We could tell they've done work renovating parts of the hotel, but this seems to be limited to the aesthetics in and around the lobby. The bathroom, while updated, lacked the ability to control water temperature (the shower options were freezing, scalding, and boiling). The staff were a bit cold and I worried they were stressed out. There is no elevator (listed on Expedia). the sign out front is quite difficult to see and we missed the drive the first time, as our eyes were drawn to the giant hotel sign in the middle...where there is no driveway. Turns out, the driveway sign is in the middle of the shared lot with the business next door.

The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel was unable to provide a few services we were expecting. The exercise equipment was not working. When we arrived for breakfast, an hour before it was to be closed, they had run out of eggs and other choices. Slim pickings. Toaster was broken. It was for the most part quiet. Room is a good size. Duvet had stains. Could use some love.

I forgot to ask for a 1st floor room/handicap room. They put me on the 2nd floor. They did not have an elevator. However, they, or another guest, thankfully carried my walker up the flight of stairs. My room was clean. The eating area was clean. The banister going up stairs needs to be cleaned or painted. Some of the furniture looks like needs repairs or replacement. I'd stay there again if I need to.

This hotel is perfect for those who travel and are on a budget. The rooms are spacious, and comfortable. The bedding is a bit dated and the rooms could use an update. Also, the towels are thin. There is no elevator and that may be an issue if you can't do stairs. However, all in all, the staff is friendly. They also offer a free breakfast in the morning. This hotel is safe and fairly clean. I would definitely stay here again.

No evidence of an elevator to the second floor - I carried my rolling bag up the stairs. The room was clean, large and the bed was comfortable. There was evidence that it had been cleaned, but the maid service left a blue stripe of cleaning fluid down the side of the shower. The room was so large that it felt empty - it should have had a couple of chairs and a side table to fill the space. Lastly, the buffet breakfast was ok, with yoghurt, toast, cereals and a waffle machine. However, the apples (only fruit offered), were wrinkled and old. For the price at $156, there are better options in the area.

Breakfast wasn't great, but it's a hotel breakfast, so NBD. The floors in our hotel room, on the other hand , were so filthy that when my kids were walking/crawling around on them their hands and knees turned black. They needed to be wiped down before going to bed. In the morning we covered the floors in the blankets so that they could move around prior to our next drive. Everything else was mediocre. Maybe slightly below average. I wouldn't really complain. But the floors made the entire experience horrible.

The condition of the room was not good. Bathroom vanity was chipped and was patched with tape. Caulking in shower was gross. And I found trash in the garbage can that didn’t belong to me. I lifted the mattress and found the bed skirt had a huge stain on it.

I felt thankful to have a place to stay but it was definitely one of the dirtiest places. Right down to used towels left in the bathroom along with whatever excrement all over the toilet….if you’re desperate or have very low expectations go for it.

When I first arrived, we pulled the comforter and blankets down to see dozens of tiny hairs below the blankets and an imprint as though someone had been sleeping on one side of the bed. It appeared the sheets and bedding had not been changed from the guest prior.

I made this reservation last-minute as we were trying to avoid some winter weather that made travel difficult and dangerous. Against my better judgement, I made this reservation without diving deeper into the reviews. However, I saw that Expedia had rated it decently so I thought it would be fine. I was very wrong. The staff was friendly but the room was unclean and unkept. We entered to find stains on the sheets, mold in the shower, and a bar of used soap left in the shower from a previous guest. The mirror in the bedroom area was covered in spots and smudges and the air conditioner/heater was covered in dust, crumbs, and who knows what else. I reached out to Expedia but there was not much they could do. I already pay for the room and had to stay there. I will avoid staying at another Quality Inn and will think twice before booking last-minute via Expedia.

Extremely poor shower pressure, almost a joke, and the room cost us over $180/night!! I’ve had better shower pressure at a local hotel in a developing country elsewhere!! Hair dryer fell off the wall when we tried to use it from the bathroom wall. No dresser in room so open space with bare wall under the TV. Bed headboard between the two beds has holes that probably is supposed to be for electrical outlets. Floor not vacuumed after previous occupant. I have all the pics to prove it!! I’ve stayed at Quality Inn at another places before, but this was the worst one ever!! Stay away from this poorly managed place. Owner probably isn’t originally from this country, so the hotel room condition standard isn’t up to par with what we are used to seeing in this country. It’s the most expensive hotel I stayed in such poor condition.

