Elevado el costo para lo que ofrece el hotel. Las albercas no tienen agua calinete. El cuarto que rente tenia una pequeña alberca y tampoco manejaba caldera. Y pagar por eso sin poder usarla creo que no los vale. Adicional a eso la primer noche no realizaron la limpieza y les tuve que preguntar porque no lo hicieron y hasta ese momento me dijeron que porque se les daño algo de lavanderia lo cual lo veo injusticado porque ni siquiera recogieron o tendieron la cama.

El personal es amable, la habitación esta muy bien, la ubicaciónes buena y un lugar tranquilo y seguro. El restaurante es bueno, tanto bebidas y comidas. Mis comentarios puntuales a mejorar son : 1.Renta de las bicicletas. Tuve un percanse. Se le salio el pedal 3 veces a la bicicleta y perdi 2horas en que lo resolvieran. Un mantenimiento preventivo para evitar estos temas seria lo ideal. 2. Me pidieron dejar un voucher por 2.000 MXN y dijeron que al check out se reflejaria la cancelación. Sabiendo que pudiera haber unos dias extra que mi banco reflejara el movimiento... sin embargo este monto se cargo a mi tarjeta (cargo aprobado ) y tuve que insistir mucho para que me devolvieran mi dinero; afortunadamente después fe 1 mes se resolvió el problema.

Was a little tricky to find as it isn't super clearly marked, but once we found it our vacation was off to a good start. The person who greeted us at the front desk was very helpful and showed us around. We booked the luxury suite with private pool. The room was huge with a well stocked kitchen, large living room, space for 4 at the dining table. The bedroom was also large as was the bathroom/shower. The deck was tranquil, the pool on it is more of a cold tub if I were to describe it. The complimentary breakfast was very good - fruit, granola, yogurt, eggs, bread ad pastries brought to your table. Again, it was very tranquil, peaceful, quiet. The pool upstairs is okay - nothing amazing. It's smaller and can get a lot of bugs at certain times of day. It was nice to cool off in. A little awkward since it's part of the restaurant/bar area - convenient if you want a drink in the pool but odd when people are dressed up to eat food a mere 10ft away from you. The location is a quieter area. Walking to the main road only takes about 10-15mins with lots of restaurant options. We rented a car so it was nice to be able to drive to the beach area and see what is available down there. On your walk you may come across many stray or loosely owned animals. We both agreed we would definitely stay again!

Tulum is in rapid buildout, so hotel providing map and directions is essential, since google maps is almost useless. The manager shares how easily he can get many maps, but he is busy entire week and I did not need it. Hotel is still great since, rooms were excellent: large, clean, quiet, air conditioning, hot water, fridge, freezer, and unlimited water. Hotel included great WiFi, English speaking, free wine bottle, large breakfast, and rooftop restaurant with great view and breeze. Manager let us leave bags early for free, and we rented their bikes to see beaches and their resort art. Tip: get gas at Mobil, to avoid double billing (see reviews). So hotel is great, but without a map or directions, and we are not going back to Tulum.

The staff is wonderful. Especially Nikki, who helped my party several times. This is a pretty property. The rooms are very pleasant. Cool and comfortable. Priced reasonably. Decent food options could be purchased, as well as the upstairs bar. The pools are more for soaking in with a few friends than swimming. Some rooms have their own private pools which are nice. I'd definitely return.

VIP upgraded Extremely comfortable room. Room amenities were luxurious. Fantastic Private plunge pool on a private terrace off the bedroom and living room .. As well a bottle of complimentary red wine was impressive . Just a note that some surrounding areas around the hotel is not developed, so consider using a taxi service I would return and totally recommend this hotel

Property is Clean and has all amenities to be in a safe environment. The property is about a 25min walk to the main strip, so a rental car is recommended, however they can rent bicycles to move around in town, and they also have cab services available. I would return!

To me, cleanliness is extremely important, and this hit the mark in every way Also, staff very helpful. Also international clientele and fun to talk to people at breakfast and in the evening very well lit rooms. Minimalist, but everything you need is there And bed extremely comfortable.

