Great place to stay to be right at the beach. Nice outdoor pool area, however, it’s not near the apartment. One has to walk a few minutes, not bad. Only complaints are: 1) there are reserved parking for guests. The parking lot is also used by locals and tourists going to the beach. So it can get difficult to find a parking spot. 2) They have a very low inventory of beach towels. Every time I asked for one they had run out. So I had to go back to the apartment to get one of the big towels. Not ideal since it became dirty with sand etc, so I only had one for the shower during my stay. Despite these small inconveniences, I would return to this place if ever I travel again to the Algarve region.

Hotel très bien entretenu, personnel très agréable ( un peu de mal a se comprendre en français ). Piscine interieure,exterieure,très proche de la plage,proche de Alvor ( commerces, bar, restaurants,pharmacie, intermarche,...). Commerce,bowling,bar,restaurant...à proximité . Grand parking. Laverie. Possibilite de petit dejeuner et demi pension. Arret de bus et petit train en bas de l'hôtel.

L’hébergement est propre, il est situé à pieds d’une belle piscine extérieure et d’une superbe plage. Il y a également une piscine intérieure qui est très bien. La petite cuisine dans la chambre contenait très peu de vaisselle et malheureusement aucune épice tel que sel et poivre, ni savon à vaisselle.

Very nice little studio, with view on the sea, and 2min walk from it. Perfect location to explore the nearby beach, cliffs and caves, or to walk or run on the long boardwalk. Decent size space, though lacking kitchen cleaning supplies (only a hand towel provided). Indoor pool and sauna, and a small laundry room made this experience even more enjoyable. Would stay again!

bonjour, pour notre sejour pas prevenu que le piscine exterieur est femé pour travaux ,obligé d aller a la piscine de l autre hotel. piscine interieur pas de mise en route des pompes ,l eau avait une odeur de moisi,le sauna ne marchais pas , pas reussi a avoir une deuxieme serviette de bain ' elles ete toutes parties au sales'.cela fait plusieurs annees que nous venons et nous voyons que cela ce degrade , les prix du sejour sont devenu tres chere pour la qualite du service. je ne sais pas si nous reviendrons la l annee prochaine . crdl

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but tired. The building next door looked like it was having a full renovation and hopefully this building will as well in due course. Hopefully they will also improve their soundproofing as you could hear next door talking and doors being closed. Unfortunately, the hotel seemed to be having an issue with small fly infestation and although they sprayed and hoovered them away, they would be back instantly. Location was OK and taxi fares to main resorts (Alvor and Portimao) were very reasonable.

Property around the hotel where we had our breakfast was very nice. Room seemed dark and had a musty smell. Showers did not drain quick enough. Beds and pillows were worn out. The pool in the Pestana Atlantico was nice. Grocery store attached to the hotel was convenient. View out of our windows was not nice. Kept windows and curtains closed all the time. There was nothing to look at except streets and pedestrian and the emergency stairs. 😞

Team at property were great and so helpful. Expedia didnt pass on message left that we wanted twin beds and would arrive late, however we managed to sort following day. Building bit dated but cannot fault the cleanliness or location

Het uitzicht op de 4e verdieping was prachtig. Het appartement was voorzien van veel ramen en we konden heerlijk op het balkon zitten. Echter de voorzieningen waren ondermaats: balkondeur kon niet dicht, de gordijnen waren slecht en konden niet goed gesloten worden, de houten vloer in de keuken was kapot, de keuken voorzieningen waren onvolledig. Verder was het erg gehorig op de gangen en goed hoorbaar door het ontbreken van een tussendeur. Het toilet was meerdere malen verstopt maar werd wel snel gerepareerd. De bedden waren prima evenals de douche ruimte. Dagelijks schoonmaak en nieuwe handdoeken. We hebben met plezier gebruik gemaakt van het zoute zwembad.

Property was welcoming, by staff who were very willing to assist. Parking was good. Room was comfortable and clean. However the place generally needs some attention. Bed linen was fine but bathroom towels were very worn and thin. We would stay again as it was good value for money.

