Overall the hotel was ok, not great, not outstanding, but ok. The cleanliness could be better and an elevator was out of service so these are two areas that need attention. We like to stay at Hampton Inn, but as a chain their standards have declined in recent years. It could be much better.

This is our 3rd stay in 5 months. We have always been greeted with a smile, fast and efficient checkin, clean rooms and comfy beds. We feel safe and at home! Breakfast is good and parking is plentiful. Each time the experience is the same, extraordinary!

Staff was great. Breakfast was very good and hotel was clean. Probably could have used a couple of extra pillows but didnt ask. Pool was clean and given extra towels. If you go to the off site bar behind the hotel, bring cash, and enjoy the view.

This is my 3rd stay I highly recommend staying here. Clean rooms, friendly staff, their breakfast is always good and fresh and with many options included your stay. I also love the zero brand of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap they provide for you. There is a gym and indoor pool available I haven’t used them but the option is there.

Easy check and super polite staff. There to help with the pool needs and hot chocolate runs at night with the kids. Good choices of breakfast and drinks as well. The room had a slight odor in the room the first day but everything was clean and comfortable.

I booked a stay for one week at this hotel. I arrived to my room and my wife noticed that our bathroom had hair all over the floor, so due to the late hour we requested that our room be cleaned again with Lisa. Lisa was the absolute best and always assisted us throughout our stay. I have nothing but good to say about her. The room was cleaned the next days as requested. On 6-22-23, my wife and I spoke with the general mgr, Jordan, we asked when our room was set to be cleaned because if you book a room for over five days, the hotel only has to clean it every five days per Kansas Dept of Agriculture Division of Food Safety and Lodging. Hampton Inn says it does it every four days. Jordan stated the room was set to be cleaned on 6-24, but we could request it to be cleaned prior to that date. We requested it to be cleaned on 6-23. I observed him write it down. Well, it did not get cleaned. I contacted the supervisor, Julie. I asked her why our room did not cleaned and she could not tell me. I asked her if I could have my room cleaned today, and she said if you leave in ten minutes. I declined because my kids did not shower yet. Her attempt at an apology was poor because she was yelling at me as she did it. She even called back to tell me that we could be asked to leave our paid hotel if this was not resolved. For what? Asking for my room to be cleaned? She even said that I was shoving her apology up her ###. My room was never cleaned during as required by law. They are not clean.

Our stay was fine, the bathroom door (barn door style) was less than desirable. You don’t have much privacy. Also the black out curtains did not cover the middle portion of the window, so the light outside just shined in.

I stay at this facility 4-5 times per year. Each time I check in it is always with a smiling and cheerful “hello, welcome back”! Lisa is the perfect example of “hospitality”. She greets you like you were an old friend! She goes above and beyond to answer questions, make recommendations for great places to eat and makes sure that all of your wants and needs are met with a follow up text before you turn in. Every employee that I encounter have been pleasant, professional and represent your brand as being “exceptional.” The rooms are immaculately clean and the beds so nice and comfortable it is like a “hug goodnight” before you turn in for the night. Could not ask for a better experience.

The property is nice, the area around it not so much but I think Leavenworth is a dirty, dumpy place. We have family in town so that is the only reason for us to visit. Would definitely stay here again. They are pet friendly which is great for us 👍

I wish I could clone the staff from this place to be at every hotel we stay at! Treated us as friends from the moment we walked in the door. The staff in charge of the wonderful breakfast bar was so nice and answered questions and offered excellent dinner restaurants. The grounds around the hotel felt safe.

My daughter and I stayed for three nights while she participated in a scholarship competition at a nearby college. We were very pleased with the friendliness and service from staff and with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The breakfast food was average but there was plenty of variety. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if we travel to this area in the future.

We were in town for a wedding. This was a very nice place to stay. The room was very clean and maid service was daily. All the staff was very nice and the breakfast was wonderful with many options daily. Except for construction stone town, it was easy to get to

The breakfast was not great. Coffee was cool. No bananas for 3 days we were there. Dog walk had poop bags overflowing the garbage container. Probably will try the Fairfield next time
