The hotel and my room were clean, comfortable, and had view of the sea and the castle. I was forced to change room, because someone had obviously smoked in the room before my entering, even though smoking is prohibited in the rooms. The staff was friendly and professional. The culinary experience was also good.

Very close access to the beach, but at 19:00 gate was closed, clean room , good food. We arrived in hotel at 21:00, desk teller was unwelcoming, not anyone give water or tea, just give some hotel rules, what was shocked us: shezlongs, umbrellas, towels just in rent for €2 each every day, for use safe in room, we paid $35, we didn’t bring food , water in room ???, just need buy in hotel bar for 4time exspenciver than in any supermarkets, give just 2 bottles water in room for 9 days stay in hotel???. Our vacation was stressful, without satisfaction, we not recommend this hotel to everybody!!?

We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Okan. The location is perfect, right by the sea. The rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. The food was lovely and so we’re the staff.