Das Studio ist das Geld nicht wert. Die Tür zur Terrasse musste 2 mal mit neuen Dichtungen versehen werden, weil diese weder wind- noch regendicht sind. Das Parkett sollte man nicht barfuß belaufen, weil dieses so gequollen ist, dass man sich Splitter in die Füße sticht. Zwischen Rahmen und Eingangstür mussten wir ein Papiertaschentuch klemmen, weil diese gewaltig klappert. Bei Buchung wurde uns auch nicht mitgeteilt, dass man zum frühstücken in ein anderes Hotel gehen musste. Da das Wetter sehr schlecht gewesen ist, konnte man auch nicht auf den Fernseher zurückgreifen, es gab keinen deutschen Sender.

Small maintenance problem almost every room I booked. My husband and I stayed 805. Didn't use the kitchen sink but was leaking every day. Water was all over on the countertop. Another room 1005 my friend stayed, balcony door has at least a finger wide gap. Wind was hauling some of the nights. These are small maintenance fixing. Easy to fix problems. Otherwise everybody were happy. I booked 5 rooms.

The location is good. It was quiet when we were there, but it wasn't a busy time mid may. It's fairly old so be prepared for some niggles. We had a patio door not working so had to move rooms. In the next room the bathroom fan didn't work and the toilet seat was broken. Basically clean and decent sized rooms. Not too bad for the money.

Vi är nöjda. Enkelt med prisvärt. Begränsad städning och byte av lakan mm, men de överträffade våra förväntningar genom tätare städning och byte av handdukar tex bara bädda sängen :) 24 H rec som hjälpte till med allt man frågade om. Trevlig personal. De uppgraderade oss till havsutsikt :) En jättebra supermarket alldeles intill hotellet, perfekt! Mervärde är den jättefina inomhuspoolen med toa duchar ocg tvättmaskiner. Väldigt fint.

Eine wirklich schöne Ausblick mit direkter Strandlage. Die Raumgröße war vollkommen ausreichend. Mehr Positives lässt sich leider nicht sagen. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Es ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett war sehr ungemütlich bzw. durchgelegen und die Beleuchtung fürchterlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet haben wir im Nachbarhotel aufsuchen müssen ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Den Pool bzw. die Sauna, auf welche wir uns sehr gefreut haben, haben wir nicht besucht bzw. nur kurz besichtigt. Diese Räumlichkeiten befinden sich in einem Glashaus direkt am Parkplatz. Es ist keine Privatsphäre gegeben. Außerdem ist auch dieser Bereich veraltet und keineswegs einladend. Sehr schade. Das Personal war lediglich anwesend. Manchmal wurde man begrüßt. Meistens wurde jedoch nur mit AirPods auf das Handy unter dem Tresen geschaut. Wir haben für den Preis nicht viel erwartet, waren aber trotzdem enttäuscht. Schade.

The staff was so nice and friendly. We ended up staying an additional night. I'm sure there are fancier hotels but we loved the location, ease of parking, kitchenette and grocery on property. Also grateful for a lift after bringing luggage up so many stairs at other stays.

Loved the location , minutes from the beach and the views from the room. We could hear the waves at night ! Staff were wonderful - so friendly and helpful. Pool is fab and a real bonus . Walks along the beach are stunning and Alvor is a very pretty place . Drinks and gardens at the nearby hotel were lovely too. Thank you so much

Ideale locatie. Je zit vlakbij het strand en vandaar heb je vlonderpaden tot in het stadje Alvor door natuurdomein. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de kamer, parking gratis bij het verblijf. Kamers mogen een uplift krijgen maar het was zeer proper. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Loved the location , minutes from the beach and the views from the room. We could hear the waves at night ! Staff were wonderful - so friendly and helpful. Pool is fab and a real bonus . Walks along the beach are stunning and Alvor is a very pretty place . Drinks and gardens at the nearby hotel were lovely too. Thank you so much

Enjoyed my stay, staff was friendly, grocery store near by was very convenient as well as the restaurants on beach and the continental breakfast at the sister hotel. Room was as good as advertised My only compliant is housekeeping only cleaned my room once in the 5 days I stayed there. Other than that it was great and I’d visit again!

We loved the home away from home feel of this hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The location is unbeatable. With direct access to the most pristine beaches, with explorable caves. Indoor/ outdoor pool. A market in the parking lot with anything you could need, including a fresh bakery. A short walk to bowling, restaurants- or take the trolley into town which is only a 3-5 minutes drive. So many restaurants, cafes and shops. It’s perfect.
