The room was okay for what I had paid, but the bed was dirty. It was nicely made, but there was a liquid stain on the sheets and black flakes in the bed. It looks like it had not been changed since the last person slept in it.

I left a very important sentimental item in my room upon check out. I phoned the property shortly after leaving as i KNEW it was still in the room and i told the front desk in detail where it was and i was told that housekeeping "didnt see anything". I know it is my fault for forgetting it but i am absolutely heart broken as that item is the most important and personal item i own and cant be replaced. Im sad that staff say it wasnt i

We had no shower curtain, room had glitter all over it had to squish some bugs AND the AC didn’t work. July 7th 2026, immediately requested a refund for the rest of the week we had booked, and I am still waiting on it. Staff was nice.

The room was dirty. I spilled some water and when I cleaned it, my towel was black. At check-in the staff so so loud inside the lobby that I had to ask the receptionist to repeat her questions to me. There was no coffee/tea maker or even plastic cups to drink from. There was a huge spider crawling around the bathroom sink. This just wasn't a good experience for me.
