We had a great stay! The kitchen in the room had everything you could ever need. You’re able to borrow games and whatever else you may need! Clean room and they had a snack section by the front desk for when you get late night cravings. The pool was a decent size and was decently clean. The fitness center looked good. Free weights, treadmills and one other thing I think. No towels were out to use by the pool though :/ I really enjoyed my time here and plan on staying again when I’m in town to visit family!

Under renovation and had no running water several hours the first day and the following morning so no toilet shower etc. Room temp very hot even with heater off and windows open. Hot tub cold. At least gave us our money back.

I was disappointed to pay full price for a hotel under construction (not aware of this until arrived). Parking was limited because of the construction and the parking area was full of trash. They were working and jack hammering during the days and I was unable to take a nap between my events. I mentioned all this at the check out and the worker told me she would tell her manager but I have not heard anything yet.

The facilities of the property need some renovations and upgrades. For examples: 1) The toilets were running 2) The elevator was not functioning On the overall customer service front, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a room that had not been updated yet, so there was a lot of little things that just weren’t right. I saw the end of my bed. It tilted and then slam down on the floor when I stood up. The chair at the desk was all peeling. There was a humidity problem at the pool so they had all these fans running that you could hardly hear anyone talk.

We were very disappointed with our stay. There were no towels or hand soap in the room, when we asked for some we were told they would have to hunt down some soap and they were washing all of the towels. We never got our towels after hours of waiting. The pool was disgusting. Full of dirt and hair and it was probably 50°. There were also unsupervised teenagers swimming in the pool in their underwear. Since we have little kids we had to leave the pool immediately which we couldn’t swim in anyways because of how cold and dirty it was. Not worth what we had to pay for a room.

Check in hostess was friendly and gave us a free upgrade. She was terrific! Breakfast was beyond expectations! Delicious variety. The wait staff kept everything hot and filled. Pool and hot tub were not open and in working order. We did choose this hotel in part so we could hot tub. This was disappointing. Front desk gal said we could go down the street to their other hotel, Comfort Inn, and use their hot tub. We chose not to do that in November.

Nothing unique. Checked in to a room with a dirty toilet, dishes clean but still in the dishwasher and a shower door that wouldn't stay closed (thought there was a ghost was in the shower 🚿) , but most importantly their was no body wash or conditioner. The hot tub in the pool didn't work and the breakfast was awful! With all that money invested. I hope they get it turned around after the slow start.

There was a smashed dead bug on the window ledge. There was a disgusting hairball thing in the bottom of a kitchen cabinet. The ceiling stains were orange with probably mold growing

Property is under construction. Room : couch was broken, gloves the maid used to clean the bathroom were still in the bathroom, towels need to be replaced, lock on the door was useless, piece was missing. Pool area, left something to be desired, sat in the hot tub and I watched another guest, pull out a chunck of hair.

Room was really dirty. Carpet was wet on first day. Walked around barefoot and feet were filthy. Had to buy socks to walk in because the floor was so dirty. Food under the bed as well.

The carpet in our room was coming up. There were stains on the floor ceiling and curtains. The couch was slanted downward so you would slide right off of it. The hallways smelled of smoke. The whole condition of the hotel seemed old and needing renovation.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is off the main shopping area on South St, probably not a bad thing as traffic can be hectic on that road. Free breakfast is good. It is a bit far from Purdue. There are not that many places to eat nearby.

Check in was good. The room needs to be updated. The dining table laminate was coming off, wobbly and chipped chairs. Table lamp had no nut to keep the shade on. Bedroom table also had the laminate coming off. Luckily the bed was very comfortable. Most likely will not stay here again

My family and I recently stayed at Townhouse Suites and had a total of four rooms booked. While the staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean, we encountered several maintenance issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected. Two of the rooms had air conditioners that did not work properly, leaving them warm and stuffy. Two other rooms had problems with the door locks, which didn’t latch securely and raised safety concerns. Additionally, one of the rooms had a shower door that wouldn’t stay closed, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor each time it was used.

Had a bad feeling about that.After checking out, I checked my bank and there was three 160$ charges from Towneplace Suites. I'm broke now. They said they fixed it, refund won't come for five days. We'll, I was only going to use the money for another hotel room. So no big deal, I will just find a wooded area and maybe sneak back there to sleep to night, it's not like Towneplace or Marriott is going to give up a room to help someone out they screwed royally over. Profits over all. Profit get that market share I'm so sick of hotels in my town fing me over and I've spent 15,000 on hotels this year alone, promise u that five grand is from theft

Unfortunately, they had little housekeeping help on the Saturday afternoon we checked in. We had to wait an hour to get a room ready for us. That is beyond the normal 300pm check in time. We arrived at 3:30 pm. Bathtub accessories were broken off the shower wall and just sitting on the side. The hotel was okay, but I think they need more routine simple maintenance and more help. Though, I understand employees are hard to come by in this economic climate.

We stayed here to drop our kid to Pudue...not vey far just 15 mins drive. Close to all major shopping area. Staff is very friendly and ho beyond to help younif need anything.

Booked this hotel based on ratings and it geing dog friendly. Only a $75 pet fee for the 6 night stay. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great and always enough. Room was clean and comfortable. Maid service was excellent. Will definitely syay again, highly recommend!
