B&B HOTEL Wuppertal-City

Parking was awkward--had to park across the street and your hotel should have been more clear as to how to access it. Also, your carpets in the hallways leading to the rooms smelt musty and should be cleaned to get rid of the smell. Also, your policy of how the linen and towels are to be changed was not explained at the front desk--Why? Improvements need to be made.

I only found out that the hotel's heating system was broken when I was already on my way to the elevator. It wasn't cold, as the weather was nice, but it was chilly at night.

Very rude receptionstaff by check in. Dirty room and towels and poor breakfast

Very convenient hotel for the city. Comfort was as would be expected for a hotel of this style (Ibis) and at this price. A little noise from road traffic. Only issues was the A/C had broken and the shower water was either hot or very hot!
