The parking situation is terrible. hotel location is good.

Ok. It was clean and modern. Here are problems and only if you’re like me and look to honest reviews before staying somewhere. 1. Parking is really hard to find and it’s a total rip off at 20 euro a night. How do I know it’s a rip off? I parked LITERALLY across the alley at a beautiful garage for 6 euro. 2. I booked this hotel primarily to access the sauna. Not only are the hours limited (10-6) but these clowns tried to charge me 35 euro to use it. No discussion of fee online. Most hotels it’s free when you’re paying what we did. 3. Only one person could communicate really well in staff. All nice pp but it lead to confusion with dietary restrictions at restaurant and also we ended up with an extra meal we didn’t order but my wife is nonconfrontational so we sucked it up. 4. The most ridiculous part was we didn’t have any control of the brand new thermostat in room. Like zero. Couldn’t turn off if we wanted. I had to CALL UP THE FRONT DESK EVERY TIME I WANTED IT ADJUSTED! This wasn’t a fix, this was the system they had in place. 5. If I sound unreasonable then please go ahead and book but otherwise. Steer clear. PS almost forgot, we’re thin to normal sized pp. we barely fit in enclosed shower. No way someone 200lbs is fitting in there.

Do not recommend staying here. Markets as a hotel with spa, but the spa is open to anyone, and everyone has to pay a fee. EUR 35 for a hotel guest just to use a small sauna … Parking is restricted and limited, and there is a charge of EUR 12 for that as well. Arrived at 2100, but no room service available after 2000. No breakfast facility either. Room was basic and small

This hotel has a fully equipped spa with a masseuse on premises, hot tub, steam room and sauna. The restaurant is also nice.

Convenient area. The hotel does have a first come first serve parking lot. But there is parking to be found within walking distance around the hotel. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. The Hotel is very functional but lacks any atmosphere especially in the lounge area. Our room had no window but apart from that was very comfortable and was clean but the lack of natural light was off putting although this may not bother others. The car park is small and can get quite crowded and can be difficult to manoeuvre if it's full. I found it strange that I was charged £12 per night to park my car which wasn't mention at the booking stage. The hotel is very functional and is ideal as a stopping place.

Parking was unavailable near the hotel. Had to park in a garage and walk with luggage. Otherwise 5 star.

It's in a nice location and walkable to all services. There is no parking at this property, but it is available at another hotel that is only a 5-minute walk away.

It was a nice property close to city activities, shopping and restaurants. Room was small but clean and nice. The only thing really was a bad smell when one left the lobby for the elevators.

Beautiful, clean and big room. Very close to city center, near all the shops, bars and restaurants. Extremely friendly and helpful staff like always am a happy customer

No parking. I suspect they do not reserve space for residents. Non-residents are probably more profitable. Not possible to get a simple snack (sandwich) mid-afternoon after a 3 hour drive. Laundry bags cluttering the lift lobby mid-afternoon. Tatty lifts. Unpleasent smell in groundfloor lift lobby. A room so small that 2 adults couldn't pass one another comfortably. Grubby bathroom. Android TV completely useless. Breakfast €27.50 pay in advance or take your chances and pay €30.00 at the time. Staff very polite but clearly very frustrated with having to field complaints. ...and all of this for €220.00!

Such a great hotel, it was well located and very clean

No available car parking on site and had to use car park of another hotel. When we arrived it was to busy on the street to drop off luggage so we had a bit of a walk with all the cases. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous. When we exited the lift to go to the room we encountered the room service trollies parked outside the lift which did not create an initial good impression. The TV not working (due to WiFi technical issues) and the fact that the heating is remote controlled by reception did prove to be a it of an issue. Otherwise staff were great and it was a comfortable stay. Location is very central and the hotel was spotless.

The receptionist that checked me in and out was very friendly. She also upgraded me, which made my day. Mind you its my first time being upgraded. The room was lovely and spotless. That you!!

We really enjoyed staying here. During our 2 weeks stay the service was excellent, food great and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The spa is one of the best! I’d suggest that while our linen was changed regularly, we had to ask for our room to be cleaned - it wasn’t cleaned routinely. But we will return to this hotel for sure.

This is a hard review to write - because the people working here are so kind, helpful, friendly, and wonderful. That said - our stay felt like a horror movie setup. First - the parking isn’t open so you have to park in a cramped garage across the street at a discount, but the garage never gave us a ticket as the gate was stuck open when we arrived. Only one small elevator “worked” but even still, the floors it took you to didn’t match the buttons - and two of the floors seemed like they shouldn’t be open to the public (a dark basement and a floor that seemed to be a work space?). Then of our three rooms only one had an operating thermostat as it’s locked with a code that the staff didn’t have available. It is walkable though and has lovely staff. I’m sure it will be great once renovations are complete.

