The rooms are nice, and the breakfast options are extensive. The staff is friendly. The only down side is the slight distance from the downtown area.

This was a very clean, hyper-modern hotel. We stayed there halfway through a 2-week drive around Ireland, specifically so we could use the laundry facilities. Turns out there's just one washer, and one dryer — in use when I needed them — and using them is about 30 euros per load if you actually want your clothes dry. Check-in is confusing, as there's not a traditional desk, but a set of self-serve computers. But then an employee comes over to talk to you while you're trying to check in. This employee told us it wouldn't matter if we purchased breakfasts at check-in or later. Turns out it does matter; it costs more if you don't buy up-front. U.S. travelers who aren't used to European appliances may be confused (as we were) by some of the high-tech innovations in the room. This isn't the hotel's issue, but it's worth noting. (Tip: No lights work unless you KEEP your room key in a slot in the wall.)

The hotel has a wonderful location. It is walking distance from major locations but in a silent and tranquil area. Breakfast is really good. But staff is the best thing. I receive service from different members of the staff and all of them were super helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was great, my room had view to a beautiful tree -I felt like in a spa. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Faultless place with Loccitane toiletries!! Beautiful reception downstairs. This is a hidden gem. Paid £136/night which was same as very basic premier inn at Dublin airport the previous night.
