Despite it being near the the airport, you dont hear the planes which is good. Hotel is also near a number of dining options that is walkable. Rooms are really clean and spacious. Only disappointed that the jacuzzi wasn't working. It was huge and we were really looking forward to it. It's okay though! Would totally go back to this hotel if I had to stay near the airport in Melbourne again.

Absolutely fabulous for airport convenience with a shuttle. The breakfast is amazing, and having a bar to have a quiet drink after a flight was great. The rooms are lovely and clean and the outside pool area is very relaxing. Perfect place to stay. Only downer was shower water pressure, but that’s no biggie

Quite restricted. Limited service and no restaurant open on weekends and public holidays. Check in was friendly and open late but the toom was very stifling and stale and had a funny smell perhaps coming from one of the drains? Needs more airing out and freshening up. Basic amenities all up.limited hotel staff it seems but not all bad for one night.

Great property close to the airport offering complimentary 24/7 shuttle service to/from airport. Rooms very clean with large comfortable bed and blackout curtains. Very quiet. Restaurant offers a good evening meal and buffet breakfast (only open weekdays) Always stay here when transiting on international flights.

Booked an ‘airport’ hotel expecting to be in airport precinct, so was disappointed by location. Courtesy bus to and fro was however an excellent service as was being able to use pool till we needed to go back to airport. Staff very friendly. Good price for 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit

Well this is a nice airport hotel if slightly unusual. The only real downside is that the rooms are small and some of the fittings slightly dated. It’s also unusual in its layout in that you can’t get to the rooms directly from reception. The staff were great and the restaurant was really good. The pool and central courtyard was very pleasant. Also the airport shuttle is excellent.

The staff - shuttle driver, reception, dining room - were so friendly and willing to help. Our room was ready an hour early which was wonderful. Room is small but clean and quiet and adequate for an overnight stay. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. There are many eateries nearby and a shopping centre. A really great place to stay before catching a flight. We couldn't fault it.

Enjoyed an overnight stay before a flight. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. The only challenge was the people next door to us were fairly loud until around 4am and due to limited soundproofing we could hear their conversation etc. We would return due to the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was excellent. Good value for the cost.

The female night receptionist i dealt with was rude from the moment i walked in! She told me no smoking like 5 times all because i look young even though i my son whose not even a year old i had fully paid for my room a week prior to my stay and there was no mention on the site or when i rang about a bond until i arrived. I had to pay a $400 bond upon arrival even though i was at the hotel for not even 10 hours. I had to pay a bond because i paid with a debit not credit card. Not only that but she spoke to me as if i was stupid not knowing that i have worked at 2 hotels before and know the rules and policies. Very disappointed in how my partner and i were treated by this girl also i understand it is common for a lot of young people to smoke and treat the facility with no respect but that’s no excuse to discriminate me due to my age im 21 not a child!

We arrive late in the evening and the frontdesk staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful in getting us checked in quickly and easily. We booked this hotel purely as it was covenient to return our rental car, just a few minutes walk away, and to get a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport the next morning for a super early flight out of Melbourne Airport. The member of staff that took us to the airport was friendly, helpful and got us to the airport safely and in time for dropping our bags and getting our flight. We weren't at the hotel long, but it served the purpose we needed and would use again if we had similar needs. Thanks

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that we would happily stay again. We are already looking at how we include a stay on future visits to Melbourne. The hotel shuttle bus from the airport is a very efficient service - just called the hotel and the little bus turned up about 10-15mins later in the peak hour. Very good! The nice driver even insisted that he load/unload the bags. Check in was simple and quick and the lady on reception was very helpful and welcoming. We even got a room upgrade - score! The room was very spacious and newly renovated. The bathroom was clean and well arranged and, unlike other places, the shower screen actually worked and stopped the water escaping the recess. The hotel bar was quite good but the restaurant was the real find - great food (our Parmas were huge & tasty - $25!!) and very reasonably priced (bottle of lovely Shiraz $22!!). This is great hotel and would recommend.

I was picked up by the shuttle bus at midnight and promptly taken to the Quality Inn and checked in the staff were friendly and efficient.with a late check out my stay was easy and I was then returned to the airport for my onward journey. I would recommend this Hotel for anyone looking for this service.

Great place for convenience. Had an early morning flight and chose to stay here and get shuttle bus to airport. Walking distance to long term parking, great staff and clean room with a comfy bed. Highly recommend and will stay again.

I booked the Quality Melbourne Hotel as I was arriving late into the airport and didn't know my way around Melbourne. This hotel has a shuttle service, which was great and efficient. Just call the hotel number and they arrived at the aitport within 10 minutes. Checkin at hotel was super quick and although the room looked bigger in the picture, it was a very comfy double bed for a solo traveller. Toilet, shower, bed very clean and equipped with tea, coffee, busciits, kettle, iron and ironing board if required. I had booked breakfast which was contnental or cooked and lots to choose from. Also juice, teas, coffees and takeout coffees and very pleasant service from the lovely italian lady. Staff at reception were also lovely. I got the free shuttle service back to the airport so I could get the skybus to Frankston then on to Rye, where I'm having a wonderful time. Would book again x

Service was A1 and room lovely and clean. Bed was comfy. The only negative I have was that I wasn’t aware until I received a message after I booked that the restaurant wasn’t open of a weekend. We had a stopover of 10 hours and booked the hotel because it had a restaurant on sight. We were tired, limited for time and had my 80 year old mother travelling with us and wanted that convenience.

We stayed at the Quality Hotel Melbourne airport before our trip, the room was small but very clean and was well appointed. The restaurant on-site was very nice with a good variety of food and reasonably priced. They offer a shuttle service which we didn’t need but it’s available if you do and breakfast which is also really good. We would stay here again and highly recommend
