Very functional hotel with fantastic staff. You feel welcome as soon as you arrive and the cosiness of the lobby where you can eat and drink give a excellent vibe to chat with colleagues. The only point to work on are the leisure centre that needs love (pool, changing room and gym need a refresh) and the bed that should be change...

Lovely comfortable hotel, good quality pillows and mattress . Nice sized rooms and the hotel reception was clean , modern & comfortable. Shower was clean , modern and nice toiletries . Used the steam room, jacuzzi and had a massage , authentic Thai massage , the ladies are fantastic

Good property with helpful and responsive staff. Everyone we encountered was helpful and offered a personalised service. The rooms were clean and modern in style and the provided a very comfortable stay. The leisure facilities were an added bonus; although the pool area was perhaps becoming somewhat dated now. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the only issue was the local building work which had started before 7am on a Saturday morning which woke us up - the hotel can't be blamed for that though!

The hotel is excellent. It has great facilities and is in a good place to visit all attractions in Dublin. Staff are friendly and welcoming and go the extra mile to ensure that you have a good stay. Good sized room, very clean and serviced daily with fresh water, coffee and tea. My only gripe is that there is only one lift, but you can always get those extra steps on by using the stairs. The gym and pool are good.

A well located hotel near Dublin City centre theatres, shops and tourist attractions. Friendly staff, a lovely breakfast and a clean spacious room. Couldn’t ask for more and I will be back with my family.

Reception area is lovely, clean and up to date but room was very disappointing. Specifically booked a room with a bath (marathon Running). Sent email prior to arrival to confirm this and received confirmation from the hotel. Allocated a room without a bath on arrival. Contacted reception who said they didn’t have one as other people had requested it. I queried how they got it and I didn’t when I’d contacted months ago. Said they would see what they could do. Offered a smaller room which was semi-accessible with bath but it was a very small room, very dark and grubby. It was our anniversary along with the marathon and that felt like a downgrade. Reception said they’d see if there was one at the rate purchased but they couldn’t guarantee it. I queried how this was the case as they knew who had checked in and which rooms had baths. No update from them. Our room had damaged paintwork, stains on sheets and hand marks on the headboard. Staff were not very attentive- ignored at coffee bar despite the member of staff standing next to me then given the wrong drink three times at the actual bar. Good location but I wouldn’t stay there again.

The hotel is nice and located in a nice area and walking distance from the main attractions and nice bars and restaurants. The rooms are also nice and quite clean. The staff at the reception, especially Fernando and Pablo were helpful and professional. We didn't like the cleanliness of the spa and pool: people didn't shower before getting into the pool, the water is not very clean, there is no cleaning personnel around, the changing rooms look average and again not clean properly. House keeping was also a mess, knocked on our door 4 times from 9 am to 12 am to clean the room regardless of the check out time and despite us telling multiple times not to come in. These 2 things left us with a bitter taste and not sure we would come back here. I don't advice against staying here, of course.

This is a beautiful hotel away from the noise of central Dublin but still easy walking distance. The room was comfortable with everything we needed including decent soap and shampoo. We had dinner at one of two restaurants on site and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast for 20 euros was a delicious buffet. We would definitely return next time we visit Dublin.

The staff, location, and early check-in experience were absolutely fantastic. Room 213 was beautifully presented, featuring a stunning 65” TV, although it was oddly still logged into someone else’s account. Unfortunately, the stay was let down by the noise levels. The window didn’t block out much sound from the road or passing pedestrians, and having the ice machine directly outside the room meant late-night disturbances from guests using it. On a brighter note, breakfast was lovely and well-prepared. Overall, a great stay in many ways, but the room’s noise issues did impact the experience…

We were warmly welcomed by Merve at reception truly the highlight of our stay. Room 509 was spacious and modern, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the sink hadn’t been cleaned, and our room was placed directly across from the ice machine - which woke our 6-month-old multiple times during the night. Surprisingly, the room only had outdated USB2 charging ports, which didn’t work for our devices. When we asked for an adapter, we were told we had to come down and buy one for €7, even after explaining we had a toddler asleep in the room. The lack of basic service and flexibility really let the experience down. We won’t be recommending this hotel to others expecting attentive or guest-oriented hospitality.

This is a lovely hotel with one of the best pools I’ve ever been to at a hotel. Staff can be brusque but they’re professional. They really need to figure out how to provide early checkin for those arriving off transatlantic flights mid-day. It’s a long time to wait until 3pm. I’d still stay here again just for the pool. Breakfast is great too.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. We were within walkable distance to everything. Staff amazing and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable. I was there in October. I could see where the open quad area that the bedroom windows faced could be loud in the warmer months.

Hotel is in a fab location. Bus stop outside (across the road) & there is a bus available 24hr (No 15) The staff were lovely and friendly. Great shower & voya toiletries 😄. The hotel is close to many nice restaurants too. I will definitely stay here again.

I visit Dublin regularly and have stayed at a variety of hotels but keep coming back to Camden as the most consistently cozy and in the best area. The rooms are spacious, the staff is nice, it’s very quiet, and the neighborhood has amazing food.

The first night was a room overlooking the main road. Either the window was faulty or they needed better sound proofing. We requested to be moved and Pedro on reception ensured we had a quiet room overlooking the courtyard. Room clean and comfortable. Big LCD tv usb points and large and well equipped gym and 16m pool. Hotel a stone’s throw away from Harcourt stop on the green Luas line and in an area with lots of restaurants and bars. Hotel breakfast whas amazing

This was our last night of a 25 day trip to Ireland and the UK. We appreciated the staff accommodating our request for a more suitable room as we had just got engaged and were placed in a twin room. There was a little miscommunication over the parking situation that could have been clearer, we ended up being late for dropping off our rental car at the airport due to this. The breakfast in bed service wasn’t clear on the prices involved and 40 euros for 2 croissants, some vegan sausage and an under ripe avocado was a little ridiculous.

Very convenient beautiful hotel with a lovely pool. Breakfast is not well laid out (roped off long lines to get your eggs and then a separate one for yogurt and fruit) and clearly set up for large tourist groups. But that’s my only complaint. Highly recommend the hotel but maybe next time, will grab a coffee and head out for breakfast elsewhere.
