Great hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice kitchenette. Convenient laundry facilities. Nespresso machine, kettle, coffee pods, tea, sugar and milk nice touch, especially since coffee costs a lot in the cafes in Dublin.

Great room and value. Super convenient location. Close to many attractions but just outside the busier areas. Convenient parking lot nearby with a discounted rate for guests.

The room was very clean and new. The amenities were great including a nespresso, mini fridge and impressive gym. The staff were always available and accommodating. We could easily walk to anywhere in the city from this location. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Parking is off site and was a terrible mess, staff had no real directions or info, and getting in the garage at night was nearly impossible. Staff was great, but not receptive to my parking concerns or simple suggestions. Apartment rooms are tiny, decent but no bigger than a small motel room. It was NOT what we expected. Think twice before you stay here, nice with limitations of room size and parking issues.

The Hotel is great. From walking in - the staff are friendly and helpful - it’s clean - it’s cosy. The rooms are great and have everything you need. All the kitchen essentials as well as a hair dryer and ironing board and iron. The area the hotel is in is also great and it’s easy to walk to everywhere we needed to go. We checked out today and were able to leave our luggage until later when we catch our bus to the airport.

The hotel itself was great but the area around the hotel was a little dirty. They also had a parking garage that was about 3 blocks down the street and challenging to find.

The floors in the bathroom were dirty and surfaces were dusty. No hot water for he showers.

Great place to stay, it’s close to everything, easy to walk everywhere. Room and bed was great. We stayed 6 nights in this hotel, can’t believe this hotel didn’t provide housekeeping services during our stay. Didn’t clean the room.

Very welcoming, very clean and comfortable. Whenever i travel i always have to stay in a comfotable and clean place. This spot is it!

Clean rooms, friendly staff

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Check in was quick as paid already through Expedia. Checkout also quick. Breakfast option for 14€ adult and 6€ kids. Had a small kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, nespresso coffee maker, cutlery and dinnerware. Sheets clean and nice. Room all new and updated. Nice water pressure. No complaints.

Property was located in a quiet area but near everything, which was really convenient. Suites were small but had all the essentials and more. Only downside was not being able to get cleaning service for my suite since my stay was less than a week.

I found a fake lash in my bed

They not clean the room if you stay less then 7 days. Yoy can request upon payment for a cleaning.

This spot was just ok. The floor in my room was gross, the glasses in the cabinet were dirty, and very weird repetitive noise complaints about music volume (without any music playing). Also small things like no water, washcloths, or paper towels provided.

Overall a good stay. I liked the amenities of the room. The only thing I didn't like was that they keep central control of your thermostat. It gets way too warm in the rooms and you need to go down and bug them to cool it down. They have a QR code for an AI chatbot but they actually don't get the messages so that isn't fun either.

Exceptional EXCEPT the bed "mattress"! Great location, great facilities, fantastic staff, magnificent breakfast, clean & very well equipped room. But the bed's mattess was the WORST we have ever slept on - the pavement would have been more confortable!

The hotel is clean and accommodating. The rooms are average, but clean. The beds are extremely hard and they dont offer any mattress pads to soften them. There is no washcloths in room and no soap in kitchen.

We arrived around 10am and were lucky our room was ready and allowed us to check in right away! This was amazing after a very early wake up. Short distance walk to shops and temple bar. Always accommodating with things we asked for. Lovely set up in the room with a little kitchen with all we needed. WhatsApp communication with reception if needed. Only things which were slightly annoying was that we were in room 271 and it’s directly near the lifts we Could hear a beeping noise on the landing all the time. Oh and the fridge in the room was very noisy with the fan! Occasionally waking us at night.

The rooms and reception areas were clean. The main bedroom area was spacious and comfortable. Absolutely no issues with noise, which was great. The bathroom was quite small, which was fine for us but those with younger children or less mobile might find it tricky. Air con was tricky to control. Overall though the location and the facilities were great and I would recommmend.

Room was far too hot and with windows that you are unable to open and air conditioning that turns itself off during the night it wasn’t ideal. Other than that ideal location for central Dublin.

This property has an excellent location with good dining and shopping options a short distance away. There is an ATM right around the corner and a nice shopping center a short distance away. The Tram is also a short distance away. The manager helped us with some documents we needed in order to have money wired to us, and he was very helpful in that regard. The kitchen had some nice features. The bed was good sized and comfortable. The room was good sized, but lacked storage options, and the tables were quite small.

Location excellent for walking to restaurants and attractions. Rooms were snug but clean and functional. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Das Hotel ist gut, liegt im Zentrum und doch ruhig. Man bekommt auf Wunsch neue Handtücher, Toilenpapier etc Alles was man braucht ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Küchenzeile ist voll ausgestattet. Der Wasserhahn ist so hoch angebracht, dass jedesmal beim Öffnen alles überschwemmt. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist minimal gehalten. Bei zwei Einzelbetten und einem Schlafsessel gibt es keine Ablageflächen, nur einen kleinen Tisch. Der Kleiderschrank ist nur 20 cm breit!!! Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen und die Klimaanlage wird zentral gesteuert, nur die Ventilationsstärke lässt sich einstellen. Kälter als 18 Grad geht nicht, wörmer schon.

