No fridge or microwave?!?!

Room smelled like cigarrettes. No fridge, no microwave. No coffe maker. Barest minumum. Too high priced.

They didn’t have any washcloths, ice buckets,

Only liked the price and the price reflects what you’re getting. Smelled horrible, no face towels, OLD towels, roaches, bedding smelled like urine. Not enough pillows.

Parking area had a lot of people just hanging out. When we walked in all we could smell was Marijuana. Towels were dingy and stained, bath tub wasnt clean, the mattress was lumpy and the comforter had cigarette burns on it. Also it was a non smoking room. Very noisy after 10. Could hear people coming and going.

We had a uhaul with trailer and so far it was untouched! :) they allow pets for free as well

Unlit parking lot with fresh blood from what I’m guessing was a stabbing. Smoke so bad I couldn’t breathe despite it being a non smoking room.

They came in my room before checkout and used their key to enter. Didn't knock or announce anything & thank God I was up. It was 10:00am on the dot & checkout is for 11am . Another thing I will say is it doesn't seem like they clean which is disgusting. The toilet wasn't clean & the sheets were dirty.

We didn’t stay at the motel the room and bathroom was filthy. The bed had bed bugs and dog hair and the sheets were stained with pee and blood. The bathroom was filthy and had bugs.

Floors were very dirty. No light in the "suite" part of the room and literally just an empty room with two chairs and a tiny table. Very odd. Image of suite on the site showed loveseat, mini fridge, and microwave. None of those were here. Also an ash tray on the table even though it was a non-smoking room? At 3:30am loud music woke me up and it sounded like someone was having a rager.

The hotel is very outdated the water comes out very little and the ceiling had bad water damage

There a huge gap between the door and the floor. I could see peoples shoes walking by. I woke up th the early morning to use the rest room and was met by roaches!

There was only one chair in the room and the furniture was old. The pillows were horrible and the bedding was was too. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and pleasant.

Very with the room. But a/c was loud.

Rooms were not the best the beds are very stiff. The rooms smelled like bleach but was not used to clean the room properly. You get 4 small pillows (1 pillow for each person)

The room was terrible. My door lock kept getting stuck so it wouldn’t lock with out someone coming to mess with it. First issue. The room was broken. Side table was off the wall some kinda way. Giant cob webs. Nasty ceilings, floors, walls everything the whole hotel just looks like they have someone come straighten the room and dip out. Their was a can of pop on the lobby desk from check in-check out. I planed to extend my stay out of ease, not wanting to wait till check in somewhere else because I didn’t see any bugs. The lady at the desk charged me for my next night, it went through. I showed her but she kept charging my card 3 more times causing it to decline. I’m showing her the transactions in real time on my phone and she just kept saying my card was fing up. I tried to be very calm with the lady but she started mocking me like a child and telling me she couldn’t do anything, wouldn’t look at my banking app to see she did charge me, wouldn’t look into the computer I watched the screen not change when I asked her to check it. Just kept saying my card was broken. I started talking about calling the police because she was not trying to solve the issue and she immediately kicked me out. She kept telling me she didn’t charge it, then that she would not refund it I should call my bank. Then when the police arrive she has a paper saying she refunded it. I got my refund but it was so much bad business.

Just really need to fix the chipped floors in the rooms, get new carpet in the hallways, paint the hallway, brick fence off the property, add some cheap landscaping, and semi remodel the front office area, and it would be very nice

It was fine for what it was. The staff was very nice. The floors felt sticky, the bed & pillows not so comfortable. When it rained how the rain fell on the window sill was a horrible noise. The bathroom was so small hard to get in and out of. But for the price - it was appropriate and accomplished what we needed. Was very easy to get to and to get out to places we needed to go.

I asked for towels everyday. The bathtub was not draining they gave a plunger although o asked for maintenance several days. They said it’s too early in the day for maintenance but at 1:00am I woke up with hammering sound and drilling noise coming from the wall next to me where the bed headboard is. When I asked front desk why there is maintenance at that time in the morning I was told that it was the manager’s request for the work to get done.

Great place to stay outside of the city. Our room was remodeled and perfect for what we needed.
