Good location

Everything was great. Ms Thuy was particularly excellent in checking me in and supporting my stay.

The room condition is ok, not really clean. The front desk staff are rude not helpful. Need improvement to help guest.

One star for the good view, and that is it. Stingy nasty smelly sewer; foul odor comes from toilet, sink and bathtub drains. Lines of ants in the kitchen. Smelly trash was still in the kitchen when we checked in. Refrigerator did not work. Only two dirty bath towers. No hand, floor, or other towers. No way to contact manager/owner during your stay. She only pickup the phone when you check out and return the key. Crazy noise from the hall. Grow-up people and children running and yelling in the hall and you hear everything through the wall and door.

As we checked in my room 11 floors very terrible broken lamp and toilet broken not much water. Next day they offer change room down futher was better room everything is okay. Will stay more next trips
