Great location, few minutes walk to Sensoji Temple and shopping areas, easy access, close to all subway stations, and airports. Room is Clean, quiet and spacious enough, the tatami mat theme is very Japanese traditional. The hot springs and sauna are perfect after long time walking. We love the complimentary ice cream and noodles. The corner of comics and massage chairs are not bad. The laundry is a bit small, but it is free, can’t complain at all, dryer only cost 100yen per 30 minutes. Highly recommended, definitely will book this hotel again.

I enjoyed the wonderful onsen with many bath type choices. The breakfast was good with ample options but not much changed day to day. The ice cream and yocult were wonderful after the onsen. Free massage chairs not to be missed. The late night ramen was fantastic and appreciated. Area was walkable with lots to offer for food and shopping and trains. The room was very clean and roomy with everything we needed. I think I booked a superior. Staff helpful with baggage transfer paperwork as well. Will stay there again every chance I get. I didn't mind paying more for the wonderful amenities and onsen.

The guest room is in fair size, comfortable mattress, pillow and good cleaning level - however the onsen looked like too small to accommodate all guest as a result it is extremely busy and crowed all the time. no matter it is 6am or 11pm.

Newer property, clean and in a great location. I didn’t enjoy breakfast as there were very few wester options, but popsicles and late night ramen were both free and a lovely treat. Onsen on basement level is fantastic! Incredibly relaxing after a long day of site seeing.

スタッフのご対応が素晴らしかったです。個人的に和風な旅館の雰囲気が好きなので、お部屋が和室で、作務衣風の館内着も気に入りました。特に大浴場が素晴らしくて朝晩利用しました。清潔感もありました。朝食も美味しくて食べ過ぎてしまうほどでした。ただ、一点気になる箇所が…。お部屋のお掃除がちょっとだけ雑というと失礼ですが、前のお客さんの髪の毛が数本落ちていたり、部屋のお風呂にも髪の毛が落ちていたりしたのでそこを改善していただけるとと嬉しいです。なので星4とさせて頂きました。

You are in the heart of Asakusa in this hotel! Walk out the door and you are able to eat and sight-see immediately. From our window we could see the Asakusa amusement park, which was fun, and it shut down at a reasonable at night so we were not disturbed when sleeping. Wonderful place, which we would definitely go to again.

The hotel is close to a couple of Asakusa train stations, which makes it convenient for transportation options. The hotel is also close to the Senso Ji temple and shopping streets, so it's close to the tourist attractions, shopping, and dining options in Asakusa. We loved our stay at Onyado Nono. Our room had a beautiful view of the Senso-ji temple and was only steps away. There are tons of dining options around the hotel and transit was close too. The actual hotel room was very spacious (especially for Tokyo), and we were glad to have booked the King bedroom. We also loved that we were able to use massage chairs after doing lots of walking. The only negative of our stay was that the bed was quite hard and the pillow was extremely hard with only 1 pillow per person. We only stayed for one night, otherwise we would have asked for another pillow.

Absolutely loved this place, perfect for anyone, including younger kids. The room was spacious and had a separate room for the kids with their own TV (extra room wasn’t listed in description so a nice surprise). They gave so many freebies like late night popsicles, ice pillows, ramen, and huge breakfast (breakfast came with room selection). The natural spring area was soo relaxing! Also very clean and friendly to foreigners. Can’t think of any negatives

The staff here is very polite and helpful. Even though their English is limited, nothing Google translate can't fix ☺️. Rooms are small but have everything you need and more. The onsen can get crowded at certain times but nice treatment for the sore feet you get from walking all day everywhere. The breakfast buffets are superb. Overall 10/10

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasurable one. The front desk was exceptional. Upon arrival my friend left her phone in the taxi. Iwasaki was so helpful in helping us get it back. She made all the phone calls and had it returned to us so quickly. We are forever grateful for that! The young man at front desk was also so kind and helpful with our questions. 10 stars for their friendliness and efficiency! The hotel itself is very clean and we loved how you could wear your pyjamas around and feel comfortable. The incredible onsen was a bonus after long days of walking. Just wished the breakfast included a few more western items. Hotel location was super convenient right next to Senso-ji temple and within close walking distance of Don Q, Hoppy Street, Lawsons, etc. Highly recommend this hotel!

Extremely comfortable stay at onyado nono bettei. The hotel annex just opened in January of 2024 and is very clean and inviting. The service is exemplary and location is prime. Roughly 15 minute walk to asakusa station, 2 minute walk to sensoji temple, and 5 minutes to asakusa view hotel to take a limousine bus to the airport. We had an incredible time in the onsen, enjoyed all the food and drinks, and breakfast was delicious. The only cons were atrociously hard pillows that would break your neck and the staff spoke very limited English. I would highly recommend this hotel. Our room had 2 beds in one room with another bed sectioned off room connected by a hallway and bathroom. It was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of space and privacy. Definitely larger than most Tokyo hotels.

Nowhere in the listing does it say hotel guests with tattoos cannot use the spa. The only reason I booked two nights with the hotel was for the on site spa, but I was denied service after checking into the hotel and learning they refuse to let anyone with tattoos into the spa area. All I was given was a “Sorry”, not even an attempt to offer me complimentary breakfast buffet or anything for this misrepresentation by their hotel listing, and after asking to then cancel the second night the hotel said that they would still charge me 50% of the room cost for the second night I would not even be there. Horrible service. Most uncomfortable pillows in Japan. Also, there is nothing in Asakusa that you cannot find far better versions of in many other parts of Japan. Onyado left me with a terrible end to an otherwise great trip.

You are in the heart of Asakusa in this hotel! Walk out the door and you are able to eat and sight-see immediately. The customer service was excellent. Not a good location. Super crowded during the day but deserted in the evening and did not feel comfortable walking alone at night. Hotel was far from the train station and it's not a major train station so inconvenient to go places. No elevators in the train station. There were up escalators but no down escalators so hard to carry luggage.

Both the property itself and location of the hotel are excellent. Although you’re right in the middle of a very busy section of a very busy city, the rooms are quiet and the facility is very peaceful. There are some fairly close train stations, which made getting around Tokyo convenient as well.

La atención por parte del staff fue estupenda, el hotel es hermoso por todas partes, el cuarto muy limpio y con una hermosa vista desde el piso 8 hacia el Templo y el Sky Tree. La limpieza es algo que resalta notablemente en este hotel. Si llegas en taxi debes saber que no podrá dejarte en la entrada y te dejará a unos 50 metros.

We love the hot spring bath and lovely room with Skytree view. Walking distance from Asakusa shopping district and an excellent breakfast option! They have ice cream, yogurt drinks, and free welcome drinks at the hot spring bath area. We loved it. We will return again! Highly recommended.

One of our favorite stays of the long trip - the hotel is centered within the Asakusa restaurant and shopping area, making it super convenient as a place to relax and unwind (or drop off shopping to make room for more), and allows guests to enjoy a multitude of high quality hot spring water baths within Tokyo, next to beautiful Temple grounds. Really is a gem in a very busy area, and the staff were so kind and friendly as well. Food downstairs for breakfast was excellent, and the late-night free ramen was exceptional. Loved every aspect of this stay.

This is a brilliant hotel, located in the historic district. It has tatami style floors so you remove your shoes as you enter and wear slippers or socks indoors instead. The room was delightful, the food at breakfast was varied and with plenty of vegetarian options. It also has an onsen. There are numerous small restaurants and historic sights right on the doorstep. I wish we could have stayed here for our other days in Tokyo!
