliable as compared to a major city so that may have to be a consideration for some people. The only weird thing about their breakfast is they serve the eggs cold. Unsure about that, but cold scrambled eggs are not for me. Property overlooks a nice area.

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly, and the food service was satisfactory. If you choose half board, please note that drinks are not included and must be paid for separately. Although it isn't very expensive, it's something to be aware of. Additionally, there is no private beach service available, such as sunbeds or parasols, so you'll have to pay if you wish to use those amenities. Overall, it was a great place to stay in Cala Marsal if you're looking for peace and a natural atmosphere.

Notre séjour a été agréable, la plage juste en bas de l’hôtel fait tout le charme. Nous avons légèrement été déçus des buffets, le petit déjeuner est correct mais le diner n’était pas très diversifié.. De plus, avec la demi-pension hôtels.com nous n’avons pas eu d’eau comprise pour le dîner, c’était assez scandaleux. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très sympathique et souriant. Nous avons malgré tout passé un agréable séjour reposant.

Essen immer kalt, egal ob Frühstück (Rühreier, Spiegeleier, Speck, etc.) oder Abendessen. Qualität und Art der Zubereitung alles andere als zufrieden stellend.

When this hotel is comoleted rennovation i will deffo be back. A lot of small things that need done in room...such as no bin, toilet roll holder, do not disturb sign..Restaurantstaff very good and attentive. Food ok but no name labels. Pools all good and 2 min walk to beach
