Very pleasant staff, very helpful when needed, very nice pool and hot tub very clean. We had loss of water, loss of power very quiet after the first week.

My stay was extended for personal reasons with my two service dogs was accepted no problem. Very short staffed, very nice customer service though. Very strange people staying at hotel. Pool area very clean.

Saw more than one mouse running around my room. The ammenities listed are not provided. No breakfast (not even coffee). No gym. There is a pool but it stays locked and guests can't go in. Strong smell of smoke. They do not appear to clean rooms.

This property was in terrible disgusting condition. Sheets were dirty, floors and all tabletops filthy, broken air conditioner. TV and fridge broken, so was the micro wave. Amenities not what claimed. Hot tub was empty and broken, staff did everything they could but the just didn't have anything to work with.

The walls are extremely thin, 2 pillows were tiny, property is dated, Staff was very nice and willing to open pool earlier than normal if we wanted. Pool and hot tub looked good!

One thing I did like was the housekeeper, very pleasant and caring. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was awesome nice warmth.

This place did nor have any of the amenities promised in the description. Additionally, I had to call and request a remote from the front desk for the TV. There were footprints and blood stains on the pillows. The ceiling in the shower was falling down and everyone was in total disrepair.

Awful stay! Our room was never cleaned from the people prior. There was cigarette ash all over, writing all over both mirrors and the windows. The toilet barely flushed and when we took a shower it flooded the bathroom. The towels were dirty like they were used prior and just folded back up. We booked our stay for 2 days due to family funeral and when we left the hotel to go to the funeral, by the time we got back, our key card was disabled and we were not able to get back into the hotel. Other guests let us in and we still were unable to get into our room so we had to try to find the guy who worked the front desk. We will never stay there again. Worst stay weve ever had at a hotel.

We left a motel the first night because a motel was horrible, smoke smell, a dirty room, towels, a hand sink, a bath tub, and any negative things you can think of. I would like to get compensate for this. Thank you.

You get your money's worth. It's cheap because it's not in the best condition. The website said they serve breakfast but there was not even a coffee pot when my group went down for "breakfast." The room didn't have an ice bucket and the toilet had some problems flushing. Honestly the whole bathroom had a few water pressure issues. No mold or bugs that we saw. Room was pretty clean, just lacking in things. One of our rooms didn't have sheets and just had a big quilt. The area is beyond sketch, I mean, it's in Leavenworth lol. There were always creepy guys standing out front smoking weed and a sketchy alley right next to it. Definitely a place you want to lock your cars and keep your head down in the hall. I wouldn't stay again, but mainly due to the area and not the hotel itself. It was fine for a weekend trip and both nights was around $171 total which is the price of one night at all the other motels.

The building appeared to be abandoned. Broken window, blinds askew, dirty entrance that was locked and a note telling us to call the front desk to be let in. There was no furniture in the lobby, which was dirty. The room was dimly lit, and the bathroom sink wasn’t clean. There was no way we we felt safe sleeping there, and left after viewing the room. We were surprised that for the $90 charge that conditions would be so off-putting. The desk manager assured us that all the hotels in Levanworth has security buzzers on the front door.

Started with waiting 20 min to be let Into front desk. Checked in, had to clean room 1st, there is still something nasty stuck on floor. The fridge didn't work. TV didn't have color (screen was black & white) the a. C. Is broke. Fridge was replaced but neither worked. Tub wouldn't drain and faucet was loose and didn't close for shower so it came out both at same time. The exhaust fan didn't work. The toilet paper was sitting on the nasty floor bc the holder is broken. No room phone in room. Front desk guy must've also been the one house keeper and handyman. Washer/dryer the website promised broken. The free breakfast was a lie they didn't even serve coffee. No coffee pot in rooms either. Awful

Don't stay here unless you have to. At check-in no one was at the counter, there was a note to dial 0 for service.. 5 minutes later someone came down to check me in. My room had 2 of the smallest pillows ive ever seen, the shower head would only tilt high enough to cover someone 4 1/2 feet tall, so i had to bend over to shower. There is no ice machine in the property, and no breakfast option, no plastic cups in the room, but the room AC and refrigerator work really good. When I went to checkout, no one was in the lobby, and i was in a hurry so i left the room key in the room and called the hotel from the road to checkout. The call was unanswered and there was no option to leave a voicemail, so i called back repeatedly 8 times until someone answered with "yes".

Had to change rooms because ac didn’t work and then the batteries in the door handle of the 2nd room died so had to find someone to unlock it with a key every time I got back. Then I had to stand outside waiting for someone to open the outside door because my key wouldn’t open it either.

Lower level hallway was clogged with equipment. Took an hour to check in. No phones worked, Had to call offsite staff to come. Guy on duty did not come to the desk for an hour. I was were the ONLY apparent guest after the other lady left. The place is an absolute dump.

I was scheduled to stay three days there, as there was no other rooms available in town. At least the hotel was near where I was working. When I went to check in after 10 hours of traveling. There was no one at the front desk to check me in and no one answered the desk phone or the main line. When I went to checkout there was no one at the front desk yet again and no one answered the phone. I have yet to receive a refund. Do not stay here.

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever been. Rooms were boarded up. The staff locked us in the building at one point and then locked us out and we had to walk around the building in the cold and dark in our swim suits with our baby. I honestly don’t know how this place is even on Expedia.

One thing I did like was the housekeeper, very pleasant and caring. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was awesome nice warmth.

You get your money's worth. It's cheap because it's not in the best condition. The website said they serve breakfast but there was not even a coffee pot when my group went down for "breakfast." I wouldn't stay again, but mainly due to the area and not the hotel itself. It was fine for a weekend trip and both nights was around $171 total which is the price of one night at all the other motels.

I was afraid to get out of my car. The hotel looked run down and was not in a safe part of town. I did not stay there. When I tried to contact someone from Hotels.com I was not able to do so. The ethical right action for you to do is to refund my money and take this hotel off your list.

Started with waiting 20 min to be let Into front desk. Checked in, had to clean room 1st, there is still something nasty stuck on floor. The fridge didn't work. TV didn't have color (screen was black & white) the a. C. Is broke. Fridge was replaced but neither worked. Tub wouldn't drain and faucet was loose and didn't close for shower so it came out both at same time. The exhaust fan didn't work. The toilet paper was sitting on the nasty floor bc the holder is broken. No room phone in room. Front desk guy must've also been the one house keeper and handyman. Washer/dryer the website promised broken. The free breakfast was a lie they didn't even serve coffee. No coffee pot in rooms either. Awful

Don't stay here unless you have to. At check-in no one was at the counter, there was a note to dial 0 for service.. 5 minutes later someone came down to check me in. My room had 2 of the smallest pillows ive ever seen, the shower head would only tilt high enough to cover someone 4 1/2 feet tall, so i had to bend over to shower. There is no ice machine in the property, and no breakfast option, no plastic cups in the room, but the room AC and refrigerator work really good.
