Property is modern and clean with nice touches like fireplace in the lobby and comfy chairs. Pool and fitness are are good for this category. Rooms were clean and updated. I love the refillable toiletries! Thank you. Comments: the shower gel was almost empty. The doors close really hard which is annoying at night. Bar closes too early! One more hour? Otherwise , it was a very comfortable stay and staff was attentive. Area is industrial, but everything is about 5 mins drive.

I give this hotel a solid B. The staff were lovely and attentive. The bar and lounge area were cozy. Everything was very clean. The indoor pool was too cool for wintertime enjoyment. It’s a pretty noisy place. You can hear the people above you easily and the doors slam very loudly. If you are staying here, I highly recommend you request a room on the top floor.

Thought we booked two queens but had a king and a pullout couch. No bedding in the room for the pullout. Tried to call front desk to get bedding but no answer. Went to front desk and was supplied bedding. Room was quite nice and clean. We didn’t have breakfast.

There was old food left in the fridge and we found a pill box with medication in it on the floor. (We had a child with us, dangerous) When I went to the receptionist about it, her attitude was awful. Lots of eye rolling and huffing and puffing. I was embarrassed for her. I asked for her to comp our breakfast. She obliged but the rudeness was unacceptable.

Rooms were moderately clean. Rugs could use a refresh (vacuum under the furniture). They service the rooms every other day which is fine. Had to go to the desk to get more TP. There were some loud guests in the middle of the night but it happens. Paid way too much $$$ for where it’s located:(

The hotel lobby is welcoming and modern. The room was a nice size, but the shower was not clean - mildew and pink water stains were very evident. When I mentioned it to the front desk, the woman (I didn't get her name) gave me a bit of attitude and said, "I heard you," when I said it a second time, as she didn't seem to acknowledge what I said. They did clean it as asked, but it was still not great. I want to mention that Emma at the front desk was extremely sweet and kind. For what we paid ($375/night) due to homecoming weekend, it felt like a rip-off. We will not be staying there again when we come back for graduation.

Using room card to access elevator..very comforting for our safety. Could not get Keurig to produce a cup of hot water!!It would produce water..but only cold! For senior travelers..having a recliner in the room would be so very much appreciated!!

Clean and spacious room. Convenient location, right next to main road (not scenic however) The main thing I didn’t like is that the room did not have enough light. Just a floor lamp. It was not great for working/ studying. With additional light it would have been much better. The gym was good, everything else was good.

The room itself was very comfortable. Had everything we needed. The bed was firmer than what I like but that's okay. I think if the TV had apps like Netflix or Prime, that would've helped since I spent most of one of the days we were there in the room. Also, I know this is dependent on the actual people, but more than once I was able to clearly hear the guests walking upstairs. If it was a bit I wouldn't have minded, but it was a constant and I found it bothersome. I thought for paying a bit more than other hotels I would at least not hear my neighbors.

Nice, clean hotel in a great location for attending Dartmouth activities. However, soundproofing inside the hotel was lacking - you could hear all of the noise in the hall as if they were in your room and the guests above sounded like a herd of elephants. The pillows were also the worst pillows I have ever encountered in a hotel.

Front desk staff was great upon our arrival. Breakfast staff was a little snarky when I said, "Excuse me, can I ask a question." She cut me off and said she'd be back in a short, unfriendly manner. We were in the area from out of state for a major medical appointment as was another guest in the dining area--- It felt icky to be treated that way, even if this person was busy. A friendly, professional, response might have been something like: "I'm busy at this moment. Can I return shortly and I'll be happy to help?" I am a reasonable person. I would have understood this, especially since I spent 7 years waiting tables when in high school and college. Again, it felt icky. We normally tip 20%; we left 15%. Next time, we will get our breakfast in town. Otherwise, our stay was just fine.

Emma, the front desk agent was extremely rude. She tried to kick a group out of the lobby simply for watching the Vermont Green game, a huge moment for all Vermonters. I was truly disappointed in this experience and likely will not be back.

This property is very understaffed. I stood in front of the desk clerk while she was working on something on the computer and was not acknowledged. Another woman came, didnt acknowledge me for a few minutes and then apologized as she thought the other person was helping. I stood in your lo by to book a room through Expedia as i was told they could t honor their rate of $50 less. In the morning, only 2 people working the breakfast and front desk so we had breakfast without coffee and left. Please get these people some help in there. Thank you

We chose to stay at the Hilton after other plans fell through. The location is safe and convenient off of 89. The staff were great and very chill which I always appreciate. The pool was warm enough (small) but open from 5AM-11PM which was a major score for New Years Eve with children. If we do a close getaway for a special occasion again, we will stay again!

Quiet hotel off highway…no highway noise. Rooms are spacious, good front desk service only downside is breakfast is additional charge including water. But close to Lebanon/ Hanover, a good selection of food away from hotel.

This was our second stay here whilst waiting for the Dartmouth Coach the following day. The hotel is incredibly convenient for the Coach, the room was spacious, clean and stocked with amenities, the staff friendly and helpful both in the evening and the following morning. The breakfast was great too. We visited the pool with my 6 year old son early in the morning and the pool area was clean and tidy. Will definitely stay there again.

The room and the property were amazing. My only negative for my stay was my experience ordering dinner from the bar. It took almost an hour to get my food (my order was apparently given to someone else at the bar) and when I did get it, it was cold.

Breakfast buffet was disappointing and not worth paying for. It’s the same free breakfast that is provided at other hotels for $18. Several staff were not very friendly. Housekeeping was good. The pool and workout area were small but nice and clean. Several things in the room need attention. The upstairs neighbors were very loud through the night. Overall, not a great experience. It was adequate for a place to sleep for a night, but too expensive for for the experience .
