Hotel is remodeling. Our room was okay - looked to be either half remodeled or just in rough shape. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The back door would not open closest to our room. Everything else was great.

Hotel is old but being remodeled. My room had new furnishings which were nice. Only comment I have is the bed sheet was ripped. Looked to be from just age.

Hotel is in middle of renovation, although lobby area was complete and some rooms are. We stayed in a renovated room, was nice, except black out curtains had not been installed yet.

The hotel is being remodeled so don't expect the pool to be functioning as it was closed. The parking in front was limited due to vehicles and storage for the remodel. Our room had a hole in the ceiling waiting for a vent in the bathroom. We had a room that hadn't been remodeled yet. Disappointed in this pick.

Very odd building not up to the Hilton standard. Parking was cramped, signage was awful, had a hard time finding, outside was unappealing. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. My window looked out on a concrete wall 3 feet away. Price was good.

Room was light all night. Large portion of small parking lot taken up by railway containers. Front desk staff didn’t even acknowledge us when we left the next morning and tried to say goodbye to her. Broken light fixture in breakfast area. The only bright spot in this stay was the breakfast attendant. She was very attentive and nice.

The property is under renovation but was clean and well-maintained in spite of this. Staff was fantastic especially the breakfast ladies. Room was newly renovated and clean. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. Towels were large and soft. Bed and pillows were comfy. Only down side was the air conditionong did not get very cold. Hotel located in beautiful area.

Breakfast bare bones. Coffee only in lobby. Room smelled badly. Pot smoke in halls. Landscapers outside window at 7:05 am. Lots of tractor trailer traffic.

The front desk staff member who checked us in was very nice. That is the only good thing I can say. The first room had hair all over and in the sink, so we asked for another. We travel with service dogs, so we had to move them and us and all our stuff to the second floor. That room was as bad or worse. The sink basin is white, so hairs were easily visible. The counter in the bathrooms is granite, so I wiped it, hoping maybe the hairs had just fallen off the cleaning rag or something. MULTIPLE WIPES came up filthy, brown dirt or grime, mixed with hairs and other debris. Every wipe was filthy after being passed over the counter. The toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned either and the towels were basically thrown on the rack,so we had no way of knowing if they were from a previous guest or were fresh. We got in late and having to move rooms and clean made it even later. Before 8 am, housekeeping staff were next to our room, allowing the doors to slam repeatedly, which of course alerted our service dogs. We did not sleep well at all and could barely use the bathroom because of how filthy it was, combined with the ridiculous corner sink and mirror that made it impossible to see directly into either mirror from close up. The entire stay was a nightmare. When I went through Expedia to request a refund, the hotel refused. Expedia gave me a small partial refund in One Key cash, but PLEASE DO NOT STAY at this hotel. You have no idea how filthy. I’ve never been in one this dirty before.

The pictures do not represent the current condition of the hotel, so if you are looking to stay here, consider that. It appears renovations were started but abandoned. It was the dirtiest hotel we have booked. Our room had damaged features/fixtures. The front desk worker did not seem to care less about her work or any of the customers. We will not be booking at a Best Western again, and had to spend more money to get a hotel that we felt safe at.

Liked free parking and Walmart and other eating places very close. Didn’t like the room, wasn’t clean, dirty walls, curtains, air conditioner, etc… dead bug on carpet, dust everywhere, old stained furniture, no renovations or updates to old rooms.

Such a neat hotel in a great location. We really appreciated the view overlooking the town. Service was top notch and our room was very comfortable. I will definitely stay at this hotel and other Spark hotels.

This hotel is in the middle of a major renovation. Therefore, several areas were not in your typical condition. Our room had been renovated and was acceptable. Only issue is that I am 5'3" and the beds are extremely too tall for shorter people.

Property is being renovated however the room was old but the part that was the worst where the sheets were well worn had a hole in them. Towels had a hole and they just looked old. The bed was horrible sagged towards the middle. I get your renovating however you could still provide clean and newer linens. And the best was the fire alarms went off at 2 am in 30 degrees weather. No so sorry from staff. Never again

Room was quiet and clean, great staff.

The staff makes this hotel a winner. Travis was just great and very helpful. Breakfast was really good and the lady that sets it up was super nice and polite. Everyone always has a smile on their face and are ready to help. Rooms are just ok for the price. The bed frames make weird noises when you change position in bed and our room had a few dead stink bugs on the floor but overall its ok. Will stay again for sure because the staff is just amazing

Nice clean location Well kept and friendly staff.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Several restaurants next door was very convenient. Only negative was the road noise from transfer trucks pulling in and out of connecting parking lot.

This location is very convenient to the interstate, to venues and to restaurants and stores. The staff, especially Aileen, was amazing!!

The room was clean and we heard very little noise from hallway and from room above. Very easy to locate

property was recently renovated. It was clean, the room had all the extras that you could need. Staff was courteous and nice. We were able to choose from several places to eat with in walking distance from the hotel. We were here to go hiking and the hotel was within 25 mins from some really beautiful parks.

The location was excellent for my needs and the facilities were clean.

We needed a last minute hotel for one night and this was the perfect place. It was clean, quiet, the staff was friendly, the rate was very reasonable. Hot breakfast and hot coffee in the morning.

When traveling between Florida and Illinois, this is our usual stop because they are pet friendly and that is all we can drive for the day. We usually get the same room as the hotel staff has begun to know us. Our room is clean, the staff is gracious, and breakfast is fantastic! Highly recommend.

Nice spacious clean room. Good breakfast options in a fun retro dining room setting. Check-in was quick and easy, staff was friendly.

Breakfast could add some fruit, maybe a waffle maker. Overall, very clean, staff very friendly. A bit noisy from traffic outside our window but enjoyed our stay.

Room was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. However, we were told breakfast started at 6:00 a.m. we came in at 7:00 a.m. and there was no food available and no staff in the dining area. It appeared no one had set it up yet.

Great budget stay. Clean, convenient & comfortable. Breakfast was very basic and the coffee was not good. But the gas station right across the street had good coffee so it was an easy fix. For the price, we’d definitely stay again.