The hotel was quiet, quaint and very clean in a safe area. The staff was extremely polite, friendly and helpful which was appreciated. We booked here after arriving in Tulum and finding our original booking nothing like advertised (dirty, poorly upkept and not feeling safe). We immediately had to leave and find different accommodations, so glad we stumbled across the K'uyen Hotel and they were able to make our trip to Tulum a good experience after such a bad start. Thank you for a great time!

Vi bodde i PH2 vilket kanske är nästa rummet. Högst upp med egen minipool och egna solstolar med stor terass. Bra AC med bra wifi. Underbara sängar och två dushar varav en uteregn dusch. ( lite lågt vattentryck där, men skönt ändå) Rummet går inte att få bättre Trevlig personal och ok frukost. Du går bordservering med frukttallrik, rostat bröd med smör/marmelad. Stekt ägg i olika format samt kaffe/te. Du blir mätt. Restaurang finns med visst utbud. Vi och de flesta äter på restaurangerna runt om, du kan gå dit, 10-15 minuter promenad. Själva området är lugnt och lite öde få det är nybyggt och allt inte slutsålt/exploaterat. Det är säkert att röra sig, även om det är lite öde. Taxi är dyrt i områdena så vi hyrde scooter. 5 min ner till stranden och till centrum. Tips, ta ADO bussen (modern direktbuss) om du skall till cancun airport. Boka på appen el på busstation. Hotellet kan verkligen rekommenderas och jag kan rekommendera beachcluben Playa Paraisio som är mest prisvärd och på bästa stranddelen. Lugnt ställe utan värsta partyt.

Additionally, the room provided a door to another room that inexplicably had a one way lock only, meaning they could enter our room at any time. I loved the room. It clean comfortable and spacious. But most of all they honored my request for a special occasion and it was outstanding. Couldnt ask for anything more. Its a small team but they make a very big impact. Only con is that the suite should be equipped with a microwave or one should be provided upon request and more pots and pans for cooking. A very pleasant stay nonetheless.

Tulum is in rapid buildout, so hotel providing map and directions is essential, since google maps is almost useless. The manager shares how easily he can get many maps, but he is busy entire week and I did not need it. Hotel included great WiFi, English speaking, free wine bottle, large breakfast, and rooftop restaurant with great view and breeze. Manager let us leave bags early for free, and we rented their bikes to see beaches and their resort art. Tip: get gas at Mobil, to avoid double billing (see reviews). So hotel is great, but without a map or directions, and we are not going back to Tulum.

The staff is wonderful. Especially Nikki, who helped my party several times. This is a pretty property. The rooms are very pleasant. Cool and comfortable. Priced reasonably. Decent food options could be purchased, as well as the upstairs bar. The pools are more for soaking in with a few friends than swimming. Some rooms have their own private pools which are nice. I'd definitely return.

La habitación estaba muy bien, completa, amplia. Lo único echo de menos una silla y una pequeña mesa para escribir o trabajar. Por otra parte tenía una puerta de acceso que comunicaba con otra habitacion y que la dejaron sin cerra. Y habia otras personas alojadas en ella.

VIP upgraded Extremely comfortable room. Room amenities were luxurious. Fantastic Private plunge pool on a private terrace off the bedroom and living room .. As well a bottle of complimentary red wine was impressive . Just a note that some surrounding areas around the hotel is not developed, so consider using a taxi service I would return and totally recommend this hotel

This property is nice and in a quieter, developing part of Tulum. It is about a 20 minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to the town for dining and shopping options. Room was very clean and comfortable. A/C was so refreshing after walking around Tulum.

Mour room was incredible! It was wat better than the photos, large clean and so beautiful. The food at the hotel was insanely overpriced and underwhelmig. The front desk guy was a little questionable as he tried to charge/pocket a fee to get a taxi for us but us knowing that it’s a free service offered by the hotel looked so him a little sideways. Other than that I liked it. Clean safe and modern. I left the Kan hotel to come here. I didn’t regret it!

Me and my husband chose this hotel for our anniversary! The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and really nice, me and my husband only problem was the manager name is Aviana I think I’m saying it right. When we were told something by the staff they would stated that their boss told them to tell us, she will be right in our present and never introduce herself, we found out who she was through the staff when told something, but always had something to say. Another thing is she was there ALL DAY on her computer even at night on the rooftop micromanaging the staff, and everything her staff do! She was not approachable and didn’t talk to us nor have I noticed her talking to any other guest we had to speck to her first and she responded back and that’s all. Being in that type of position you should be sociable and approachable!!!

