This is the second or third time we have stayed here. It is easy to find, has a pool for the little ones, and trust that it will be as good as the last time. Breakfast wasn't quite as good as before but I am sure some of that has to do with the covid factor.

What I did not like was there was only one handicapped parking space for the hotel. Which in our case was on the opposite side of the building than our room was. And this meant my husband( who has difficulty walking) and uses a cane would of had to walk further than necessary if there were allocated handicapped parking on both sides of the building. And on two occasions when we left the property and returned I had to park at least 5-6 spaces away from in front of our room.

Parking was cramped and limited. The rooms were dated but the linen on the bed appeared clean. So we stayed the night. But my wife wasn’t real pleased. I wouldn’t stay again with the wife.

First thing when we opened the door, we were hit with the overpowering smell of being in a Pepto Bismal factory. Not sure what exactly the smell was but it was gross. Pretty sure the floors haven’t been mopped in quite a while. Slept like ass because all I kept thinking about is the gross things I could not see. Tried to touch as little as possible and got the hell out of there early.

The first room we got the bed was used and dirty and there was food and trash everywhere. The second room they gave us the entrance door was open and there were no sheets or blankets on the bed. The third room we got was still dirty and smelled like smoke. Needless to say we left and did not stay there. The area was sketchy and I would no recommend staying there.

Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had at a motel / hotel. I"m over 50, that is saying something. Management was horrible at trying to resolve noise complaints. 5 times! Had to suggest I would call police before action was taken. We all know how that makes the facility look that they cannot control their guests. Horrible!!! We would not recommend this stop to anyone!!!! Stay away, far, far away!!!

Super comfortable bed and room was very clean, plenty of lighting too. When staying, make sure you take an upstairs room. Otherwise you'll hear every footsteps since the construction is not that solid. You'll also hear every car door slammed and backing up beeps.

We only got to stay for a little over an hour because my husband had a heart attack while there and we left to go to the nearby emergency room and were then transferred immediately to another hospital. Every staff member we encountered at the hotel were very nice and the room was clean and nice.

My wife and myself stayed here for 3 weeks in March. I had to get daily medical treatments in downtown Houston. We loved this place for the price. The staff were awesome and kept everything very clean. They had the most comfortable beds and pillows of any place we’ve stayed and the breakfast was always good.

Passing through and did the job for somewhere to lay our heads to sleep. Could be cleaner, one of our beds has a black curly hairs on it. The door security lock was broken and you could tell the door has been busted through before. Breakfast was limited. The attendant who checked us inn looked like I woke her up. Would not stay here again.
