新宿駅まで地下通路で行けるので便利です。雨の日は本館までの通路に屋根がなく、濡れます。コンビニやレストランがたくさんあって便利です。リムジンバスがホテル前から空港まで出てるのでよかったです。また泊まりたいと思います。

Breakfast was quiet good and the location is convenient. The rooms are a little bit older though. Unfortunately we waited for 40 minutes on check out day for rhe evelator. Had to carry down luggage and baby with stroller down the stairs to catch our train. So plan for an extra hour on checkout day, if you don‘t eant to carry your luggage 10 floors.

Big hotel in a convenient location. 2 options for buffet breakfast - either in the Annex or the main hotel. There was much more choice for breakfast in the main building. Double rooms were very small, no space to put suitcases. Bathrooms were like those found on a cruise ship - it was like stepping into a cupboard. But I’ve read that many hotel rooms and bathrooms are like this in Tokyo, so not a criticism of the hotel, just not to our liking.

総合的に良かったのですが、チェックインの時、必要なアメニティを取ってから部屋に行ってくださいと一言あればいいなと思いました。何も言われなかったので、当然部屋にあると思い、そのまま行ってアメニティがないことに気付き、また改めてフロント階に行かなければならないハメになりました。人によるのかもしれませんが、次回からはちゃんと一言お伝えいただけたらと思います。

Room cleaning could be improved. We noticed some trash had not been removed after returning to the room at night. Bathroom ventilation is poor, as some unpleasant odor comes out when the door is opened.

The bathroom and especially the basin could have been cleaner. There was ingrained dirt in the basin. I left my clothes to dry for an extra 20 minutes as I was running late. When I came back to collect them, they were not there. Someone had asked the staff to collect them from the dryer. I was very embarrassed and unhappy as these were my undergarments. However, when I went to use the dryer another day, all were occupied and a couple of dryers had stopped. I waited half an hour but no one came to collect them. I told a staff member at the front desk but they told me they were not permitted to collect them. But they did collect mine. This made my stay unpleasant.

The bathroom has a huge step from the room level approximately 25cm high. Which is very challenging getting in and out. Would be dangerous to elderly people. Generally the room is acceptable but a little bit pricey for such a small room.

Hotel is in a good location with easy access (right by Shinjuku Station) to popular sights. Room is clean but small as to be expected in Japan. But could really use some drawers/shelves or storage space as we stayed 6 nights and lived out of our suitcase as couldn't unpack so wrinkled clothes was the norm. Staff are polite and helpful.

Clean rooms, but terrible AC. I had every extra fan going and was still too hot. There was no way to get it cooler, which was super frustrating and made it very uncomfortable. Service was excellent, location was excellent. I wish there was a regular restaurant on site - I just wanted to sit and have a dinner that didn’t cost a lot of money. Overall, great value for money.

Room was so old looking and small. For anyone who is taller than 180cm will need to duck as the door frames are low. Bathroom is so small that head can almost touch the ceiling. Only good thing was in Shinjuku and 15 mins walk to the station. Good amenities to choose at the lobby. For the price you pay, I would prefer to stay somewhere that is nicer modern looking.

The rooms are small, fine to live in, but difficult with luggage, so be ready to have little floor space left. The building is relatively close to Shinjuku station. But that station is HUGE, and sometimes you left an exit that was a 15 min walk from the station, and other times 5 minute walk. So keep that in mind. It's not the easiest to find the right exit every time (believe me).

Even better than expected. The room was extremely clean, quiet, and full of amenities. The staff were friendly always. I loved that you can leave your luggage in a safe area to go around the city before check-in, and the breakfast was great. The breakfast area gets crowded (I had to wait for half an hour) so make sure to go early if you have an appointment.

We visited Tokyo and stayed at this hotel. The stay was excellent. Clean, the breakfast excellent, and the service first-class. The hotel's shuttle to the airport was very convenient and safe. I highly recommend this hotel. I hope to visit again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Hotel was clean, but first night had some issues where there was sound of running water from the washroom. Staff was helpful in getting us a new room pretty quickly. Not as close to the station as expected and entrance to hotel was a bit hidden.

Great stay in Tokyo! 10 to 15min walking distance to the Shinjuku Station, close to many conbinis and very central to the Shinjuku area. Amazing option due to the Limousine Bus from the airport stopping right at the hotel’s door.

Excellent location—there’s even an underground walkway all the way to Shinjuku station (from the station look for South Exit then follow signs to TMG (Tokyo Municipal Government) Building. (The TMG also has a great observation deck on the 45th floor, where you can see much of the city and even Mt Fuji on a clear day, completely free!) The rooms are fine and this is a safe part around Shinjuku, walkable to shopping centers etc.

Location of hotel was walkable to the train station and shops and restaurants. It was in a quiet location and had convenient stores close by to get a snack. If you don’t mind walking a good 10 mins to the restaurants and train station then I would recommend this hotel. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice and posh hotel for 1-night stay. The rooms are SMALL, so just be warned. We were in the pre-Golden week time, so the rates were high. The breakfast was excellent, we opted for the Japanese-style so the room was almost zen like, overlooking a side garden.

Desde el momento de pararme frente a la puerta de la habitación note que era mas angosta de lo habitual, entonces supe que la habitación era muy pequeña, y si, en efecto, el baño mismo semejaba mas un baño de avión que una baño de habitación de hotel. Todo bien en la habitación a pesar de lo reducido, el desnivel del baño y lo reducido. El desayuno fue aceptable, sin embargo la experiencia de desayunar no fue nada buena. Hay demasiados huéspedes siempre haciendo largas filas para acceder al desayuno, las mesas son reducidas y mas bien tienen barras por lo que no es fácil desayunar con tus compañeros de viajes/familia o pareja. Una mañana nos llevaron a una habitación que mas bien parecía una bodega habilitada con mesas para desayunar, que un restaurante. Ni que decir de las filas para servirse y el desorden de los mismo huéspedes a la hora de esperar en fila para servirse, hay que estar esquivando al personal del hotel y a la horda de huéspedes, una experiencia asfixiante. Hay una vista desde el restaurante, pero mucha suerte si logras un espacio para desayunar ahi. En definitiva, es mejor evitar el desayuno del hotel. Lo peor de todo, los elevadores son limitados para el numero de huéspedes, buena suerte con la espera para tomar el elevador.

El Hotel está muy bien cuidado y ubicado en una buena zona, suficientemente cerca de una estación para que puedas optar por caminar, aunque en ocasiones al final del día esas cuadras se sentían eternas y optábamos por pedir un taxi. El desayuno definitivamente está más bien pensado para preferencias japonesas. Personal muy amable.