We got there earlier than expected and they were able to check us in. Initially, we liked the hotel a lot. Decent breakfast. A bit far to everything to walk. The reason for the low stars is on our second day after a 12 hour day excursion, we came back to half our clothes stolen. We went to the desk and the guy said we needed to speak to the manager. The next morning we did and he insinuated we lost, misplaced or did not bring half our suitcase. He did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Would not even help us to call the police. We asked who has access to our room and he said the maid. We did not accuse the maid. We had name brand items with tags. The hotel did not even have the "no service needed" sign to hang up as we usually do. They called a taxi for us for a 9 min car ride and charged us 850 pesos [52$] Tulum has been a bit if a nightmare. Mexico City never treated us this way. The hotel never had warm/hot shower. Tried reaching out to Hotels.com and whom also did nothing to help.

The most of the staff was wonderful. Only had an issue with one person who didn’t seem to care about anything. We had an issue with the pool the whole time we were there and they didn’t communicate until the next to last day there. They moved us to a different room at no extra charge but then we had no water and once again lack of communication was an issue. So Friday night water was out for 3-4 hrs came in then went back out. Sat morning we woke up early to still no water. Had a time limit to get dressed and ready to leave to do one last adventure before we had to catch the plane. We ended up having to cancel due to no water. Water came on just in time for us to get ready for the airport.

The person who greeted us at the front desk was very helpful and showed us around. We booked the luxury suite with private pool. The room was huge with a well stocked kitchen, large living room, space for 4 at the dining table. The bedroom was also large as was the bathroom/shower. The deck was tranquil, the pool on it is more of a cold tub if I were to describe it. The complimentary breakfast was very good - fruit, granola, yogurt, eggs, bread ad pastries brought to your table. Again, it was very tranquil, peaceful, quiet. The pool upstairs is okay - nothing amazing. It's smaller and can get a lot of bugs at certain times of day. It was nice to cool off in. A little awkward since it's part of the restaurant/bar area - convenient if you want a drink in the pool but odd when people are dressed up to eat food a mere 10ft away from you. The location is a quieter area. Walking to the main road only takes about 10-15mins with lots of restaurant options. There is nothing walkable stores are far restaurants ,beach the pool is not even a pool a square that the water was dirty .The receptions try to make me pay for drinks that I already paid for ..You better rent a car because the cabs there cost to dam much.My worst vacation ever and I'm never coming back to Mexico especially Tulum kick rocks

Property is Clean and has all amenities to be in a safe environment. The property is about a 25min walk to the main strip, so a rental car is recommended, however they can rent bicycles to move around in town, and they also have cab services available. I would return!

I liked the room a lot, it was clean and well done overall. My main issue was the food quality. The photos of the food and what you actually got were so different. Everything felt frozen and nothing felt fresh. Having access to healthy high quality food is a big deal to me. I ended up leaving very hungry.

The hotel is beautiful. It’s better in person. The staff is so nice and accommodating. It was a lovely stay with no complaints. The free breakfast was delicious & they can take it to your room. Overall it was an incredible stay and I definitely recommend. They also light palo santo to keep mosquitoes away (it smells soooo good). Namaste

Mour room was incredible! It was wat better than the photos, large clean and so beautiful. The food at the hotel was insanely overpriced and underwhelmig. Excelente servicio del personal, todos muy atentos y amables, el lugar está muy bonito y limpio, lo único que a los W.C. les hace falta un poco de ventilación o extractores porque llegan a oler a drenaje. Fuera de ese detalle todo estuvo muy bien, definitivamente regresaremos a hospedarnos ahí!! :)

Staff was wonderful! Accommodating, helpful and friendly. The breakfast that was included with our stay was absolutely delicious. Great staff, a beautiful room, and testy breakfast! The area is quiet and very walkable. The only downside is we were in PH 2 and the AC can’t keep up with the heat of the afternoon.

We experienced a power/water outage and did not get any helpful assistance. This ruined our plans as it was our only day in Tulum and we were unable to shower or charge our devices. We understand some things are out of the control of the property but there was no helpful solution offered and instead the entire day was ruined.
