International Resort Hotel Yurakujo

I would say its just ok, not as luxurious as I was expecting. The building is old and dated. It wasnt dirty but not very clean eather. The beds are small and not very comfortable. The onsen wasnt open which I was what drew me to this hotel. However the room was large the and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was over all very good. I wouldn't recommend the coffee or the western option they just weren't very good but the Japanese options were very good and I would highly recommend those. Having the shuttle from the airport and then to Tokyo station was very nice helping start our trip with less stress.

This hotel was a joy. The Breakfast, the Onsen the facilities were way better than I imagined. But the Staff was tremendous! Especially ARIEL. He is good at his job because he loves helping people. He was helpful to us, but that enthusiasm never wavered no matter how many guests needed assistance. This will be our go to hotel every time because of the hospitality we were shown.

The hot spring bath facilities are amazing, better spare sufficient time to enjoy it.

nice breakfast. i liked the shuttle from the airport BUT should have read the schedule carefully. We had to wait 2 hours to get to hotel. It was further from the airport than I expected. I was so tired that I couldn't go to the spa, which was a main reason I went there.

Food was expensive and not good quality. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Minimal ventilation in the room, very hot. Much more strict tattoo policy than was stated on the booking info. Bus to Tokyo station was convenient and affordable
