Great view of the river. Simple room but was clean. Easy walk to the beach. Little cafe was great but not always open. Elevators were really slow often taking 20 minutes to get down from the 20th floor.

From the start, the experience was disappointing. We received an excessive number of messages about check-in and check-out times, repeatedly asking when we would arrive and leave. It felt intrusive and unnecessary, as if they were doing us a favor rather than providing a service. The TV in the room did not work. While we don’t usually watch TV, it’s still unacceptable for basic amenities to be nonfunctional. The most serious issue happened during the night. There were loud noises in the hallways, doors banging until early morning, and—most concerning—someone attempted to enter our room through the connecting door while we were asleep. This was extremely unsettling and made us feel unsafe. The next morning, we reported this to the front desk. The response was dismissive; we were simply asked whether we had called security, with no concern or follow-up. Guest safety should not feel like the guest’s responsibility. Overall, I do not recommend this place. There are many better options nearby with professional staff, proper security, and much better service and amenities.

The walls are paper, thin you hear every single thing from your neighbours Lineup to check in of more than 50 guest with only one working person They do not pick up the phone when there is a security issue. You have to call numerous times. I’ll keep hanging up on you. Horrible experience.

Balcony view was beautiful. Friendly helpful staff. Spacious rooms and great location.