Our room was missing furniture, like the dresser. It smelled slightly moldy and the water temperature was impossible to regulate. We stayed 3 nights and I had to go down and request fresh towels each day

The checkin process was exceptionally slow. No elevator for upper floors (we carried heavy suitcases up the stairs). General condition of the hotel is reasonably clean but run down. Toilet did not flush fully in our room; room appeared cleanish but both carpet and bedspreads had large visible stains. Definitely overpriced at $150/room.

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely stay while we visited our daughter at Dartmouth. Room was very clean and welcoming, there was breakfast available but we had made plans w our daughter and just had a coffee to go but lots available (continental style) for your liking. Extremely helpful at the front desk, we were running late to check in(spent the day and evening hrs w our daughter) and they called us to know if we were staying overnight. Definitely will stay again.

We booked a stay here for easy access to Lebanon and Hanover, NH. Once in our room, we found there was a problem connecting to the internet. Our hostess, Rita, came up to the room to help. Once she saw the problem, she changed our room to be closer to the router, and changed a setting on my husband's computer to help him connect. This was a time-consuming matter, and Rita stayed with us the whole time to make things right. Our room was clean and well supplied, and the free breakfast the next morning was a bonus. We were very well taken care of, and are grateful for Rita's patience and good will. All in all, a very positive experience.

Besides them doubling the price for the Dartmouth graduation weekend the service was horrible. The toliet backed up and the clerk placed a plunger outside the door. My daughter was told to use the plunger or wait until the morning when someone could come and fix it. I called the front desk and was hung up on by the desk clerk. When I drove to the hotel to speak to someone the clerk was just as rude in person. I had to demand to speak to the manager. The clerk then walks upstairs and fixes the toilet. He could have done this hours ago. For $300/night the room was very dated. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and the bedding was old. I would recommend staying across the street at the Hilton. For the same price the service and the rooms are nice. Plus there is a bar. The Quality Inn should be closed down. This was worse than a budget motel.

My daughter was told to use the plunger or wait until the morning when someone could come and fix it. I called the front desk and was hung up on by the desk clerk. I asked to have a late checkout after checking in very late. The evening staff told me 12pm checkout was no problem and noted it in my profile. Then while sleeping the front desk called my room repeatedly at 10:40am asking if I was checking out at 11am. I reiterated I was told 12pm was fine. They said yes, no problem. Then the housekeeping staff knocked repeatedly on my door despite the privacy tag being up and the earlier call. I will not be staying here again and highly recommend you stay at either hotel up the street. The higher price is well worth it.

First, the personnel are very nice. However, the property is pretty run down and needs an upgrade to everything. We were there from Wednesday - Sunday and they didn't clean our room once even though we asked them twice. Therefore, the property is overpriced.

We could tell they've done work renovating parts of the hotel, but this seems to be limited to the aesthetics in and around the lobby. The bathroom, while updated, lacked the ability to control water temperature (the shower options were freezing, scalding, and boiling). The staff were a bit cold and I worried they were stressed out. There is no elevator (listed on Expedia). the sign out front is quite difficult to see and we missed the drive the first time, as our eyes were drawn to the giant hotel sign in the middle...where there is no driveway. Turns out, the driveway sign is in the middle of the shared lot with the business next door.

Our experience was very satisfactory. It was a one night, quick in and out stay, Chosen for its proximity to the hospital, this motel will continue to be our go-to for future visits. The staff was efficient and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. We needed the accessible shower, and it worked well.

Close proximity to the Lebanon Opera House. Large, comfortable room. My only issue was because the entrance was not right in front of the hotel it was difficult to find in the dark. I lighted entrance sign would help.

We booked a stay here for easy access to Lebanon and Hanover, NH. Once in our room, we found there was a problem connecting to the internet. Our hostess, Rita, came up to the room to help. Once she saw the problem, she changed our room to be closer to the router, and changed a setting on my husband's computer to help him connect. This was a time-consuming matter, and Rita stayed with us the whole time to make things right. Our room was clean and well supplied, and the free breakfast the next morning was a bonus. We were very well taken care of, and are grateful for Rita's patience and good will. All in all, a very positive experience.

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely stay while we visited our daughter at Dartmouth. Room was very clean and welcoming, there was breakfast available but we had made plans w our daughter and just had a coffee to go but lots available (continental style) for your liking. Extremely helpful at the front desk, we were running late to check in(spent the day and evening hrs w our daughter) and they called us to know if we were staying overnight. Definitely will stay again.

The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel was unable to provide a few services we were expecting. The exercise equipment was not working. When we arrived for breakfast, an hour before it was to be closed, they had run out of eggs and other choices. Slim pickings. Toaster was broken. It was for the most part quiet. Room is a good size. Duvet had stains. Could use some love.
