The room was very clean and the bed and sheets were very comfortable! The oool and gym have amazing views.

One of the best hotels to stay at. The service was at another level. They have one of the best pools with one of the best views overlooking the city. The only negative is that you have to make a reservation, they only allow 10 people at a time and close at 9:30. Been there 3 times and they always claim they are full but there’s never more than six people at the pool of that size. I don’t understand the logic and why close at 9:30pm. Who do you bother by ataying open until midnight.

I never write reviews, however the staff at the JW in Tokyo go far and beyond excellence to make your stay and experience first class. From the time of your arrival until you leave and they all wave goodbye, you are made to feel special. Very nice experience.