The studio was way too small for the 2 of us, so we upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment which was much better for our 1-week long stay.

This was perfect for our trip! Staff was amazing and so helpful , accommodation was comfortable and having laundry on site and luggage storage was a great plus!

I would have gladly given a five-star rating; however, my experience at check-in was disappointing. After I said, “Sorry, I didn’t hear that,” the staff member responded in a manner that felt condescending and unprofessional. Thankfully, the remainder of my stay was pleasant, and I did not see the lad again.

Our stay included some poor interactions with staff. A few things we noticed: a triple room does not have the sleeper sofa made you are expected to do this yourself after you figure out where the bedding is stored, there’s no phone in the room(that we could find) so any questions require you going to the desk and there was no dead bolt chain on the door. The staff interactions ruined our stay.

First, good parts - Property is centrally located, walkable to main attractions. Now the bad parts/poor service - 1. Checkin - Room I received on the day of check-in had strong smell of piss. AC was not working. There was no phone to connect with front desk. Only way to talk to them was via WhatsApp bot where front desk would respond with delays. When escalated with Expedia, I was finally moved post mid night in a different suite/floor. I was given complementary breakfast the next day which had very limited variety. 2. Room AC is not in your control but centrally managed and won't go below 18C. When asked, I was informed that to "manage emissions levels for hotel, they won't allow it to go beyond below 18". They would also shut down AC sometime in night and we found ourselves waking up sweating. I wish I had known this so I could read rulebook for hotel instead of enjoying my vacation! 3. Front desk staff (specially night crew) was not responsive. Only way to get to them is through WhatsApp bot chat which was terrible experience. 4. There was no cleaning in the unit for 5 days. I was told that they would only clean the suites if you stay 7 days or longer. Again, a rule not known to me but I was informed at property. 5. Costly - This place is expensive. For 400+ CAD a night, I have stayed in better hotels in mid-town New York!. This was certainly not worth the money and I would strongly recommend to look around for different options for that price point.

Check in was fantastic, but night staff really lacked in proper customer service. The warm welcome we received throughout the day and our interactions was without fault but dealing with the evening/night staff made it feel like we were in a totally different hotel.

Exceptional Customer Service from onsite manager. He was professional, attentive, customer focused and responsive. He deserves a raise.

We had the fortunate experience of dealing with a young lady by the name of ZEEL, at the front desk and she was absolutely wonderful. All of the staff just can’t do enough for you and are just so incredibly helpful. The property is spotless, the breakfast is good, and the location is fantastic. I would go there again in a heartbeat.

From arriving to departing, the staff were extremely helpful and courteous all the time. If we had any issues, we know we could’ve had it sorted straight away. We are breakfast on both days the food was hot and plenty full. The evening before our departure, we booked a taxi through the reception and the taxi turned up on time. The next day are the time we wait that we required. Thank you, Staycity, for your great service. We would definitely stay again.

Stay city city centre is a great place to stay north of the river. It’s clean and comfortable. There is a pretty much fully equipped kitchen if you want to have a meal in your room. Quick walk to Grafton street area. The immediate vicinity is maybe the only downside - a bit grimy

I found this hotel to be located in an ideal location - quick and easy walk to the Spire and Temple Bar area. The bedroom and kitchen/living are were spacious but the bathroom was quite small. The surrounding are did seem a little sketchy but we never felt unsafe.

This hotel was in a perfect location, in the heart of the main shopping area. Plenty of restaurants around. Walking distance to most of the main points of interests. The room was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well appointed, though it included a curiously tiny kitchen sink. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only minor downside was that the bed had some pokey springs in it (I just shifted to avoid them, so it wasn't a big deal). Otherwise, I had a very comfortable stay and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Well located in easy walking distance to all the sites in Dublin. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet area. Rooms with a kitchen and fridge were great for quick mornings and chilling in the evening. Lots of nice and reasonably priced restaurants in the area.

Top Lage, gutes Frühstück, sauberes Zimmer.

Hotel was a short walk from many attractions. Restaurant had limited menu. Room was clean and water pressure was good.

Wanted to love it but some serious flaws. The rooms temperature was controlled by the front desk. I woke up sweating during the unusual heatwave in Ireland. No one wants to truck downstairs to ask for the thermostat to turn down. The bed was the firmest mattress I’ve ever slept in and not in a good way. Breakfast needs to be booked in advance and seemed chaotic. I’d rather stay somewhere else and pay more to just get breakfast. It also started at 7 but many tours begin before then so it wasn’t feasible to grab even a yogurt for the road. Staff were nice and we were allowed to check in early after a very early morning arrival.

Good position for Dublin City Apartment was welcoming clean and extremely well equipped -the “kitchen unit” was well arranged and easy to use Building was smart and clean, staff friendly and helpful Breakfast with it’s wide choice of food and coffee set us up well for the days exploring Looking forward to using “StayCity”again soon

A great hotel, clean and welcoming. We did a room upgrade and the one bed apartment was huge. Great breakfast too!
