The property was unsecured none of the doors leading to the outside were locked. The first room they tried to give us had a tub that did not shut off all the way and when we explained that to the staffand asked for a different room he had to go up and verify what we were saying was true before he would give us a different room.

Hotel has a stench, smells like B.O cigarettes and weed all through the hotel. I opened the fridge and there was a roach, no one cleans up after their dogs. If you stay more than one night you will have to clean the room yourself no housekeeping, toilets stay clogged up and plunger was caked with old poop. Strange cars riding around in circle in lot.. not worth the price

The hotel was disgusting! The carpet are so dirty that it looks like that have never been cleaned. The whole hotel smells like cigarette smoke and the parking lot is dirty with garbage and feels very unsafe with shady characters hanging around. I will never book this hotel again and never recommend it. People are not saving money here, they are paying for a very bad experience.

The beds were full size, not queen as listed! We were unaware that there was no housekeeping on the weekends, so we had to take our dirty towels and facecloths to the front desk for clean ones! Linen wasn’t changed throughout our stay. The lights and sockets didn’t work on the right side of wall. There was a plastic bag on the smoke alarm(I take it there was a smoker of some sort before us)! The side entrance door to gain access didn’t lock!

Property was not safe. Property was not willing to help you. Couldn't check in had to sit in car until contact third-party to make them check us in. No remote for tv. Door to outside broken and had easy access from anyone. When mentioned to front desk, seemed to be unconcerned.

So unhappy. I will never book this hotel again. The room smelled like it had chemicals in it, to find out that they have a mold issue, as I checked in early but only went to the room near dinner time, so had no idea the real condition of the room. The carpet was absolutely filthy. No hagers. No hairdryer. No water pressure in the bathroom sink. The shower was partially broken and hardly any water pressure. Plus, the air-conditioning smelled like mold. I took a nap from 6 to 8 pm.. woke up feeling so sick from the mold. Do not ever stay here. I had to leave immediately and found a respectable hotel.

When you first arrive, the hotel smells very good in the lobby area. However, the rooms still have carpet and the carpet smells like damp and wet Mildew. It’s a very strong smell, I bet mold is present. Since they allow pets, they should not have carpet. I moved rooms and while the new room smelled better, it still smelled like mildew and spoiled milk when I turned the air conditioner off. They use the air conditioner to mask the smell. The carpet was freshly cleaned and the room was very clean, but the carpets need removal. The staff were great, but this was out of their control.

The first room they put us in was horrific. It smelled disgusting and the table and tv stand were broken. The bathroom was gross. Then they put us in another room that was no better than the first, it honestly smelled like they wiped everything down with cleaner real quick so the previous smell wouldnt be so strong. The area was bad and we felt unsafe. For a whole hour while we were trying to sleep someone kept trying to open the door to our room nonstop. I would rather sleep in my car then to EVER go back here. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Ive never felt more dirty and uncomfortable as much as i did here.

The hotel rooms are very dirty looking, the carpet very dingy , the rooms has an odor to them. Paint peeling off wall. Only good thing i can say was the location. The furniture (loveseat) cracked, very old. The dressers very old with peeling paint. The staff was friendly but this hotel needs alot of inside work.

Some aspects of our room had been updated (bathroom, hardwood floor) and bed was comfortable & clean. However, this is the first suite I have stayed in where the kitchennette had absolutely no eating or cooking utensils, totally useless! The Clerk at check-in spoke so softly I had to keep asking him to repeat. No breakfast provided like other places, only coffee. Some furniture and carpet was very old & worn, two lights did not work. Window had only blackout curtains, did not also have sheers to allow light in but keep privacy like other hotels.

on day 2 of my stay the toilet over flowed. I called front desk, he came to my room 5 min. later looked and said he would return in 5 minutes. he came back 45 minutes later and gave me a mop and a plunger. he said his maintenance crew was gone home. I wasn't offered another room or compensation

I had read the reviews and looked at some pictures and thought this property seemed fine for a one to multi-night stay in the area - I was sorely mistaken.I drove up and windows were open because people were smoking weed out of them.The staff was fine and helpful, when needed but when I went into the lobby it was obviously a roach motel.I was worried for my safety.The room was clean at first glance with a gross carpet and outdated.A pubic hair was in my tub.There were, what appeared to be, prostitutes in the hallway. There was a BLOODY CONDOM WITH A MAGNUM WRAPPER next to my car in the morning. The staff was fine but other than that, I would never let someone I know stay here until it is renovated completely.

The front desk attendant, a heavy set African American woman was sarcastic replying, "I was a witch but a good one." She needs training on how to offer customer service to guests. The bed sank in the middle, the lower refrigerator temperature was warm inspite altering the temperature. We threw food away concerned about food borne illnesses, the ac unit outer cover fell to the floor. Not to mention the ac unit stopped blowing cold air. Thankfully we had portable fans. After deliberating, we decided to stay for we were concerned about switching rooms only to be disappointed and I didn't want to embark upon a managers retrieval dealing the front desk receptionist. Not to mention this hotel is across the street from a truck stop! Thankfully our stay was brief!

The property had a stop work notice on the front door which indicates that they do not follow proper procedures.The Clerk changed my address on my reservation without asking. Also the grab and go breakfast that was indicated on THEIR website was just coffee and tea. My room smelled like mold and urine. There wasn't a blanket on the bed. Also, I had to kill a roach. I believe the rating for this place is way too high and it was expensive too. The room was so humid that my wet shirt I hung up in the closet for 2 days didn't dry. I don't know how it was done, but the items I left in the trunk of my car were moved around when I opened it the next morning.

Checking in things seemed fine. The next morning found no hot water, no hairdryer. The kitchenette was not equipped with anything, not even coffee pot. Did not recieve the touted grab n go breakfast. Other guests reported biting ants in their bed and just a trickle for water pressure.

At arrival, nobody at the desk for 10 min. Kitchen had no dishes, no pots, no utensils. Very dirty, old, just plain nasty. No, to go breakfast. Brought food to cook, but nothing to cook In. Why Expedia recommends this place is beyond me. Don’t ever stay here