Great hotel. Very central and easy to get to station. Lively soacious toom and bathroom with spectacular views. Very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Long wait for breakfast to be replenished and when it eventually was the food was still cold! No bread, beans or eggs were available. They were replaced one at a time, by which point the sausages, bacon and hash browns had all gone! Rooms look very nice but wooden floors make the rooms very noisy. The noises overhead and adjoining us were loud enough to wake me. All in all for the price point of this hotel it needs to do better. The offer of the managers phone number to contact him for a reduced rate next time (Which there will not be) is not acceptable.

The property is perfectly located. Only thing that was lacking was air conditioning. We brought the warm sunshine and temperatures from the US and being on the 4th floor made a little hard to fall asleep at night with out a/c.

We had a room on the top floor which was very cute and comfortable - absolutely amazing big bed, great view. They had no parking in their lot available but we were able to get a spot 100m away in a public car park which was free overnight.

Address Sligo was in a good downtown location. Was really disappointed with a “club” room ; direct view of roof of building next door, shower was too small to use and there was no room to walk around the bed. Staff at restaurant were unfriendly and didn’t bring coffee until asked 4 times. We booked with parking but were told at check in it was not available and had to pay for parking without any validation at Glass House down the street. Would not recommend

On arrival which was after 3pm we were informed our room was not ready. After a quick consultation with a colleague we were then told that the room was ready. Room 408 was clean with everything in place including air con as it was a windowless room. Foyer/bar area/food that evening were all pleasant and meal was really delicious. Once in bed, every 20-25 minutes the boiler located above/close to our bedroom made the loudest, banging, thundering noise we have ever heard. This noise continued the whole night resulting in no sleep at all. My husband, who has very high blood pressure phoned reception at 4;30am to ask for a room relocation/earplugs, no being the answer to both requests. on checkout a female receptionist informed us that the offending boiler was playing up and that a plumber had failed to repair it. We were offered no credible apology or compensation of any nature and when I was asked to describe the noise to a male member of staff presumably the one who failed to deal with my husbands early morning phone call. He looked at me as if I'd imagined the whole ghastly episode. We will never return to The Address and have already advised several family members and friends to follow suit. As frequent visitors to Sligo we can certainly say that this hotel is no asset to an otherwise fine town.

Room was boxy ans had 1 small window. 1 double bed and 1 single bed which took up the whole room. No mirror in room

Really loved the property and location. Staff were mostly pleasant, the restaurant/bar team awesome all the time, front desk was meh… few times it felt like always having an extra fee for simple things, but overall would stay again.

Excellent day room was great! And great customer service from the front desk.

Most of the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately we got misinformed by a recently new member of reception. Instead of finding out the right information he told us the wrong information. Thankfully it worked out ok. An expensive error but could have been a bit worse. Josh in the bar was extremely helpful and friendly. His espresso martini was the best I have ever had.

Great location to the centre of Sligo with nice surroundings and friendly staff. Had a problem with our original room but staff were great and arranged a suitable swap and gave us a free drink.We eat in the restaurant for breakfast and was very good.Had a meal one night in the restaurant which also was tasty.

I was very disappointed with our stay. The staff who checked us in were very pleasant. unfortunately things went down hill. on arriving back at hotel we asked for a late drink and we were told that the bar had no beer and we could not get a drink. on the second night we did get a late drink. The night staff did not ask us once did we need anything or even any friendly engagement at all. one staff member brushed the floor, which didn't need brushed, to try and make us go to bed. Very unfriendly. I will never be back in The Address hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Checking in, staff could have been more courteous. Kept me waiting while someone else charged their phone making a booking for their stay. I had to stand and wait. There was no apology, or guidance. For the standard of the hotel and cost I expected a higher standard of service

The receptionist that checked me in and out was very friendly. She also upgraded me, which made my day. Mind you its my first time being upgraded. The room was lovely and spotless. That you!!

The room we stayed in was on the top floor at front. Rain on the velux windows kept us awake and a church beside us was ringing out several times.Room doors in corner of corridor beside our room was also noisy. With the taxi rank opposite our window meant alot of noise from people waiting for taxis. Not a good sleep at all but other than that the hotel was very good.

The Address is super cute. The rooms were nice. Small but it was enough for 1 person. Very modern and cozy at the same time. The restaurant was great. I had lunch there and also breakfast as part of my stay. I would definitely stay there again as it's close to the train station and the main shopping area.

Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sehr sauber. Nur die Lüftung des Bades hat gestört. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war eine Zumutung. Käse und Fleisch aufgestapelt, angelaufen und nicht mehr frisch

My room was accidentally assigned with 2 twin beds instead of my king/twin setup I booked. The manager of the restaurant, Owyn, gave us free entrees at the restaurant (North) and a free dessert since we were on an anniversary trip. He turned a bad situation into a great memory!

Breakfast was not great. Eggs were not nice and only scrambled available.

Great location. Rooms recently refurbishment so clean & fresh. Breakfast was hit & miss. Chef either ignores your order or forgets. His English is very bad.Lot of people waiting 20mins for hot food platters to be re-filled. One woman waiting 20mins for a few breads & croissants to be available eventually gave up. Her husband quipped to me, you need patience to get breakfast there. Not good enough
