Clean and comfortable stay Good points The Bed was comfortable and clean along with reasonable pillows. The room was a good size (bigger than expected) and was clean and tidy. The room TV was ok, and worked as expected. Not so good points Quite a bit of road noise even with the main window shut, which did decrease slightly in the early hours. No way to charge our Mobile phones or my laptop, as no visible power points, apart from one single socket half way up the wall by the door. The road into the Hotel was terrible, rutted with a VERY large pot hole in the middle of the road, which was hard to see at night.

Nice place, clean rooms, although a bit dated compared to other hotels, But absolutely nothing wrong with it for a good nights sleep and location isvery good too

We stayed at your hotel for one night, and overall we had a positive experience. The staff were courteous, helpful, and made the stay feel welcoming. The room was tidy, though slightly smaller than expected, and could benefit from some refurbishment. The extraction fan in the washroom/shower wasn’t working, and we noticed hair on the bathroom floor, which suggests the cleaning could be improved. I appreciated the helpful information provided about the AJ Bell Great North Run and the guidance on getting into town, including taxi options. Despite a few issues, it was a good stay, and I would still recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues.
