Near to restaurants but the property is poorly maintained. The room smells of smoke and was dirty. There was no room service for the 3 days that we stayed. It looks like this motel is used by construction workers as there were lot of trucks parked overnight. Don’t recommend this place at all.

The place was pretty clean. We kept getting locked out of our room for the first two nights because the key code changed for some reason that we were not made aware of. The breakfast was not good at all. Nothing hot very continental just not what I expected after staying at some Hampton Inns. Walking around barefoot in the room kept getting my feet dirty, but it is a hard floor and not a carpeted floor. The bed squeaked terribly. Kept waking us up when we would turn over a rollover. The front staff was really great though very friendly and sweet, especially the nighttime Woman. I thought for the price it was not as good as it should’ve been, but it was a high volume weekend so they get what they can out of those weekends and I understand. I had actually never stayed at a super eight before, and even though it was the least expensive, I got what I paid for, and I won’t stay there again at any of them. If you’re going to just stay a night on travel it would be OK.

This was a cheap 6 night stay. It was bug free and bedding in good clean condition. Internet was great. However, floor was filthy, swept but hadn't seen a mop in months. Soiled socks and feet. Breakfast offering was very sparse. Mattresses needed to be turned over to avoid sloping issue. Staff was friendly and helpful

The parking , wi-Fi speed was good . The break fast was good also. Apple juice , organfe juice, cappuccino. Waffles ,bread and cinnamon roll . We’re good . Rest room s are not that bad but can be improved. Will use the hotel in future .

The AC was noisy. A cockroach crawled out of the AC at some point. The room smelled musty. The shower control either gave full cold or full hot water. The room seemed to have no ventilation. The dark carpet was stained. The breakfast is just in name with the worst quality ingredients you can imagine. No butter. Just margarine. Bananas so green, you'd need to be a cow to chomp on them. Some days they even ran out of supplies. The orange juice tasted like medicine. The only decent item there was the milk and yogurt. Maybe I am spoiled from staying in business class hotels, but this hotel is the worst I have stayed in and that too by a very wide margin.

The sheets and towels were clean. The edges of the room seemed to be not as clean. The fabric chair was horribly stained and the desk chair vinyl ripped in several places. The bathroom was very dirty (especially the tub) and there was barely any toilet paper in the room. The area and guests were extremely loud, and I did not feel safe there at all. Sketchy people that didn't even seem to be guests were smoking cigarettes and hanging around the property. I chose this hotel to accommodate my dog but he had a terrible night due to the endless noise made by other guests and random people walking around at all hours of the night. I would not recommend any women or families staying in this hotel due to safety concerns.

This hotel was NOT worth 300 a night. Bathroom was not clean. Cable box was pulled out with wires exposed. Room was small with little room to move. I had to roll the desk chair into the vanity area so I could get it out of the way. There was so much road noise that I felt like we were out in it. Night attendant argued with me when I told her the remote control did not work like I didn't know how to operate one. If this wasn't price gouging because an event I don't know what is. The Friday/Saturday day attendant was very nice and helpful.

I left my Iwatch in my room after checking out on Sunday. I spoke with Dave on Monday and we worked out getting it shipped to me. It's Tuesday afternoon and I have the watch in hand. Amazing customer service!!! I would stay here again in a heart beat.

The interior designing was really nice. What i didn't like is the maintenance man lied and said i broke a lamp and was charged $50 of my deposit. I went to the front desk twice, once in the first night, cause the lightbulbe kept blowing. He never came to fix it and then on the last day, he came and said i broke it. Flat out lie!!

Terrible customer service. The woman working the front desk didn't bother to stand or get off her personal call to check us in. We ended up only having 2 people instead of 3 and they wouldn't adjust the price. The bedspreads were stained and definitely hadnt been washed in weeks. The shower curtain had what appeared to be bllpd stains on it and the water pressure was non-existent. If every other hotel in the area wasnt booked we wouldn't have stayed here. Biggest waste of $180 weveever spent. Considering calling corporate it was so bad.

Staff are unaware of current 2024 ADA laws in Indiana regarding service animals. A.) They are not allowed to ask for documentation B.) There is to be no charge. We have travelled through Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio over the past 7 days with absolutely no issues. This Super 8 apparently abides by different rules. Cleanliness? Our refrigerator had food from a previous guest and wood rotting under the refrigerator from condensation. Wyndham properties have always been our go to when traveling. This visit has us questioning our loyalty to the brand.

Last minute thing and it was nice, comfy and great breakfast ! We managed to bring our bikes to second floor, our preference still a first floor w king size bed but they are not common in this part of the hemisphere that or an elevator. The service was superb though.

Price was excellent; service at the front desk was excellent; and the beds were comfy and room roomy. We heard several conversations outside our room at 3 and 4 in the morning...talking about making some kind of deal--wondered if it was drug related. The breakfast was pretty skimpy but we had leftovers from the night before so just took the coffee and a quick bowl of cereal. For our purposes and because we only slept in the motel, it met our needs pretty well.
